An optimistic smart-ass. He's usually making jokes and making a complete ass of himself but he's there when it counts and he's dependable. Although he does sleep a lot. you could consider him cracked.

Equipment

An M14 and a .45 magnum. He also knows several forms of hand-to-hand combat and can use a sword pretty decently.

History

Seph is a citizen of C12 and hate both the G.A.I. and Merch 13 with a passion. All he wants is for C12 to be free. He is one of the leading scientists that works for the resistance. He has been altered by a prototype "super human" shot. He loves to be on the front lines and is a master of guerilla warfare and has training in several forms of combat and is very proficient with almost any weapon you throw at him. Due to the instability of the prototype he injected himself with his body will ocasionally spasm. He looks at the test as a good thing because it allowed him to perfect the shot.
