Fighting Style: A dirty, sloppy brawler, looks to be entirely self-taught save for a few boxing and Karate techniques, but nothing fancy. He's also a fan of using his environment to his advantage, and prone to using guerrilla tactics against more powerful foes. If he needs to, he will %&$ing shoot you, and will shoot to kill, most of the time.

He is also a highly skilled ventriloquist, doctor, and amateur chemist and physicist, as well as knowing many magician, sleight of hand techniques.
Personality: Very smart alecky, and extremely jaded by the crime and corruption of the world, and by the failure of the government to protect it's people. He's slow to trust anybody, and liable to build back-up plans on how to take them out, just in case they reveal their true colors. However, if you've made it past that protective barrier, if he's figured you for one of the "good guys", then you've just earned yourself a friend for life. Assuming you don't blow it.
Origin/Background: Not much is known about the Libertarian, although he has left notes with various tied up or deceased criminals, with rambling notes attached. The first one found was found on simple paper, stapled to the forehead of a convicted serial killer and child pornographer, of course shot to death. The note said simply, in all lower case letters, 'it has to stop.' Since then, however, he's been beating up all manners of criminals, leaving them alive if they aren't deemed by him "too dangerous" for society, things like thieves, basic robbers, who have given police descriptions of the man, AND given his tendency to ramble to them about the decay of the country, leading the press to dub him, 'The Libertarian'. He's growing to become quite the nuisance to the criminal underbelly...
Recently, he's started researching the fabled, latest 'Paradigm', observing silently from a distance, fascinated despite his grave reservations about what could go wrong...

Wears an all black suit with a black under-vest, very old school, with a blood-red tie and a white button up shirt showing up, as often his overcoat is worn unbuttoned. He wears heavy duty work boots, of course black, with black leather gloves covering his hands, and making sure he leaves no prints. His overcoat is modified with many pockets and areas, perfect for concealing his many guns and items, in case his big gun in the brown leather holster of his vest is unusable for some reason. All in all, he's very much equipped to stalk around and hide at night. His mask actually is a lot more streamlined then in the pic, as that was an early incarnation, one of his first nights out, a year ago. Since then he's modified the mask to ensure that it won't come off during a struggle, but it still holds that creepy, alien quality, and amplifying and distorting his voice as he speaks through the mouth piece, giving it a surreal quality, especially when he seems to be speaking from everywhere at once, with his shadow looming ever closer...
