Setting
A small yet bustling island community off the coast of the Chiba prefecture in Japan. The town is a fusion of the peace and tranquility of island life with the thrill and excitement provided by city life. Because of the growing tourism in the island, it has enjoyed significant growth over the years. Skyscrapers were a rare sight in the island some 3 years ago but now one is present in every part of the island.
