Description of Appearance- Sophie where a black dress that is usually covered by a red and white jacket, a pair of black fingerless gloves with white on the wrist, a brown satchel were she carries her Pokeballs and other things, and her limited edition collector cap, which she often uses to cover her eyes when meeting new people and a pair of black and white running shoes. She has brown wavy hair that falls a little past her shoulders, and stunning blue eyes, when they can be seen. She has an average bust and is 5'3 and despite being shy rather athletic and will often go on runs with her Pokemon. She is often seen with her Pokemon accompanying her wherever she goes outside of their Pokeballs, the only exception being Breaker, her Excadrill.

Personality
Sophie is usually a very timid and shy when it comes to socializing with people, she is very soft-spoken and gentle. She is very sweet and caring, she loves to help and take care of those in need, especially lost or hurt wild Pokemon. She hates people would treat their Pokemon badly and/or use them evil tasks. Opposed to what her team may make most think Sophie loves small cute Pokemon overall other Pokemon, she has on many occasions tried catch both Manaphy and Shaymin for this reason. When in a contest and around cute Pokemon Sophie's shyness seemingly disappears temporarily allowing for a much more happy and vibrant side of her self that is usually only seen by her two brothers.
Equipment
Sol (Espeon) Sophie's first Pokemon and oldest companion, Sol is the calm and cool leader to the rest of Sophie's Pokemon, rarely allowing himself to lose his compositor inside and out of contest. Sol is also one of Sophie's strongest battlers that she has.

Nightmare (Darkrai) Sophie's Strongest Pokemon, and one of only two of Sophie's Pokemon that doesn't follow Sol's lead. Being the strongest and immune to most of Sol's move set Nightmare believes he should be the leader of the team and i constantly butting heads with Sol and often Sophie, going as far as to not listen to her orders during contests sometimes. Nightmare possess a strong will to win so even when not listening to Sophie's plans he still manages to put on a proper show.

Flair (Arcanine) One of of Sophie's best contest Pokemon, her elegance in executing her attacks is noted as a major factor is Sophie's Grand Festival win this year, along with a great combination from her double battle partner Blaze. The great praise she is constantly receiving has gone to her head and turned her into a rather pompous Pokemon around other trainers and Pokemon.

Breaker (Excadrill) Sophie's most misbehaved Pokemon, he rarely listens to her and often sleeps when he should be preparing for contest and refuse to participate in the appeal round. Breaker does not get along with many Pokemon and People at all, one of the few being Sophie's older brother who gave him to her when he was a young Drilbur. Breaker has always been a trouble Pokemon even in those days, but on rare occasion he shows his full potential to assist Sophie. Sophie is hoping this adventure on the island can bring them closer.

Vola (Volcarona) Sophie's newest and one of her strongest Pokemon and even though they have not been together nearly as long a Breaker and Sophie, much more loyal and obedient than him. Blaze having been saved, by Sophie and Sol, from a large storm after a trainer had released it badly wounded from it losing a gym battle, has been beside Sophie's side since striving to become as strong as it could, and overcome each of the challenges they faced on their way to becoming Sinnoh's Top Coordinator.

Sky (Shiny Staraptor) Sky is the first Pokemon Sophie caught up, which she is very proud of as it was the same with her with her older brother and Father as well. Sky is very overprotective of Sophie and acts more like and older sister that her Pokemon sometimes scaring away boys who she doesn't like, whether Sophie showed interest or not. Sky is the only Pokemon on Sophie's team that both Nightmare and Breaker respect as she has placed them both in their places before. She is one of Sophie most fearsome battlers and an appeal round Ace, do her being a Shiny Pokemon she is usually Sophie's first choice for the more important appeal rounds.

History
Born in Hearthome City and would often be left in a her brother's care when thier father who was a Pokemon archaeologist obsessed with the Unknown, was always travelling around the regions with Sophie's mother. Her brother a Pokemon Breeder often would teach her things on Pokemon and bring her to see the contest in the contest hall, when Sophie was 10 her parents had another child, a younger brother for Sophie who she wanted to teach Pokemon things to liked her older brother taught her. Having decided to settle down and stop travelling so much they moved to Canalave City where Sophie's father could go to iron island and explore while staying close to his family. On Sophie's 12th birthday her brother gave her an Eevee egg and a book on the Eeveelutions so she could know what to do the Pokemon hatched, choosing a Espeon, she decided to name him Sol. Training day after day in the grass out side the city until Sol evolved into Espeon like Sophie wanted she decided she would become a Pokemon coordinator. After her first attempt at the Grand Festival losing during the appeals stage her brother deiced to give her a troublemaker of a Pokemon he got his hands on, a young Drilbur believing Sophie could help it. Sophie took the small Pokemon and began to prepare for the next Grand Festival and while using Breaker only to train and not participate she realized he must not have liked her very much, as i mostly slept and rarely listened to her when he was awake. Deciding to get close to Breaker she used him as her first battle round Pokemon with sky, during the match he evolved and assisted Sophie all the way to the quarter finals, where he slept through the round leaving Sky to take on a Jolteon and Glaceon team alone. After another try with the battle team of Blaze and Flare Sophie finally became the Top Coordinator and decided she would relax for a bit before heading off to another region to challenge other Top Coordinators, until a letter came that is.
So begins...
Sophie looked at the car window as her and her parents drove down the road the snow fell lightly outside, they were heading toward Snowpoint City. Her parents were heading there to do some research in the Snowpoint Temple and Sophie was to take a boat to a mysterious island with a frontier brain, Elite Four, and the champion. She had got the invitation after becoming the new Sinnoh Top Coordinator. She is very anxious going to the island believing she isn't as qualified as the many others invited. Sol sat on her lap sleeping throughout the car ride, her other Pokemon sat in their Pokeballs. " We are almost there, Sol than we get on that boat and head out to a place we haven't been before. This is our first time leaving the region, I really hope nothing bad happens." Sol looked up and nodded, he was ready for anything that would be thrown at them. A car soon came a stop and Sophie's parent began to get out, grabbing her bag she opened the door a stepped out of the car right near the dock.
"Here are your bags Soph," Her father said as he handed her two moderately large bags "one has food for the Pokemon and the other is your clothes and such right?" her father asked
"Yes dad I am not a little kid anymore." Sophie said as she grabbed her bags, she could see a small boat and with not may people going she assumed it would be that one. "Okay bye guys." she gave her parents each a kiss on their cheeks and began walking away as she looked back her mother was waving and crying a bit and her father just waved before both got back into the car to head to the temple. "Jeez both of them traveled all over the world when I was younger and now i go out and they make it such a big deal."
As Sophie walked down the dock a man in a butler uniform walk up to her, " This way miss Valentine my master has sent a personal yacht for you and the other passengers our ride is the longest of them all so he wanted you to be comfortable." Sophie followed the man to the Yacht as she entered she looked around, taking in how beautiful it was. "Follow me I will show you to your room so you can put your bags down." The man said as he walked into a hallway. Sophie followed the man down the hallway, he open the door a room and held it opened and bowed. "This is your room Mam."
Sophie walked into the room and place her bags down, the butler closed the door and presumably went to meet up with the next guest to arrive. "Well i guess it starts from here."
Seth moved nimbly through the city as Lu was still asleep in her home made nest of his chest. He noticed alot of stares as he casually strolled through the city looking for the docks.
"Hey isn't that the Frontier brain? Seth heard someone ask, "Yeah thats Seth!" Another replied. "Really Seth here?!" The questions began to grow more and more and soon he was being swarmed by person after person.
"Seriously guys I'm not that popular." Seth tried to sigh modestly with a smile. He received a transmission on the X-tranceiver from his good friend Aisling.
"Hey Seth, I've just received a--" Aisling paused to listen as his friend interrupted him.
"You too, huh?" Seth pulled out a white envelope, grinning.
With that the communication was cut short when Aisling turned his head and looked away from the watch. Hmm that's odd this thing never gave me problems before, why start acting up now? Seth thought as he reached the dock only to be greeted by a butler.
"Master Sheerwood, allow me to take those for you." The butler dressed person said as he too Seth's case into a room. Seth followed behind quietly and sat in his room meditating. Something just didn't feel right he thought.
It took Sophie awhile to gain up the courage to peak her head out of the room thinking they may be confined to the room. She looked around to see if anyone else had showed up before her as it looked very empty. With Sol by her side she decided to explore the yacht a bit, Sol quickly ran back into the room reaching into Sophie's bag grabbing all the others' pokeballs except breaker. Sophie walk into the room seeing the four Pokeballs on the bed, " Oh let the others out huh, good idea Sol." Sophie said to Sol,"ALRIGHT EVERYBODY ON STAGE!"Said said releasing all her Pokemon with her signature phrase.
Each Pokemon came out and surrounded Sol, " Alright Guys lets go exploring[."Sophie said as she walked out of the room she began to look down the hallway "I wonder will pop up next, the champion or the Elite Four member or even the frontier brain?" Sophie said as she headed down the hallway toward the main entrance. Nightmare pulled ahead of the group looking back at Sol who walked beside Sophie, Flair and and Vola sat behind the group as Sky flew above the rest checking out the top layer of the yacht. "Wow this is a pretty nice place it most have cost a lot of money."
"So that's how you great an old friend, huh?"
"Friend or not that's how I greet most people that know me, be it sarcasm or seriousness."
"Most trainers are shocked when Zip casts Thunder without passing out."
He somewhat was setback by this statement; Zip, a small Pokemon using thunder? That's not extremely surprising but what surprised him was how confident Zip seemed in himself with his abilities. This was something some of his Pokemon lacked, high self-esteem.
This little guy was hand bred so that he would directly inherit Earthquake from his mother. I'd say he has a good chance."
"Most of my Pokemon are taken from the best coordinators and battlers in the world, either that or my very own parents breed them. I'm quite sure whatever breeder you got Zip from isn't better than my own families." He then smiled jokingly at Jared and Zip.
"And you might get your wish with this..."
His eye caught the letter and he immediately knew what the next question was going to be, almost muttering the words himself before Jared interrupted him.
"Do you know if anyone else is coming?"
He looked down at the floor and quietly mumbled a few letters out of his mouth before finally speaking. "F-fabian is coming, out of the Elite 4 I'm the rep, I'm quite sure they voted me to go while I was at Stark Mt." He sighed and lifted his head up and looked at Jared once again putting on a fake smile. "Shiro, Lucillee, and Sky, those three voted me...I question if they chose the right person for the job. He shook his head to clear his thoughts and looked at his Poketch. "The letter said the top Pokemon Coordinators are coming...I haven't seen her yet,"
Sophie looked around the yacht as Sky and Nightmare flew around the top of the yacht sparring much to Sophie's dismay, "Come on you two do guys really need to fight?" Sophie said as she looked down at Sol, " This is just as much your fault as it is there's you know that right?" Sol walks toward Flair and Vola, both of which were laying down relaxing. The group was alone still, nobody had showed up yet and they had been in the boat alone for an hour. "Maybe I should go see Mom and Dad, I am sure they haven't started yet they had a lot of research to sift through, and only got through about half on the ride," Sophie said out loud as Sky seemed to slam into Nightmare using Final Gambit putting everything into a last ditch attack taking them both out in one move, Sophie returned them to there Pokeballs and looked at Sol and the others, "I guess I have no choice but to go in to town to heal these two. Flair can you get my bag we are going to head to the Pokemon Center Mom and Dad are going to be staying there while in town." Sophie continued to talk as Flair got the bag and walk over to Sophie holding the bag in her mouth. "Thanks Flair, alright guys return now Snowpoint City isn't a place you two would like being fire Pokemon." Throwing the bag's strap over her head she returned Vola and Flair to their Pokeballs and threw them into her bag, she then walked toward the door, it was shut tight possibly to protect anything left inside if one of the guest were to leave for some reason. Sophie knocked on the door a couple of times waiting until the butler reopened the door.
The butler soon opened the door "Yes Ms.Valentine?" The butler asked as he opened the door, " It seems as though the others enjoy not being on time with only you making it here on time for our planned departure time," The butler sighed "but I wouldn't be able to leave without them anyway and they may be taking their time because of this."
"Oh well they may be busy, I mean they are much busier than myself with all the contest season over." Sophie said as she looked down at the ground, she was never good with asking people things, "D-do you think I could go in to town to quickly use the Pokemon center?"
The Butler looked at her and smiled "of course the others may be at the battle frontier so once you return I we will off to there" the butler said as he gestured Sophie to the exit.
"Oh… alright I will try and be quick." Sophie said while walking out out the doors to the boat. Sophie and Sol ran off toward the Pokemon center full speed, she quickly ran through the snow Sol closely behind her hopping from rock to rock that he could find. They passed the gym and many houses as well as the newly establish contest hall, this was where Sophie had gained her final ribbon needed to qualify for the grand festival, a lot of Sophie's important memories are from this town, but now is not the time she was busy and wanted to get back to the boat quickly. Sophie walked in to the Pokemon Center a Chansey walked up holding a tray with six Pokeball slots, Sophie placed Sky and Nightmare's Pokeballs on the tray, "Only those two thank you." Sophie walked up to the desk the Chansey walking beside her, "Where can I find the Valentines?" She asked nurse Joy hoping they have stopped here already.
"Oh they are in the cafeteria, but they had asked not to be disturbed while reading their research, saying it was very important they finished it." Nurse Joy said as she took the Pokeballs from Chansey.
"It is fine I am their daughter." Sophie said as she walked toward the cafeteria
Timothy made his way slowly to the port at Snowpoint city. He hadn't been back this way in Sinnoh since he had taken the Gym Challenge, and it was just as cold as he had remembered. And empty for that matter. The only other person he had seen at the Pokemon Center was a young girl who had run in to get her Pokemon healed in a hurry, before running back out. A shiver returned his thoughts to the present, and he pulled a green scarf around his neck a little tighter and continued on, his feet crunching in the light snowfall on the ground. He would have looked pretty comical to a passerby. His Ninjask was perched atop his head, wings lowered, barely moving because of the cold. Timothy appeared to be carrying a bumpy red backpack, but on closer inspection it was actually his Shuckle, it's long and skinny limbs wrapped around his shoulders. All this on top of his characteristic white shirt with green suspenders holding up green pants, and his odd hair coloring of white and green stripes, would have turned anyone's eye. But no one was around, so Timothy walked on in silence.
As he was just starting to make out a yacht, he could see that same the same girl just reaching the port and boarding the ship. "Must have forgotten something," he thought to himself. Getting closer, he now saw two more people, both men, arguing on a bench at the docks. He couldn't be sure, but it looked to be more friendly banter than anything. Finally he got close enough to make out some words.
"Do you know if anyone else is coming?"

It was then Timothy realized they must be talking about something akin to the mysterious invitation he had received from some person named R, of all things. Timothy recognized one of the men as Zane, a member of the Sinnoh Elite Four. Despite being the youngest member and the first to face challengers, he was quite possibly the strongest of the four. Timothy remembered how difficult his battle against Zane had been, especially because of the type advantage his team held against bug tyoes. Timothy's Ninjask also seemed to recognize Zane, perking up and vibrating its wings rapidly while re-positioning itself on Timothy's head almost like it wanted to take off and fly right at Zane. "There there, Ninjask," Timothy said calmly, "it's not time to battle yet, but I'm sure when it is that Zane would be happy to have a rematch."
Timothy didn't recognize the man Zane was talking to, but judging by the contents of the letter, he guessed that he must either be a Frontier Brain or a coordinator. But considering Zane had just mentioned a female coordinator that had not yet arrived, the other man on the bench was probably a Brain.
"Hi Zane!" Timothy said cheerfully when he got into earshot. "Nice to see you here too." Turning to the other fellow, Timothy held out his hand. "I don't believe we've met, my name is Timothy." It was rather embarrassing for him, because being Champion and all he should have a better idea of who the Frontier Brains were, at least, if not the top coordinators. He had always meant to visit the Battle Frontier, but he had just never ended up going during his time off of league matches. But there was no time like the present to start meeting the top Pokemon trainers in Sinnoh.
After a lengthly conversation with her parents about family things and fun times nurse joy walked in to the back, " Your Pokemon are perfectly healed"
Sophie Smiled and grabbed her Pokeballs placing them back in her bag, Sol stand on the table quickly leaped to her shoulder, "Alright guys good bye again and thank you Nurse Joy for all the help." Sophie took off out the door, or at least tried to but but slipped on the snow and fell, "Ah man there goes all the excitement i just had, but now to return to the boat to head off to the battle frontier." Sophie got up and began to run again, Sol making sure she didn't trip at all. As she got to the dock the butler like guy opened the door as she ran in. Basically gasping for air in the main lobby hunched over, "Wow I am so out of shape I guess eating all the cake and junk at the parties everyone threw in town wasn't a good idea." Sol smiled and walked toward their room. As Sophie entered she threw her bag on the bed and laid down all of her things were exactly as she had left them. As she laid the soon the boat began to move and a digital banner on her wall stated "Next Stop The Battle Zone ETA 30 Minutes", Sophie looked at her bag of Pokefood, her brother made, and saw that Sol looked starved, with a smile on her face, she opened up the food, and gave Sol some. "So the Battle Fronteir that is where the champion, elite four, and the fronteir brain who are coming are." Sophie said as she dazed off for a little bit before being woken up by Sol who was trying to tell her the boat had now stopped quickly she got up to greet the others as the butler walked to the door. She looked down at Sol who was waiting to meet some of the strongest trainers/masters in the Sinnoh Region.
