Powers: He can control water just like any son of Poseidon. He can also form water out of the humidity of the air. He can breathe underwater and can't get wet unless he wills it. He also gained one other power from his father. He can cause an earthquake, but at a cost. It exhausts him to the point of near collapse, so he doesn't use it unless in dire need.

Personality: He is very joking, and doesn't like to take things seriously unless it's a threat. He likes meeting new people, but generally tests them on their tolerance level of him. Some call him annoying, others hate him outright. He considers himself a ladies man and rightly so. He gets annoyed easily, if things get overly frustrating.

Bio: Garren lived a normal life until he joined up with the Navy SEALS at age 18. He enjoyed the constant sense of unity of the unit. His squad mates were the only ones that accepted and even enjoyed his sarcastic behavior. Everything was going smoothly until the mission that brought him out of the SEALS. He was leading his squad deep into the mountains of Pakistan after a sect of al-Queada was supposedly reported there. When they got to the main chamber they found something completely different than some terrorists. There were monsters in the cave, and they were hungry. They quickly subdued the squad of SEALS and got them set for the feast. One night, Garren felt something that felt like a sword hilt hit his palm. He quickly twisted his wrist and cut his bindings. After he freed the rest of his squad, he then decided to take out the monsters that were about ready to eat them. After he finished the monsters, he realized that he wasn't exactly human. He left the SEALS and went out on his own. He was confronted two years later by his father, Poseidon. He was told that the sword he was given was called Riptide, and the monsters that he fought were the weakest kind of beasts. Garren then committed himself to killing monsters, as to protect people from them.

During one of his adventures, he had heard wind of a family had been killed by titanspawn. So he traveled to Lawrence, Kansas, and searched out for the family's home. He found just charred remains of a beautiful house. He asked a neighbor if there had been any survivors. The neighbor replied that the son, Alexander Motak, had survived and had left the town for better things. He was also told that Alexander was a strange one. He had seen monsters where there were none. Garren decided to find him out. He then went on a manhunt for this Alexander Motak. Finally, after a few years, found a promising lead. Alexander went to New York, and Garren was hot on his heels.
