being a son of a well-established political power, means that he has been quite successful in climbing his way up the social ladder. he, like his father, had always been known to be a natural born charmer. his personality exudes confidence, and charisma, and being social is something he's never had a problem with. he knows how to work people into the folds of his plans, without reaching too far into the depths of kiss ass.
he knows how to wrap people around his finger, and it's pretty obvious that if he wasn't so stubborn to be nothing like his father...he'd be very large in the political sphere of realms. even though on the inside he is a little deceitful and there's always an underlying motive, he is very dedicated to his friends. when he finds his little niche he will stick with them to the end. if someone is loyal to him, he will return the favor and that is one thing he will always respect. stab him in the back, and he’ll become your worst nightmare. for, if he is anything, caesar reyes is his mother's child, and he will get even in the ways he needs to. there is a bit of a darker side to the male, that is to say...he has a very macabre sense of humor. often making jests at other people's downfalls, or finding it somewhat entertaining watching people fail at their goals. not to say he finds pleasure in people's pain, he does have a heart, he just might laugh a bit before helping you. he has this sarcastic venom that sort of just drips from his words, sometimes as a defense.
he has this simple aura around him that just radiates his confidence, and his ego. with such, he's incredibly cocky to the point of being downright arrogant in the way he treats people. which is typically he just finds them useful as puppets or play things, and they'll have no suspicion of the idea. prone to his emotions taking control, the male will not sit back in a passive manner and do whatever he wishes and if others disagree about it, he'll definitely say something. he's not the type to let others simply dictate his actions, and has a strong belief that if you truthfully want something, you make it happen. it does not simply come to you, which is ironically hypocritic due to his polished and spoiled upbringing. while he does not flaunt his wealth, or his capabilities...he was enforced (and eventually adopted) the idea that you can subtly place that sort of influence and it makes you the strongest man in the room. he has a bit of a 'rebellious' way to handle things, sometimes not following rules to the exact or twisting the words that were said in order to get what he wants.

power is something your born in to. that is the rule of the reyes family. with patriarch pedro reyes, being one of the most prominently successful politicians in the past few years, and his wife as a power socialite who has been watched all her life. it is a no-brainer that the children of the reyes family were the stars of a small world.
and that's what they were expected to be. caesar, being the one who broke the rules. the youngest child in the family of political majors, he and his father argued when he wanted his life to be about acting and theater. already 'disappointing' his father behind closed doors for being a social media influencer, as well as being their problem child. the male care for nothing more, but to send his son to something to straighten him up and out. though he preaches he is a republican with no problem against the lgbt+ community, but he is. which is where his and ces's arguments started. the ultimate argument was to be cut off, or attend his alma mater. though ces had his heart set on an acting school, he decided he liked having money. so he put up with it, and even went the extra mile to live with his family's "legacy frat", not...at all thrilled about living with nothing but heterosexual men and their beer bellies.
