Personality

Julia would probably describe herself as a boring person. She isn't really all that outgoing or talkative, and is therefore seen as shy and friendless. She tends to focus on her studies and her sports. She can actually be a bright and happy person, but her usual personality is sarcastic and abrasive. She likes to make jokes that poke fun at others and herself. She isn't meanspirited or a bad person, necessarily, it is just who she is. She does have some friends, but it is rare that they go and hang out anywhere.

Equipment

She always wears a gray ribbon in her hair. That is a momento of her mother's, who passed away when she was 5.

History

Julia has lived in this city for all her life. Edge City is where she was born and raised, and she has no desire to leave it, no matter what memories are here. She was born to a pair of hard working parents, who often had to leave her with a sitter while they went to work. When she was five, her mother died after collapsing from exhaustion while waiting for the subway to go home. From that day forward, her dad worked twice as hard, trying to cope with the loss of his beloved wife. Jules got used to operating alone, and eventually moved into an apartment payed for by her dad that was closer to her school. This happened when she was 14. Two years have passed since then, and it has been uneventful until recently. Just a few days ago, she had a dream in which a beautiful woman told her that she was going to be a player in the new "game." She had no idea what that meant, and so the woman explained it to her. In the dream, it had made perfect sense. Once she woke up... not so much. She pushed it out of her mind until the woman came into her dreams again the other night, and told her to be at the park nearby at sundown. While Jules thought she was just having strange dreams, she figured it wouldn't hurt to check it out, and so left to see if her sanity was still intact.
