Personality
Alvin Psych's main and only goal is to make as much money as he can with little effort. In the super powered community, he found potential, potential that he felt was being wasted on fruitless battles for world domination. He decided to form Power Inc as a way to utilize this potential in a much more productive and profitable way. By getting the supers off of the battlefield of the cities and into the job market, Psych was sure to be making himself a lot of money.
He is apologetically sleazy and will never deny that all he cares about is the money. He may be unnecessarily rude to his employees, and even to his clients, but he doesn't mind this one bit. He knows he's a jerk and doesn't care who calls him out on it.
