I've been a Pond Gates resident for: Again, nobody knows. Everyone in Pond Gates remembers Frank to have always lived there, and his house to have always been up that one hill. He's pretty much the mayor's henchman, so he has to have been living there a long time, right?
Profession: Scientist, Inventor, Doctor (though he isn't exactly trusted...)


Personality: Nobody has ever been close enough to the scientist to be able to know his personality, or at least claim it. But from the insane laughter that is heard from up the hill, we'd say he isn't exactly right in the head. And thinking of all the blood-thirsty creatures he'd set loose, we'd also say he doesn't exactly have a heart now does he...?
Skills: Seems to never run out of ideas for his experiments. And most of his experiments were a success. Very smart person he is, no matter how crazy. It also seems that Frank has a knack at bringing people back from the dead, though with uncountable side effects. He is also very cunning when it comes to making medicine. The citizens of Pond Gate even said he was capable of curing any type of sickness and disease. Though don't forget about the side effects!

Now why are these parts empty? Maybe it's because Frank's history is unknown to anybody but himself. Maybe he doesn't even recall his own history if you think about all the insane cackling he's been doing. Maybe he hit his head one day and lost all past memories of himself. Who knows?

But what we do know about him is his current life. Frank has lived up on that lonely hill for...forever. People have been born and died while he still lived, though how he managed to pull that off nobody knows. He's locked himself up in his home all the time, only coming down on extremely rare occasions. Nobody knows where he gets his food and water.
Though he has committed more than a million crimes, he's never been arrested. Not even once. Not even one warning. Why? It seems as if the mayor needs him. But for what reason...?

Now, if you're new to Pond Gates, it's better that you stay away from Frank N. Stein's house. It's been rumored that anybody--ranging from little child to grown adult to wrinkly old grandparent--who had the courage to venture up his hill or wind up there by accident are never seen or heard from again. That's a warning.


Weapons/Equipment: Everything in his lab. And that screw in his head that he's stuck there for some reason. Seriously, what is up with that?
