Guys though are her specialty she can get a guy to practically do anything for her within a few moments of meeting her. She plays head games and sometimes they can be extremely mean or very innocent.

Twenty years ago Rowan's parents met for the first time. There was a party. Well, more of a celebratory business meeting.Two of the most prominent and wealthy technology companies were merging. Putting aside their decade long rivalry to create the largest and most technologically advanced company yet. There were hundreds of people in attendance. Employees from both companies, press, and of course founding families. The Bellantonis and Swanepoels.
Lukas Bellantoni never liked being around the press. They made him uncomfortable. Despite his cool and aloof exterior, he was really very shy and socially inept. He caught the eye of Adelaide Swanepoel and was immediately enamored by the signature mischievous grin she set his way. On the other hand, Adelaide from the Swanpoels was known to be quite the trouble maker. Flirtatious and stubborn was just the icing on the cake. She did not like the press either, but for entirely different reasons. Her parents pressured her too much to be a good little girl in front of the cameras, and she had no time for that. Across the table their families were sharing, she could see the Bellatoni's eldest son. Catching his eye, she could feel the first threads of a plan coming on.
While their parents were occupied with making polite talk with their myriad of guests, Adelaide grabbed Lukas' hand and they escaped from the crowds. Outside into the night. That was the beginning of their relationship.
