Decoh! He's.. well, hopefully you see a picture of him, lol. But he's very down to earth, in fact, so down to earth that his entire wardrobe consists of earthy colors, such as green, and brown.. I'm not sure if black is earthy, but he wears it. Except for when he is actually fighting crime, then he's wearing navy blue spandex with a gray hole on the chest, the costume covers his entire body, head and feet include, but there are two holes for the eyes and he's got some slits for the nose, so he can breathe. Breathing is good. He is light brown and pretty muscular. He has green eyes, and he quite enjoys his green and brown bandana.. reminds him of swiss cheese.
Personality
Decoh is a nature boy. He's generally pretty calm and laid back, laughs at just about anything, very light-hearted and good natured. However, he can get really rude if he finds that the earth is being mistreated, this obviously means he has pent up anger.. I mean really, you know how people treat the earth. This anger is usually expelled when out in nature (however on occasions it's expelled by making people/stuff into swiss cheese), it just makes him feel good. He's happiest when he's in the outskirts of New Congress, because there's nothing but ocean down below. Its also conveniently where he gets his energy.

Decoh can use energy he's derived from nature to enhance his physical attributes, but his most used ability comes in the form of "holepuncher blasts". Desmond can draw a circle with his index finger fires off a blast of energy that disintegrates whatever it touches.
Fighting Style: He doesn't really have any formal training. But he has enough street smart and physical prowess to make sure everyone has a hard time killing him. So basically a lot of dodging (unless he can get a good lick in) and distancing to give himself enough time to make a hole in somebody (or something).

Benchmarks & Vulnerabilities
These holepuncher blasts can come in different sizes, but only as big as his arms'll swing in a circle. These blasts fire pretty quickly, almost as soon as he "connects" his circle. The upside to this weird disintegration thing is that it won't hurt! Don't underestimate those holepunch blasts though, if he draws a big enough circle he could take a leg clean off and you won't even feel it.
The downside? Well, people can generally see if his attack is coming because he has to physically draw the circles and the "endpoints" have to connect before the blasts fire. Also, his circles can only be so big, about as big as his arms'll swing in a circle. Not only that, but he can only make one circle at a time. And these blasts CAN be heard.
History
Desmond was originally born in Wisconsin and lived a relatively dry life until about age 12 when he discovered he could punch holes into anything. Totally by accident. Of course, as any 12 year old kid would do, he began to play with his powers so much to the point where everything in his room pretty much looked like swiss cheese (hence, his strange "swiss cheese" pattern). Desmond made the sad mistake of showing his parents his abilities. As a result, they kept him under constant watch everyday and they bound his hands together, so that he make anything else into swiss cheese. His hands were only unbound when he needed to eat or bathe. He was taken out of school and placed under watch by his dad. His dad didn't work so Desmond pretty much stayed in front of his dad at all times so his dad could see him easily and get to him in case he did anything "stupid." In addition to this sudden intense lockdown, his parents treated him like an alien. This carried on for about two year and caused a lot of anger to build up and one day, during dinner, Desmond decided to live on the edge and turn the kitchen into swiss cheese... Thus effectively making his parents give up on him and give him up to the state. Enter Dr. Jane Karlin, enjoying motherhood so much, and wanting to experiment on more "special" children, she decided to adopt again. Unfortunately, Jane could never get Desmond to cooperate, but never tried to force him either, she wasn't stupid. Desmond would spend a lot of time out in nature; because of his old home condition, he stopped liking being indoors. As a result, he never really was able to get close to his family, but at least he had one that didn't treat him like a freak.
At 18, Desmond could feel the tug of the lacuna and it's energy and that little tug seemed to do something to lighten his emotions. So Desmond moved to New Congress and moved in with his sister, Ileana (only to spend virtually no time there save only to sleep and eat). Desmond doesn't work thanks to Ileana's money siphoning fiasco (though he doesn't really need money anyway), he generally just stays in his favorite part of New Congress and trains while drawing energy from nature. He will go and hang out with friends, though, if they catch him before he leaves the house. He also doesn't mind hanging with Ileana every now and then when she isn't working.
The Paradigm offered Desmond a chance to join them but declined. Or rather, he never really gave an answer. Desmond has good morals and doesn't like to see people get hurt, but he can't guarantee that he wouldn't be preoccupied with something else. The offer still stands.
