Due to the cruel experiments of the Law corporation Dean in not quite sane anymore. He sees things that are not real and he hears voices. Dean is by heart a nice person but his mental instability causes him to snap when he feels threatend. Dean hates hurting inncent people more than anything else, but he can barely controll his powers, especialy not when he is upset.

Equipment

Dean carries not real equipment with him, just whatever money he posseses.

History

When the Law coropration started experimented on Dean he developed the ability to draw fire and shadows into the world, and send devestating shockwaves. Tools of destruction and chaos. At this point, Dean also started hearing a voice in his head, a voice that spoke of the vilest deeds and tried to make Dean hurt people around him. The conclusion that Dean came to stayed firm even fiften years later. The Law cororation had put a demon into him.
