Appearance: He, like his mother, has blonde hair and honey-colored eyes, as well as pale skin. and then, like his father, his body is made up of lean muscle. Baptiste can often be seen wearing one of his father's old jackets that he had around the house. Preferring comfortable and practical clothing, you will rarely see him in anything elegant.
Personality: Baptiste is a caring person, he just comes across as cold a lot of the time. That is mainly because of his overprotective behavior, having taken that trait from his father. The first person to disrespect his sister gets a taste of his fist knocking them down hard (he will try to do that, at least). He can also be quite the smart-alec and sarcastic kind of guy, too. Should he be around somebody he cares about (like say, his sister, or even somebody he has a crush on), he will soften up a bit and play nice.

Weaknesses: Use any of the abilities with "kenesis" in the name for extended periods of time, and he ends up with a major headache afterwards. Plus, with how fast he can run, he sometimes has a hard time stopping before he ends up crashing into something (something his father would rarely do, but, oh well, Baptiste did not have to use those abilities all the time).

Another day, another line of happy customers. Baptiste has seen many people come through the small town he lived in. It was the same town where his mother and father's relationship became official, where Uncle Samil turned away from the path of Hell to become the Heavenly Angel of Death, and it was the place where he and his twin sister, Amélie, were conceived and born. Amélie had the color skin, hair, and eyes of their father, yet the sweet personality of their mother. Baptiste, on the other hand, had the color hair, eyes, and skin of their mother, but the cold exterior of their father, whom gained that from the several occasion where the twins' mother was at risk due to supernatural causes. David simply had to change his personality to suit the role of guardian angel, from the exterior of an always-friendly person to one which did not give off the persona of a pushover. Baptiste figured he had to appear just as tough to protect his family and friends.

Speaking of friends, he recollected pleasantly the time when he and his sister caught a glimpse of Kelania as a baby, the day she was born, plus al the time the twins spent with her as she grew up from a child to a young adult who appeared the same age as them. The faery always brought a soft grin to the male Modern Nephilim's features just thinking of her, yet he was not sure why, exactly. What could she be doing, these days? It's been a while. Those were his internal words as he glanced over at the wall covered with photos of his parents (from both the times before and after the twins were born), sister, and friends.

Baptiste heard the knock on the door from within his room and walked on over. He did not expect anyone that day, which made him curious. Recently, the only way he has seen Kelania was through photos sent by Arch-Nephilim Isaiah, which showed her as she got older. Amélie was basically living within their mother's hotel that was inherited, which took up much of her time just to run it. Uncle Samil had no less time to spend with family, since that Death Angel received so many targets from Heaven's orders in such frequency he and the Death Nephilim (Samil's children and other descendants) were always helping him. Uncle Saul, well, he was pretty much dead to old age, being only human. All those facts left him confused as to who could be at the door.

The moment he opened the door, though, his customary side grin, much like his own father's, entered his features. "Ah, Kelania! Mon, avez vous grandi!" Ah, Kelania! My, have you grown! He kissed both cheeks in greeting. (No, it's not a display of affection. It's just a simple French greeting between peers that are either both girls, or one guy and one girl. With two guys, it is a hand shake. It is just French culture, and I'm not making this up.) Witht he greeting out of the way, he let the faery in and prepared two mochas while he spoke. "Amélie ne vit plus ici. Son travail sur l'établissement dans une autre ville a laissé une souche sur ses temps libres, ces derniers temps." Amélie no longer lives here. Her work over at the hotel in another town has left a strain on her spare time, lately.

Baptiste shrugged, speaking in English this time. "Oh, everything is fine. Sure, certain people I do not get to be around as often as I used to, though it's been pleasant, overall. Plus, I have not had to take down as many of those Remnant Rage Nephilim, lately, which means Arch-Nephilim Isaiah and the other Modern Nephilim Guardians are probably hammering them down hard, these days. Those ragers have always been working from within the shadows since the end of the Nephilim Civil War, which was the same year my sister and I were born." The mochas were ready, so he handed one to Kelly. "This is your first time drinking coffee, right? mochas are a blend of that and chocolate, plus milk is involved in making it, too."

People often told him that he sounded much like his father when speaking French or English. His accent was more American when he spoke in English, but then the accent turns more French when speaking the French language, the way David Gideon would speak. This was often how Baptiste was told by bystanders the many stories that were spread about his father being mighty, modest, nearly-invincible, and, to the humor of everyone that knew him personally, not fond of the "news" media in the slightest. One of the favorite lines Baptiste would hear people repeat which David (not revealing his off-duty identity) would say to a newscaster who asked how he felt was, What do you think? Just thinking about his father ever making that remark while on the air gave him some laughs, whenever he was reminded of it.

The blond man sat down on one of the couches in the living room, where he to a sip of the mocha he had in his hand before asking, "How's the mocha? Did I do a good job?" He usually did, though he had a habit of asking, anyway.

Baptiste grinned. "Glad you like it." Noticing the pendant Kelly pointed to, he asked, "Isn't that the same pendant Silver-Wing Carter-Isaiah wore during the Nephilim Civil War? I do recall seeing her wearing that in a photo of where she and Arch-Nephilim Isaiah were being awarded the Seraphim Cross by my dad, after the Modern Nephilim Guardians defeated the Rage Nephilim." Walking over to one of the photos on a shelf, he picked it up to look at it. In it were David Gideon, with a pregnant Lanuya Acelet next to him, while Joseph Isaiah, Kaliyah Carter (now called Kaliyah Carter-Isaiah), Abdas Grigori, and Yakusoku were each being awarded a Seraphim Cross. Noticing Kaliyah wearing the necklace in that photo, he showed the picture to Kelly. "Well, what do you know? It is the same one."

Handing the picture to Kelly for her to look at some more, He chuckled a the thought of Yoki getting a bit of angry remarks from Kaliyah. "Now that I think about it, what you said of Yakusoku sounds just like him. Most of what I know about him came from my mom and dad." His smile fading, he added, "It's a shame you only met my dad, since my mom died to old age, being a pureblood human and all. You would have gotten along well with her. You could say Amélie gets her sweet and kind nature from her."
