Basics
-
Character Name: Lily O'Reilly
DOB: March 4
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Zodiac: Pisces
Character Position: Sentinel
Character Personality:
Lily is a sweet , childish girl. She’s patient, gentle, and very impressionable. She’s idealistic and optimistic with ideas of peace, love, and unity. She’s a free spirit that would rather stay in her own world than be in reality. She can zone off into her own fantasies for hours if someone let her. She’s pretty naïve when it comes to the real world, but she’s learning all the time. Though child-like when it comes to morals, she’s highly intuitive when it comes to people’s feelings and emotions. Lily can be very cowardly when it comes to situations involving evil, but she will do what she can to help when she is needed. Her creativity also knows no bounds when she’s motivated.
Character Appearance:
Height- 5’3”
Hair color- Platinum Blonde
Hair Style- Long enough to sit on her hair, never tied up.
Eye color- Dark blue
Build- Small build, skinny, kind of frail
Clothing- On a normal day, Lily will wear something light and flowy, like a sun dress in light colors, her favorite being a light mauve color. During cooler times, she will add a white cardigan and a pair of white leggings. She goes barefoot all year long, as long as dress codes permit it. If not, she carries a pair of sandals with her in a bag.
Any visible piercings or tattoos- Her ear lobes are pierces with two aquamarine studs.
Abilities:
Hydrokinesis- The ability to manipulate water. With this, she can mold and shape water however she feels. She can pull water vapor out of the air, if there is no source to work with and manipulate that as well. She can make a shield out of water or create a ball or stream of water and hit an opponent with it. She can also use her powers to part water, and potentially walk on water and create a bubble around her head when she goes under water to create a pocket of air for a temporary amount of time.
Drawbacks-
If there is no moisture in the air, and no source of water around, her powers become obsolete.
If someone has the ability to freeze water, she can’t control it.
If someone has the ability to heat water to a point of evaporation, she could turn it back into water, but that is one of her most exhausting abilities, and she gets tired quickly.
The cool night air and the light of the moon charge her powers. A lot like a solar panel on a cloudy day, she has something like an internal battery that stores energy for the daytime. Once she uses all that energy for the day, she has to wait for the night again before she can use her powers.
Attacks:
See above
Weapon(s):
She doesn’t believe in weapons.
Story
Character History:
Ocean Lily Moonbright O'Reilly was born into an “alternative” lifestyle. A family of hippies to be exact. In fact, for the first 13 years of her life, Lily didn’t own a pair of shoes. She lived a lifestyle of freedom and happiness. Her days were spent frolicking through the forest, making daisy chains, and sculpting pottery. It wasn’t until Lily was found by CPS at the age of 13 that she was forced to go to a real school. She was put into the care of her grandmother who had her name shortened to Lily O'Reilly to make her more "normal." Her mother and father taught her to read and do simple math, but that was her extent of her education before being put into a public school. The transition was hard, but she’s doing alright, though she is still kind of naïve to the world around her.
