[b]Personality:Keii has the characteristics of a Knight. He takes pride in his honor and does what he can to remain noble and honest. He is widely respected by everyone, even Yugao herself. He is not as intelligent or manipulative as Yugao but he knows how to make quick decisions, skills that brought him to where he is today, Hokage. He’s mostly open with his emotions, though he will put on a facade if he believes he needs to. He does not believe in lies. It's either speak the truth or do not speak at all. Even so, he loves sarcasm and makes sarcastic comments whenever he can and makes them obvious. He is soft yet strict. He expects nothing less from his people and he does the same for them. He does have an understanding that they are human but does not really show that he is soft to them at moments. He cares for his village and the people within it. He is a natural over achiever. He has a tendency to spend extra time on work. He is a workaholic. He prefers to put work before anything else when it came to his day to day life. His word [ in more ways than one] is gold and thinks of others before himself.
[b]History:Keii came from a small family, Kosho, whose words were solid. When they say they were going to do something, they will. His father was a simple man who was family oriented. His mother was business oriented and focused on her flower and herb shop. His twin bother, Akihiko, was a quiet artist. His family was simple. For them it was the simple things in life. They were grateful for everything, in general. They did what they say they would do and intend to keep their word, even if it meant taking the rest of their lives. They were strict to everyone and them selves. If you borrowed money you will pay it back in one way or another and they would do the same for you. They valued words and had the philosophy, “ You are bound by the words. Words are heavier than they seem.”
Around the age of four, he and his brother always stayed by their mother's side and helped her out. There they picked up her outlook on life, “Do what you want and focus on it. Don't let others distract you.” She also instilled into Keii and Akihilo, “Do not take unless you are willing to pay back.” As time went on their mother became weak. They stuck by her and helped her with whatever she needed. One day she told them something very peculiar. She said that they should go to the academy and be ninjas. That stroke to them as “odd.” He asked her why and she said “in time you will find out.” He started to notice a change within his mother. One day she collapsed. He stayed with his mother as his brother rushed to their father. They took her to the hospital. She was diagnosed with a life threatening, well in her case, life sapping, disease. Weeks later she died with her last words of wisdom that a mother has. “ Keii don't overwork yourself, though I am pretty sure you will since you have been around me. Akihiko, do what you want, what you like. Both of you make sure you don't overwork yourselves too much. I am pretty sure you won't Akihiko, but your brother will. Make sure he doesn't starve himself.” After a few more minutes to her monologue she passed away with a smile on her face.
A few moths after her death, they went on with life with not as much excitement as they did before. They smiled everyday and repeated their mother's words everyday as if they were a prayer. One day they decided to go into their mother's office. The found two chests with their names carved on them. They opened the chest to find there was an envelope. They opened their envelopes. It contained a map for them. A week after their discovery, their house was set on fire. Their father was burnt to death and they escaped with the clothes on their backs and the envelopes in their pockets. They followed their mother's map and it led them to a small cabin on the outer edge of Konohagakure. There they led their lives with help of their neighbors. They learned the basic skills of everyday life from the old ladies in the neighborhood. They learned how to read and write from the old men who were once ninjas. The house of two children later grew to seven.
When Keii was six, he and his brother decided to enroll into the Academy. They were amazed by the stories that the old men told him about being a ninja. They knew it wasn't easy but they was attracted to the life. They wanted to become a ninja. Keii had no problems getting along with people during the academy. He was more focused on the lessons than on them. Akihiko preferred to not socialize with them. He would rather talk to his brother, or do something that was art related. The two graduated from the academy at an average age with exceptionally high scores as results for his late nights studying. Their abilities and personalities complemented each other. They were put into two different teams. After Keii moved up into Chuunin rank at the age of 15, he met a Jonin who he later trained with. The Jonin was big in Taijustu. He later trained with another Jonin that favored Ninjutsu. Genjustu was not his strongest point, he didn't have the best chakara control but he had some on his abnormally large pool of chakara. Originally he preferred Taijustu over Ninjustu, though it later changed. After developing his skills, he spent time in learning as many justsus as he could. He would spend days without leaving the library. His brother had to come and drag him home almost every other day. If he wasn't in the library he was out in the training grounds trying out what ever he learned. He became a ninjustu master. He also mastered different forms of Taijutsu and all sorts of weapons.
Keii and Akihiko impressed the elders with their power and integrity. He and his brother Akihiko became candidates to be Hokage, though Akihiko refused leaving only Keii as the only running candidate to be the next Hokage.
