Tall, very skinny. Shaggy black hair and dark brown eyes. Wears a red trench coat over a white tanktop and black slacks, held up with a belt with a big gold buckle. He also wears a pair of white gloves.
Personality:
Ven is very mysterious. he tries to stick to his title, "Master of Illusions", a\so he keeps to himself, and is very quiet. he rarely speaks, and usually only in quick phrases, most times demeaning or puzzling.
History:
Ven grew up with one thing on his mind: illusions. Magic. the ability to fool people with simple tricks. all his life he tried to practice his illusions, bu it wasn't until he encountered his first Pokemon did he learn to use the Psychic Pokeomn to help his tricks. he began to work as a traveling magician, but it never payed well. His mastery of the Psychic Pokemone is what brought Cipher to him and the Celebi project.
