Personality

Hollisa is usually a quiet person, and the only real way to make her speak with any sort of passion is to insult the use of what she protects. It is often looked down upon, protecting something as horrible as disease, but she firmly believes that without disease the world would be out of balance, and she is probably right.
Despite her silence, she is a nice person and has the idea that no one should be rude or mean to anyone without specific cause. This is an important trait for her to have because of her ability.

Equipment

Hollisa wears two bracelets on her right wrist, one is made of pure onyx and the other is made of pure white quartz.
She also has a small collection of dog tag necklaces she never takes off, 3 tags on one chain.
She is never seen without a notebook and a pen, which she leaves in a bag that she always has with her.

History

Hollisa was one of two children born of the Hogosha of Disease (Her Father) and the Hogosha of Immunity (Her mother). Her brother inherited his mother's ability, and two two were raised together so that they may balance each other out.

Holisa spent a lot of time with her father, learning the importance of diseases and why they must never be eliminated. It was an idea he pressed very firmly into her. After he taught her the 'why' of her inheritance, he showed her how to spread disease. He forced her to have all of them at a young age, so she would know the pain she would bring before she brought it. He taught her how to remove small illness from infected people, and taught her the repercussions of giving any disease to one person. He taught her of epidemics and their importance as well. He taught her when to bestow a disease upon someone, and when not to.

Before she went off to Hogosha Academy, her dad gave her the two bracelets to remind her that the world needs balance, in hopes that she will not be causing anyone unnecessary harm.
