Personality- More focused on fun rather than working. More often than not, he is seen working on new pranks or schemes to whittle the time away between classes. Tzoker knows the ins and outs of the school, having spent most of his time in the dead of night, laboring to discover the secrets hidden within.
Description of Appearance- Tall, with dark, messy hair. Almost always drinking a beverage of sorts. Wears more formal clothes; loves scarves.
History- The Mefei family stands as one of the noble houses in the city of Havenrise. A true model of noble society, the Mefei run like clockwork, each morning running the same routine. The middle child of three, little Tzoker became more a wallflower than a child. Breaking away from the routine, his endeavors in the night when his parents or guards weren't paying attention revealed to him the delights of mischief. When he discovered his talent of magic through perusing and pondering the volumes upon volumes of theory books in his family's study, he began applying his powers to further his tricks and pranks, making a name for himself in the night world of Havenrise. When word reached his parents, he was immediately sent to the Arceian School of Magic in order to learn restraint and responsibility. To Joker, all that meant was a new environment to expand his horizons. After all, life's funny when it's a joke.
