Kenzie is of average height, and has a lean build. Long light brown hair frames her face when she doesn't have it tied back in a braid or any number of much more outlandish hair styles. Her eye color seems to change with her mood, if you pay attention, and her long lashed eyes are seem to have perpetual dark rings under them. When she's happy or content they tend to hover between bright green and blue. When she's sad they'll take on a stormy grayish hue, and when she's angry, a very rare occurrence, they have been known to flash to a violent red and settle into ominous black when truly enraged. To many this is the only indication that she is anything other than an ordinary human. Her skin is pale, speaking to the fact that she is largely nocturnal when she can get away with it, and thus spends little time under the sun.

Her dress is often rather unique, ranging from cat suits to medieval garb, there's little telling what you may find her wearing, unless she's at school. In an tempt not to stick out like a sore thumb she dresses like other kids: blue jeans, t-shirts, the one thing you never find her in are skirts shorter than her ankle. Anything that she's wearing is guaranteed to be something that she can move freely in though whether that's because it's loose fitting or has a decent amount of Lycra in it varies from item to item. Her favored colors are generally purple, pink, and black. Often these things are accompanied by violent shades of green or orange.

Over her years, Kenzie has managed to acquire several scars, though most of them aren't visible when she is clothed. The most disturbing, of those being a large caliber gun shot over the area where her heart should be. Which leads us to her physiological differences. Her heart is located under her breast plate, and her lungs are larger than normal. None of her organs are quite in the same position as a humans, having moved slightly to to allow for better cover, and padding.

Personality

Kenzie is an intelligent girl, often speaking in large words and generally making no sense to anyone that isn't herself. She's quite and awkward, never spending much time with anyone that isn't her aunts. Her focus has always been on the family business, and not on the world of those around her. She doesn't really know how to get along with people, and that has left her emotionally stunted in some ways, and generally shy in many others. Despite having troubles interacting with people, she has a strong aversion to bullies, and doesn't suffer them in her presence.

Kenzie is very honest, and generally studious. Many would call her a workaholic, taking her job for her aunts and her school work both very seriously. Somehow, despite being out most every night on the prowl for dangerous artifacts, or evil mages, she still holds her own in her honors and AP classes. Nothing gets under her skin quite like lying does, and she doesn't take well to people that make a habit of it. Brutally honest herself, she doesn't see the point of most deceptions, and why you would be less than honest with someone when there weren't lives at stake is completely beyond her. She also doesn't understand vanity, and the human habit of judging people based on what they look like. Where men and boys over the age of about ten are concerned, she's completely clueless, and very ill at ease.

Various other things may find their way into her possession, or back into it in the case of some things, as the RP goes on.

History

Kenzie was conceived on a different plane in the forbidden union of an elder dragon, and his greater succubus lover. Knowing that those of their world would fear the child, and had in fact tried to assassinate her mother, when Kenzie was born, they forced her into a human seeming, and sent her to live with her "aunts", Jezzebelle, Mirabelle, and Annabelle. The three being nymphs, and to some extent subjects of her mother had no problem with this arrangement, and set out to create the best life that they could for her, that didn't keep them from their promiscuous lifestyle though, and that left Kenzie with a slight fear of men. They make her uncomfortable, because she knows what they do with women, and she's far from comfortable with her hormones.

In thrusting her into a human form, the vast majority of the powers that she'd been born into where taken from her leaving her only with the intellect of her father, and her mothers ability to shift into the ether. Both at a much lessened capacity. She was also blessed with slightly higher than normal agility, and she's stronger than she looks, but not by much. Being a creature of magic, she does have a six sense about it, and can tell when it is used around her, but not necessarily where it is.

It was because of her powers, and as an attempt to train her that her aunts brought her into the loop on what they actually did with their "acquisitions" business. That they were part of a much larger group all over the world that tracked down dangerous magical objects, and toke them from the hands of the unaware, or those that would use them for evil. After all, someone has to keep the world safe, and not everyone was as accepting of things that didn't quite fit as the people of Bay City. Of course to do so effectively, they had to replace them with something that looked identical, and that's where Kenzie, with her ability to phase through walls came in handy, in taking in the replacement to switch out with the original.

It was on one such mission, only a few weeks ago, that she earned her gun shot wound. She was caught in a magicked vault while trying to retrieve a possibly apocalyptic artifact from an evil sorcerer. She was trapped for most of a day before the man opened the door, and she'd already exhausted her ability to phase, she managed to get pasts him, but not his security. Luckily her aunts had realized that she wasn't back yet, and got to her before she could be killed, but the bullet had managed to clip her lung, and she bled out a good deal leaving her in the hospital up until now...
