Mismagius and Dusknoir
As dawn broke on the grounds around the Cathedral Dusknoir's army was ready to mobilise. He was only taking about two hundred or so soldiers but he knew it would be enough. Mismagius materialised beside him causing him to lose concentration on his route planning.
"What are you doing here?" he asked gruffly.
Mismagius smiled, "Darkrai decided I should accompany you. Perhaps, he thinks your not up to the task." Dusknoir did not respond, choosing instead to glare at the map in front of him. Mismagius leant over him and whispered in his ear, "I think you should take the this path. It'll be quicker." Dusknoir shivered, he found Mismagius extremely attractive and whenever she was close to him he would have goosebumps. He leaned in close to her face, a fierce smile barely masking his anger.
"I am in charge of this operation. You would do well to remember that." Mismagius backed off though she didn't feel any fear, instead she laughed gaily.
"Oh Dusknoir, why do you always have to be so serious?" She flopped into a chair and conjured a purple flame. She tossed it from hand to hand as she spoke, "If you were more fun Darkrai might like you more."
"Darkrai is an idiot. He's like a child only a child with extreme strength. I care little as to what he thinks of me." Mismagius stood up and glided over to the tall, handsome man. Her hand sensually brushed his bare arms and her hips thrust up against Dusknoir's.
"Children need attention. They needed to be stimulated." On the word stimulated Mismagius rubbed her hand on Dusknoir's thigh. Dusknoir shut his eyes and tried to ignore Mismagius's pull. Mismagius laughed again and pulled away floating slowly towards the door of the tent.
"I'll see you later cutie," she winked. Dusknoir sank into his chair after she laughed and sighed running a hand through his hair. He had to have more control around that woman or else she would walk all over him. He waved a hand angrily and the map burned and quickly disintegrated. He stood up forcefully and marched out of the tent.
"Captain!" he barked. A burly looking Hippodowdon stomped towards him and nodded.
"Get ready to move out, we leave in five minutes," Dusknoir growled. The captain saluted and headed towards the army. Dusknoir spotted Mismagius talking to some of the higher ranking soldiers, playing with her hair seductively.
I'm going to have to do something about that interfering witch he thought.
Mismagius noticed Dusknoir glaring at her out of the corner of her eye and smiled. She loved to see him angry, it made him inefficient. She knew Darkrai had sent her along merely because he would find their conflicting personalities amusing. But it also gave her a chance to finally rid herself of Dusknoir. He was gorgeous sure and if situations had been different they might have become lovers but war she had no room for romance in her life. Mismagius only cared about rising to the top and only Dusknoir stood in her way. Well Dusknoir and Darkrai but the Dark Lord wouldn't be to hard to handle.
