Billy is over all nice, he isn't use to technology so some things seem complicated to him that wouldn't be complicated to others which could be very irritating. He likes the company of people, and tries not to come off shy, or seem like an outsider. Though he isn't socially smart or technology gifted, he is very school smart. Billy is a hard worker, and he pushes himself beyond his limits, physically and mentally. Though he loves to help others, he likes to hold back his own emotions, making it harder for him to let people in. He was usually around family and people he called His Tribe back in Texas, so he is a very open guy, always ready to try new things. He doesn't like to hold back when it comes to learning about other cultures, he likes to get 'in dept'. At his best, Billy is an over achiever and gets along with any and every body, at his worst he can be stubborn and have a one track mind.

He has light brown skin without blemishes. He's about 5'10", with a slim athletic build. His hair is pale white color, short and choppy though with long side bangs. His eyes have little pigmentation, his iris and pupils appear to be entirely white though there is a dim gray ring that separates the whites of his eyes from the iris/pupil. Both of his cartilages are pierced, with his left earlobe pierced. He has a large tattoo design that goes down his back, though it can also be seen on the left side of his neck.

Haamiah is seen as a dark silver figure of a man with an athletic build. The figure has no nose, ears, or mouth, only a pair of glowing white eyes. There are tribal tattoos in glowing white ink all over his body including his face. He has four long thin black wings connected to his back. He wears a long piece of brown cloth behind and in front of lower area.

Billy doesn't know much about his moms family, but his father is a Native American man who follows 'The Old Ways'. Meaning they are kind of Amish, but in a Native American sense. Living with his father, Billy learned how to hunt for him self, and had to do a lot of labor every day. He would go to the local school, but would usually get made fun of the way he dressed, talked, and how smart he was. When he became 'A Man' at 13 the Tribal tattooed him, which signified that he was an adult and was ready to take on the world as he pleased, but he would still be connected with his native people.
Billy managed to enroll at many different Boarding Schools because of his grades, as well as being a 'transfer student'. He got a lot of acceptance letters but something made him want to go to Ida High. And before he knew it he was on an airplane to Olympus. Billy was amazed at everything, it was hard for him to take in the gorgeous city. He was use to trees, huts, and school. This was very different for him. He got lost many times, and it took him a while to learn how to do daily city folk stuff. But lately hes been getting weird dreams.
On his first day of school, everyone talked about some girl who got kidnapped. He thought it was horrible, but didn't feel that bad saying that he had no idea who the girl was. On his way 'home', he ran into someone from one of his dreams, which after he helped them, they gave him a dusty old card. He was going to thank them, but they disappeared before he could.

He has good cooking skills, and he knows how to make Remedies that can quicken the process of getting over an illness. He's naturally quick on his feet, and has good sense of smell and hearing....sneaking up on him would only make you the failure, and if you and a specific sent, then he probably knows who you are as well.
