Personality:
Gerard is a unique and really weird type of person, trying his best not to let much get him down. His ego is a force not to be reckoned, it’s as big as two; maybe even three egos put together. At times he is insensitive and down right rude, but he doesn’t realize and means well; most of the time. At heart he’s a big kid, full of jokes and childish behavior to match. No matter who you are he’ll help you if possible, he can’t multitask so one person at a time, unless it involves a pretty girl or guy or more. Not to mention he has his stubborn moments too.
Don’t expect to see much of Gerard as he often hides away wherever he’s staying, only going out for more food or whatnot. But if you happen to spot him and pull him up for a chat, he’ll appear nervous and quite a wreck. Socializing isn’t his strong point. He does whatever to make money in his spare time, whether it’s legal or…not so…legal. And tends to horde things to an extent. Nothing is rubbish to him!
Oh, and Gerard wasn’t born with patience, and he’s very sarcastic.

History:
Since Gerard hit his young teen years his life always seemed on the rails, somewhat unbalanced and heading nowhere. He had a handful of friends and family, everyone caring for him yet he still felt alone. People soon got the hint that he preferred his own company and wasn’t one to go out often, or at least once a week. Time passed quickly and Gerard wasn’t none the wiser.

People often questioned his sudden change in attitude and seemingly fear of the outside world, but Gerard wasn’t one for give straight answers.

Born and bread in Scotland, Gerard thought it was time for a wee change, his life was not what he had hoped for so this impulsive move was very much called for. Off to New York! So far he’d lived in New York for roughly two years, involving himself in small production movies here and there. Small adverts. Just stuff. Nothing fame gaining or putting his name up in lights, but it was a start and that’s all he could ask for in his situation. Moving from hotel to hotel, making small money just to waste on those hotels. Not many friends and his family was far away. A few months ago he landed himself a big deal with some known studio, to direct a promotion video to advertise new products, phones and music related things. It went down well and Gerard got heavy money for his work. He found himself looking for a more permanent place to stay, somewhere friendly and cheap, if it were possible. Gerard could either fork out the money for a place of his own, or become someone’s roommate. Tough decision, especially when he’s tight with money and anti-social. For the sake of his own sanity, if he has much left, he decided to go with his own place. That way company was optional.

Additional Information:
Gerard has a fear of water and is slightly OCD at times, which means he doesn’t go swimming and is very neat and tidy.
Currently he’s a small-time amateur director.
