Her eyes are that of emerald, with minuscule golden flecks scattered upon the iris, brightening up at every prospect imaginable and rarely revealing surprise.
Her crown is covered with a shock of auburn, the vermilion strands of hair fairly covering a good portion of her head and stopping short just at the atlas of her spinal cord.
The creamy complexion of her skin is quite pale, and more so since she'd gotten herself locked up-- though it was never an unhealthy shade.
Her taste of fashion before going to prison was quite a fickle one; sometimes she'd wear red, sometimes she'd wear blue, and sometimes she'd wear white-- so that when she sliced up her victims, they'd dye her clothes a nice crimson; all her red clothes were once white, though the closetful of white clothes that she possessed had long turned a slightly-darker shade of her hair, and she was in constant need of new white clothes [just so she could dye them red again].
Much to her protest, when she was sent to jail, all her gorgeous white-turned-red clothes were replaced with dull, gray uniforms that were, in her words, "So uncute!" However, her protests had died down when she had discovered that the gray uniform was much more appealing when dyed in crimson and white. Try as the guards might, there was no stopping the girl when she felt that her clothes needed a "makeover," and all the warden could do was replace her clothes with brand-new gray uniforms.
Finally, after Sumire had ruined many of the prison clothes and countless more lives in the once-large prison, the wardens had decided to dress her in a brilliant red uniform. Sumire had no qualms and many people were able to spot her from a mile away due to the unusual attire.
Among the few personal items she is allowed to keep, she holds a small crystal pendant with the same hue as her eyes; it is everpresent on her neck and around a thin silver chain, hidden safely under her red clothes, and she never goes around and about without it.
