My eyes opened slowly as the sunlight creeped through the hole filled curtains. I yawned and rolled out of bed, hitting the floor with a loud bump. I stood up, rubbing my head, now with a small lump. I sniffed the air, getting a wif of something tasty downstairs in the kitchen. I quickly dressed up and ran down stairs, licking my lips. Half way down the stairs I stopped and turned back around, running back upstairs, into a room other than mine, and threw the blankets off the bed. My apprentice, who was under the blanket, yawned, stretched, and sat up. "Hi sir" He said, rubbing his eyes "is it traini..." He stopped as soon as he smelled the air. I walked out of the room as he ran to his wardrobe. I ran downstairs, and sat at the table. My sister came in from the kitchen with three plates of pancakes, and a cup of maple syrup. I grabbed my knife and fork, licked my lips, and dug into the tasty food, pouring maple syrup over it. Two minutes later, my sister came in with some orange juice, and my apprentice ran up to the table and sat down. I chugged down my drink, wiped my mouth with my sleeve, burbed loudly, and gave a satisfied "aaahhhhh" while rubbing my belly. After a bit, I stood up and walked outside casually. I looked into the sky, seeing a small black spot, getting bigger. After a while, I could make out wings, a few seconds later, there was a glint on its beak. I sat down on a outside chair, as the falcon came down and perched on the arm rest. I untied the message around its leg, and it flew off almost instantly after the message got off its leg. I unrolled the slightly yellow piece of paper, reading it carefully. I placed it down and sighed. Mission time already I thought to myself as I walked back inside. "MERTION!" I yelled as I grabbed a bag full of weapons "WE GOT ANOTHER MISSION! LETS GO!". I walked outside as I heard clattering from inside, and Mertion coming out with a staff, a short sword, and his mage cloak, with the hood off his head. I opened my bag, took the weapons out, placed them on me, grabbed the clothes, and threw the bag back inside, a small dark trail closing the door, and retreating back to my finger, dissapearing. I ran to the back, opened the shed door, and stepped inside. I quickly changed into my battle clothing, and walked back outside, leaving my normal clothes in the shed. I dissapeared into the dark dimension, sending black trails back where I was before I dissapeared. I looked at my aprentice, as i'm able to see everything in the normal world. I stared at him, concentrating on the spot next to him, and appeared next to him. All that happened in a space of half a second. "Come on" I said, walking ahead and motioning for him to follow me "Mission time".
