Lana's Story

Starry felt her breath speed up as she ran, seeing her fellow flock mates jump over the cliffs and then soar into the air made her gain a little bit more hope that they could get away. She took a deep breath and flung herself over the cliff and then felt her wings snap open and the wind catch them and then she was up in the air and flying her way towards Miles and Kestral. She caught up with ease and looked over at the two with a smile on her face before her attention snapped back to Connor, still on the ground, she gasped and looked at Kestral with a paniced look on her face.

Paw after paw, breath after breath, pushing himself further in the hope to run just a little harder, in the hope to catch the bird kids that had escaped, and one he had managed to separate, Connor. And he was running after the bird kid Connor, in the hope to catch him and bring at least one bird kid back, and even though he had the stamina of a wolf, Connor was just a little faster than him, which annoyed him slightly.

Pushing himself a bit harder as Connor did, Niar bursts through the trees but stopped just before the edge, almost falling over and into the water, but managing to catch his balance again. He watched the bird kid tumble down, then whip out his wings and flying up. He growled and let out an angry howl as he watched the bird kid fly up. Then noticed the other bird kids and growled angrily.
