    "Everyone's afraid of something."
☠ Losing Alice ➛ Alice is very important to Declan. They don't get along very well sometimes and he's always fucking things up between the two of them, but he's afraid of someday losing her. She picked him up when he was a mess and saved his life. He's afraid of who he'd become without her.
☠ Losing himself again ➛ A lot of shit has happened to Declan, he hasn't always been put together and in control of his life and, above all else, he's afraid to lose all the self control he's gained. He doesn't want to go back to the man he was before and he's afraid letting go, even a little bit, will put him right back in that place.
☠ Getting married ➛ Honestly, as much as he needs Alice and cares about her, he was sort of pressured into proposing to her by her parents. He does think that, maybe some day, they could get married, but at the moment, it's all kind of sudden and he's afraid to marry her, though he'd never admit that. He just puts it off as having a little bit of cold feet when, really, it's something deeper.

| Personality |
"I haven't always been such a good person."
Currently, Declan is a pretty good guy. He loves his job at the hospital, helping people work through their problems, is brilliantly smart, and tries his best to treat people with respect and decency. He like he's got his entire life in order, right down to the very last detail, everything is planned, perfect, and ready to go.

He prides himself on control and organization. He's constantly in control of his surroundings and himself, always making sure to keep himself in line. He organizes his entire life, every file in his office neatly tucked away, every shirt in his drawer nicely folded. He believes that, without order and organization, you have chaos, and when things start to get chaotic around Declan, he quickly starts to lose himself and become someone he doesn't want to be so he surrounds himself with order.

He's caring and considerate if you get to know him. He really does love working with the teenagers at the hospital, even the more difficult ones. Whereas some of the other doctors are only there for the science of it or the high salary, treating the patients like experiments and dollar signs, Declan really cares. He's one of the few members of the medical staff that gives a shit about his patients and honestly listens to them. He's not their to get paid or learn more about the human mind, he's there to help people.

Declan is also ridiculously smart. He's got an intuition like no other and a brain that can quickly, and precisely analyze overwhelming amounts of information. He can read people like books just by meeting them and hearing a few words, and he's always open to learning, loving to take in new information.

However, Declan wasn't always such a catch. Before he met Alice, he was honestly a complete mess. He was cruel, condescending, sarcastic, and miserable. He hurt people just because he could, and used his incredible intelligence as a weapon, feeling superior because of it. He was an incredibly prideful man, with a lot of greed and anger inside him that was constantly itching to be let out.

This is the Declan he fears more than anything and the reason he's so paranoid about having control. He never wants to be that person again because he lost huge parts of himself to anger and hurt people he cared about all the time.

Bits and pieces of the old Declan still shine through. When him and Alice fight, things can get ugly sometimes. She even threw a rock at the back of his head once and knocked him out cold with it. He can feel himself starting to lose control when he gets angry, and tries to avoid anything that would piss him off, terrified of his temper.

Drinking is another problem he has and is still struggling with. Alice is good at helping him if she's around, but, once he gets started, Declan rarely knows how to stop, and before he knows it, he turns into a monster. He's cruel when he's drunk, doing and saying things he'd otherwise never even think about, but he can't seem to give up the drinking for good, because, in all honesty, he likes the danger of it.

He tries to keep himself more controlled now, but he's always been a bit of a danger junkie, attracted to anything that was bad for him, destroying anything good. Alice keeps him in check now though, making sure he doesn't revert back to his dangerous cycle of self-destruction. He's thankful for her help because honestly, while he misses the danger and the excitement, there never really seems to be a balance for him and that scares him. He'd rather be a good guy and feel a little restrained then a horrible guy who hurts everyone around him.

| History |
"I'm not exactly proud of my past."
Declan's story is wild and reckless. He was born to a pretty typical family. His mother was beautiful, his father kind and funny. He had three younger sisters, Lucinda, Kellie, and Roxanne, all of whom he loved very much. As the only boy, he was always a little rebellious, but that was normal, he never got into anything too horrible. They were happy and things were generally normal for their family.

Unfortunately, it didn't last long. When Declan was twelve, they got in a horrible car accident on the way home from a camping trip. Everyone in the car was killed but Declan. His mother nearly survived, but later died in surgery while his father and three sisters died on impact. To this day, he wears three bracelets made by his sisters, never taking them off.

After that, Declan became an orphan, owned by the government and pushed into foster care. He was miserable and started using the rebellious streak in him to get into darker, more dangerous things. None of his foster families wanted him, he was unmanageable. He stole, drank, did drugs, brought girls home, partied, and did everything in his power possible to piss off whoever his guardian was at the time. He went through so many homes, he lost count.

Eventually, he pissed off the wrong people. He angered a gang member at a party and was later jumped by six of his friends. He was beaten bloody and stabbed in the abdomen, left there to die.

Thankfully, a girl happened to be passing by and found him lying there. He was nearly dead already and they were in a dangerous part of town, she could have just left him, but she called an ambulance and waited with him until it arrived.

When he woke, he found her still there, sitting at his bedside looking nervous. She was stunning and he was amazed that she'd cared enough to save his life because no one had given a fuck about him since his family's death. She wanted to make sure he was okay and recovered well because she said she felt responsible for him, so he let her stay and told her everything about himself.

When it was time for him to leave the hospital, Declan had nowhere to go, but she took him in. Her parents were rich and snobby, they didn't approve of him at all, but their only daughter got everything she wanted, so they took him in. After that, he did everything he could to turn his life around and prove to Alice's parents that he was worth the trouble of taking him in.

They never seemed satisfied with anything he did, but that was okay. Alice was always impressed by him and he just used their disapproval as motivation, forcing himself to become the man he thought they'd want him to be. They put him through college, paid for his clothes and food, and, even if they never really looked at him as a son, Declan knows he owes them everything.

He fell in love with Alice while the two of them were in college together. He was studying to be a psychiatrist and she was studying to be a nurse. For the first time in his life, he made lasting relationships. Him and his roommate became best friends and he started dating Alice exclusively.

It wasn't until he earned his degree that Alice's parents finally gave him their approval, and what was more, they wanted him to marry their daughter. He was pushed into it a little, but eventually, he proposed and Alice agreed.

After college, he and Alice both got a job at Saint Peter's Hospital, him as a psychiatrist, her as a nurse. Now they live in a little apartment together near the hospital.

Life's For The Living
Passenger
Well grey clouds wrapped round the town like elastic
Cars stood like toys made of Taiwanese plastic
The boy laughed at the spastic dancing around in the rain
While laundrettes cleaned clothes, high heals rub toes
Puddles splashed huddles of bus stop crows
Dressed in their suits and their boots well they all look the same

I took myself down to the cafe to find all the boys lost in books and crackling vinyl
And carved out a poem above the urinal that read
Don’t you cry for the lost
Smile for the living
Get what you need and give what you’re given
Life’s for the living so live it
Or you’re better off dead

While the evening pulled the moon out of it’s packet
Stars shone like buttons on an old man’s jacket
We needed a nail but we tacked it ’til it fell of the wall

While pigeon’s pecked trains, sparks flew like planes
The rain showed the rainbows in the oil stains
And we all had new iPhones but no one had no one to call

And I stumbled down to the stomach of the town
Where the widow takes memories to slowly drown
With a hand to the sky and a mist in her eye she said
Don’t you cry for the lost
Smile for the living
Get what you need and give what you’re given
Life’s for the living so live it
Or you’re better off dead

Well I’m sick of this town, this blind man’s forage
They take your dreams down and stick them in storage
You can have them back son when you’ve paid off your mortgage and loans
Oh hell with this place, I’ll go it my own way
I’ll stick out my thumb and I trudge down the highway
Someday someone must be going my way home

Till then I’ll make my bed from a disused car
With a mattress of leaves and a blanket of stars
And I’ll stitch the words into my heart with a needle and thread
Don’t you cry for the lost
Smile for the living
Get what you need and give what you’re given
You know life’s for the living so live it
Or you’re better off dead

Don’t you cry for the lost
Smile for the living
Get what you need and give what you’re given
Life’s for the living so live it
Or you’re better off dead

Guilty Filthy Soul
AWOLNATION
I'm running out of faith
Be careful who you tell
[x2]

She's blackening my name
My army never came
It's water under the bridge
Be careful who you tell

Cause you gotta look her in the eye
And you gotta love your way of life
Cause you gotta guilty, filthy soul
Don't ya know it's out of your control

She's blackening my name
I know you feel the same
It's water under the bridge
Be careful who you tell

Stop squeezing on my neck
Your unemployment check
It's water under the bridge
Be careful who you tell

Cause you gotta look her in the eye
And you gotta love your way of life
Cause you gotta guilty, filthy soul
Don't ya know it's out of your control

Waiting on a blood line
You can find some free time
Look at who you're hating
Now your celebrating

Waiting on a blood line
You can find some free time

Waiting on a blood line [x3]

She's blackening my name
Be careful who you tell

Cause you gotta look her in the eye
And you gotta love your way of life
Cause you gotta guilty, filthy soul
Don't ya know it's out of your control

It was silent for a long time as she ran her fingers along his tie and the fabric of his shirt seductively. She knew she was an idiot for wanting him to fuck her because they'd never stop at just once. If he gave in, things would snowball out of control again just like it had the first time, but she didn't care. She was so desperate to feel his touch again, she told herself she was strong enough stop at one time, even if she knew she wasn't.

Levi placed a hand on the wall next to her before finally leaning in and kissing her on the lips. She instantly let out a moan, unable to stop herself because the kiss was even better then she'd thought it'd be. It had been so long since she'd been with him, she was already desperate for more and all he'd done was kiss her. She wanted his hands all over her body and his skin against hers.

He placed a hand on the back of her neck then, so she couldn't get away, though she honestly didn't want to. She couldn't get enough of his lips. Levi pushed her against the wall, pinning her there with her body and she kissed him back eagerly, gripping his shirt to pull his body even harder against hers, loving the way it felt to kiss him again. For a year she'd been horribly numb and cold. Now she was alive again and her whole body was on fire.

He slipped one hand under her shirt and started groping her over her bra, causing her to let out a desperate moan, wishing more then anything that their clothes were gone and she could feel him touch and kiss her bare skin. She never wanted him to stop kissing her and she was about to slip her hand down his pants when he pulled away from her, looking stressed, like it had just occurred to him what they were doing.

“Shit.” He breathed while she tried to catch her breath and recover from the intensity of his kiss. She watched him turn and punch a wall angrily, making her bite her lip. She didn't want him to stop. She wanted him to kiss her so hard, she forgot about how miserable she'd been for the past year, but if he wanted to be faithful to his wife, there really wasn't anything she could do.

Kayla pushed off the wall and walked over to him, spinning him back to face her as she pulled him close. "It's okay, she doesn't have to know. We'll only do it once." She breathed with a wicked smirk, trying not to sound as desperate as she felt. She kissed his lips again, wrapping her arms around his neck and standing on her toes as she kissed him hard, her whole body on fire. She slipped one of her hands slowly down his arm as she tailed her lips along his jaw seductively. Micky smirked against his skin when her hand finally reached his wrist and took hold of his hand. Kayla placed his hand, under her skirt, between her legs as she pressed her lips on the corner of his jaw. "Touch me Levi." She whispered breathlessly in his ear, hoping he wouldn't pull away again.

Declan had every intention of leaving and never talking to her again as anything but her doctor. He couldn't. She was his patient and now that he knew why she'd left, things between them had to be over. It would be torture, not being able to kiss her or feel her touch anymore, but he'd have to live with it. They were no good for each other, that much was painfully obvious and always had been.

Before he could leave, however, she stepped between him and the door. He sighed, hating the impossible hear between them. She closed the door again and leaned against it as she looked at him and all he could think about were her lips. He wanted to kiss her agin more then anything, but he held back because he could tell she had something to say.

“You're wrong.” She breathed honestly holding his eyes, making in raise his eyebrows. “I left because you scare the shit out of me. You have to realize that you’re the only person aside from Mickaela who has ever really loved me.” She breathed and he sighed, knowing that was true. [b]“I don’t know how to love you Declan.” She admitted and suddenly, he felt bad for putting so much pressure on her to love him and giving her shit when she pulled away from him or treated him coldly. She may be strong and powerful, but she was still just a young girl who'd never been loved. She was still learning how to love.

“You're wrong because I still love, but what’s the point in trying. You can’t have a life with me.” She shrugged, and stepped forward, kissing him and wrapping her arms around his neck. Declan wrapped his arms around her and pulled her body against his, kissing her back hard, loving the taste of her lips. “You can’t have anything real with me.” She whispered against his lips.

Declan just groaned softly against her lips and held her tighter, kissing her like she was the air he needed to breathe because that's honestly what it felt like. "This is real." He breathed against her lips, referring to the feeling he got from kissing her. His whole body was on fire and it felt like, no matter how much he kissed her, he just couldn't get enough of her lips. He needed her so bad if hurt. "What's between us is real." He whispered as he kissed her. "What I have with Alice is fake." He breathed as he trailed his lips along her jaw.

He groaned softly and she’d missed being able to make someone feel the way she made him feel, the way he made her feel. He held her tight and kissed her like she was his very breath. It was just then after everything that had happened, that Ophelia finally realized just how much she wished she wouldn’t have left. She realized maybe if she’d focused a little more on how much Declan actually cared and less on Alice and him being together they might have had a chance.

"This is real." he breathed against her lips and there was something so sincere about his words and being with him again, that made her eyes water, but she refused to let the tears fall. She hated herself, she’d fucked up. Sure they could continue their affair, eventually though it would get tired or they’d get caught and he’d never be able to see her again and the thought was agonizing.

"What's between us is real." he whispered, kissing her and she kissed back, closing her eyes to keep from crying. "What I have with Alice is fake." He breathed as his lips trailed along her jaw. She kept her eyes closed as his lips set her skin on fire, making her head spin and her body long for his touch.

She wanted so desperately to believe his words, only there were all the nagging voice in Ophelia’s head that told her he was a liar, told her she wasn’t good enough, that he’d just leave her again. She wanted just for once in her miserable life for the voices to be silent so she could think for herself. She was just about to push him away when there was a knock on the door and Ophelia stepped away from him. Dr. Wells opened the door and shot them both a suspicious glance, before his eyes rested on Ophelia’s body and it made her skin crawl.

“Were getting ready to land.” He said speaking to both of them but only looking at Ophelia. O nodded not really having a chance to protest as two of the nurses came in and grabbed her. Once again, her body wasn’t her own as they practically drug her out of the room and sat her back down in the seat she’d been in before buckling her in and handcuffing her to the seat. She rolled her eyes with a sigh, trying her best to be the sarcastic bitch everyone knew her as, but it was hard when all she wanted to do was be able to be with Declan. She glanced at him over her should with a sigh before turning around as she saw Levi come out of the room she was sure Mickaela had to be in. That made her body tense considering the what had happened the last time Mick and Levi had been alone.

It wasn’t Fiona that he was so worried about. It was Ashlynn and the fact that if he fucked up the only family she’d ever had it would make him a complete piece of shit. It had been his idea to go through with the adoption. As terrible as it sound he didn’t give a shit about Fiona, she was stupid to come back to him in the first place. The truth was though, he’d kind of fallen in love with having Ashlynn around.

"It's okay, she doesn't have to know. We'll only do it once." she breathed as she spun him around a wicked smirk on her lips. She kissed his lips again and he couldn’t fight her so he kissed her back. Her lips felt way too good against his. Her hand slipped down his arm while her lips trailed his jaw seductively.

She breathed with a wicked smirk, trying not to sound as desperate as she felt. She kissed his lips again, wrapping her arms around his neck and standing on her toes as she kissed him hard, her whole body on fire. She slipped one of her hands slowly down his arm as she tailed her lips along his jaw seductively. She smirked against his skin making him shiver. She grabbed his wrist poving it up under her skirt making him groan. She pressed her lips to the corner of his jaw making him groan. “Touch me Levi." she breathed in his ear.

He rubbed her over her panties roughly for a moment as he enjoyed her lips on his skin. After a long moment he pulled away hating himself knowing she’d probably hate him, but he just had way too much on his mind to give her his full attention. He was well aware that he’d fucked her enough time, that if they did fuck she’d know he was distracted and it would only piss her off more.

“Listen Kayla. I love you and I know you’re not going to believe me but this isn’t about Fiona.” He breathed. “A lot has changed. I just
I need sometime babe.” He breathed honestly swallowing back the pain he felt. He lend in and kissed her again. “I love you Kay.” He breathed before slipping out the door before she could try and make him stay or say anything that would hurt him.

Levi rubbed her over her panties and Micky moaned softly against his skin, trying not to be too loud. She continued to kiss he neck, breath quick before, eventually, he pulled away again. Kayla's jaw clenched and she quickly composed herself as he stepped away from her, hating that she probably looked flushed. She was pissed at him for pulling away, but also fairly hurt. It drove her nuts that he was the only guy in the world who could make her feel the way he did but, at the same time, the only one who'd ever said no to her.

“Listen Kayla. I love you and I know you’re not going to believe me but this isn’t about Fiona.” He breathed and she just scoffed because he was right. She didn't believe him. His wife had turned him back into the ideal husband and now he wouldn't touch her no matter how much he wanted her. “A lot has changed. I just
I need some time babe.” He breathed and Micky rolled her eyes. This time when he kissed her, she didn't kiss back. “I love you Kay.” He breathed finally and before she could say anything, he slipping out the door.

Micky let out a frustrated sigh and flopped onto the bed as soon as he was gone. She couldn't believe she'd let herself get so desperate for him and even more, he'd rejected her. She was done. Even if she knew what was between them would never really be over, she wasn't letting it happen anymore. She couldn't. He was right, things had changed and they just couldn't be together again. They were a disaster waiting to happen if they went back down that road.

Finally, after a long moment of silence, one of the other hospital staff members came and got her. He walked her back to her seat and she was handcuffed back in. She was careful to keep her eyes off Levi, deciding her best bet was probably to ignore him. At the hospital, she could avoid him easily unless he was her doctor. She just had to make it to the hospital. Then she could find Dean and forget all about Levi and the fact that he'd rejected her.

Declan could tell he was getting to her, but at the same time, it wasn't enough. She was still resisting him and doubting his words and the thought drove him crazy. He wasn't sure what he could say to make her believe him. He knew it wasn’t entirely her fault. She'd lived a painful, traumatic life and it had scarred her so badly she couldn't trust anymore.

There was a knock at the door then and Declan sighed as they stepped away from each other. He had a feeling she would have pushed him away anyway. It was Dr. Wells, telling them they were getting ready to land and Declan hated the way he was looking at her, but he kept his mouth shut. He just stayed quiet as the nurses walked her back to her seat, letting out a heavy sigh as he watched her go.

He was honestly torn when he came to her. The more selfish part of him wanted to fight for her because he loved her and he needed her, despite how wrong he knew it was. Still, the other half of him was hesitant, figuring it'd just be better for everyone if he left her alone. She was incredible and he loved her so much it hurt, but he wasn't good for her and she wasn't good for him.

She made him feel alive and more like himself then anyone else ever had, yet when he was with her, he was also dangerously unstable. At some point, she'd push him far enough and he'd really hurt her. He had to let her move on. It was for her own good. Declan sighed and ran his fingers through his hair before slipping back out the door and taking his seat. He grabbed his book and tried to read again, but he wasn't very successful because all he could think about was Ophelia's kiss.

Ophelia knew it was going to be hell back at the hospital. Two male nurses walked her towards the adult ward of the hospital and as she was getting her last moments of freedom. She knew she’d have to figure out a way, pay off one of the nurses to get ahold of Ricky. Without Ricky she had no one on the outside, no one who would sneak her cigarettes, drugs, and booze. The day drug on and on and on until finally they put her in her own room with one bed which meant one of two things.

Either they were putting Micky back in the teen ward to keep them as far apart as possible or she was in her own room in the adult ward. Either way, Ophelia had a bad feeling they wouldn’t be seeing much of each other. In the adult rooms, there was less freedom and way more security. A male nurse watched as she peeled off her real world clothes for the last time and slipped into a white hospital gown. Finally he shot her up with drugs and it was pure feeling of euphoria. The doses they gave her were higher than any dose she could get outside the walls Saint Peters. That was the one thing she’d missed about the hell hole hospital.

She desperately wanted a cigarette and someone to fuck her hard enough to make her forget Declan’s name. However, she wasn’t sure she would be that lucky. This time around, she didn’t have her Ipod, she had no razor blades, no cigarettes it was like her first day at Saint Peter’s all over again and the worst part she couldn’t just slip out of her room whenever she wanted. Because of the reason she was back, they had a higher security on her now.

Levi felt like complete shit but he had to give his time think before he fucked up again. He wanted Mickaela so bad, just the thought alone of not having her was painful enough. Then the thought of her hooking up with Dean again was even more irritating. The readmitting of Mickaela into Saint Peters was exhausting. Then it wasn’t like he could go see her and try to talk to her. He had to go fight for her to be in his care.

Just like Dr. Wells had threatened he was fighting for not only Ophelia, but Mickaela. The meeting seemed like it would never end. Finally it was decided that Levi would have Mickaela back in his care half the time, while the other half the time Callum would get her. The thought pissed Levi off and he had to leave before he lost his job. He didn’t go home though. He drove for a long time, trying to clear his head, before he finally went home.

Only when he got home he didn’t go inside he sat outside in his car and fell asleep. He hadn’t gotten much sleep, before he’d woken up and made the stupid, but surprisingly conscience decision to drive back to the hospital. It was late and way past his hours, but he didn’t’ care. He went to the adult ward, to find Mickaela only when he’d gotten to her room she wasn’t inside and he knew exatly where she was. Sober, he simply sat outside her door and waited for her to come back, had he been high he might have hunted her down and beat the shit out of Dean. He sighed at the thought.

Kayla knew life at the hospital wouldn't be exactly ideal. It had always been shitty, but she hadn't expected things to be so bad. She was no longer rooming with Ophelia. She was rooming with no one, which Ophelia probably loved, but she fucking hated. She couldn't stand the thought of being alone. She was only back in her room for an hour before she finally decided she had to see Dean or she'd go nuts. Not just from withdrawals, but from sitting there alone, sober, with nothing to think about but Levi, his lips, and the way he'd rejected her.

It was tricky, getting away because they'd given her extra attention, but she managed it. Before she knew it, she was slipping down the halls, making her way to the men's ward. Once there, she slipped into Dean's room. He was laying in his bed with his shirt off as he read a book and Micky smirked when he glanced up at her. It took a second, but he eventually realized it was her and his eyes went wide, like he was shocked to see her again.

Just like she'd expected, they fought. He said cruel things to her and slapped her a few times because he was pissed at her for running off with Levi. As far as he was concerned, she belonged to him. It was a pretty ugly fight, but in the end, he won. He had an advantage over her and he knew it. She wanted his drugs and his position of power over her seemed to amuse him way too much, but she had to ignore it. She couldn't stay sober anymore.

He didn't give her the drugs until she'd promised to be his and only his. She had and he told her that, if she fucked anyone else, not only would he cut her off, but he'd have his guys on the outside tell Tony where she was. After practically selling herself to him for the drugs, he finally let her get high. Then they fucked really hard for a long time. As high as she was, it was incredible to be with Dean again. He was better in bed then anyone she'd fucked in a year and he could make her forget Levi.

Kayla was exhausted by the time they were done and she didn't linger either. She knew he didn't like for her to stick around after they fucked unless he asked. So she'd rolled out of bed and grabbed her clothes, slipping back into them. He walked over and grabbed her by her hair before she left, kissing her hard on the lips. "Welcome back baby." He breathed with a wicked smirk, slipping a pack of cigarettes and a bag of coke into her hand.

With that, Kayla slipped out of his room and made her way back towards her knew room. She felt amazing. It felt so ducking good to be high again and the sex had been incredible. Back at her room, she spotted Levi, waiting outside her door and her jaw clenched as she got closer. "Go away Levi." She spat bitterly as she walked up, high enough that she could look at him now and not feel weak or desperate. "You're not gonna fuck me and I'm not interested in your apologies. We have nothing left to say to each other." She spat bitterly, pushing past him and slipping into her room.

The rest of the day was long, frustrating, and exhausting. Admitting Ophelia again was tiring and that was the easiest part of his day. After that, he had to fight the hospital to keep her in his care. It was quite a battle. Declan wanted Ophelia while Levi wanted Micky, but Dr. Wells wanted them both. It was hard to argue with Dr. Wells. Especially seeing as they let the girls out in the first place, but he did what he could.

He knew he had to get her back in his care. It probably wouldn't help her much. Honestly, having him as her doctor would probably only make matters worse and tensions thicker, but he didn't care. He couldn't let Dr. Wells have her. He'd have been unhappy, but satisfied if any other doctor would take her, but it wasn't like he could accuse Dr. Wells of anything. All he'd seen were a few inappropriate looks.

At the end of the day, it had been decided that they were to split their time with the girls. Dr. Wells would have them half of the time, them, the other half. It was frustrating and the thought of him hurting her pissed him off enough to make him drink. He went back to his office, walking briskly, angry with everyone and everything in his life.

In his office, he grabbed a stashed whiskey bottle and drank heavily. Eventually, he drifted off at his desk, exhausted from the events of the day. When he woke there was a little note on his desk from Alice saying she'd tried to wake him but couldn't do she'd gone home. It was fairly late and his head was pounding. He glanced around the room for the whiskey, hoping Alice hadn't seen it.

It had been kicked under his desk when he fell asleep and he sighed with relief that Alice hadn't seen it. He took a few long swigs before lighting a cigarette and leaning back in his seat with a sigh. He knew he should go home, Alice would be worried, but he didn't really want to. He didn't feel like sleeping next to Alice for some reason so he stayed to hide from his boring marriage.

Even thought she’d almost spent two years out of the hospital it was like she’d honestly never left. Ophelia honestly didn’t the hospital and even though she was completely alone and already missed Kayla, she had to admit that being alone was incredibly peaceful. She’d been alone for quite some time and she was on the verge of falling asleep when one of the nurses came to get her.

He refused to tell her where they were going and that made her slightly irritable. Eventually though they were walking past a row of offices. Each door reading a doctor she was familiar with. They passed Levi’s office then Declan’s. The last office they came to was next to Declan’s. In black lettering on the door it read Dr. Wells and she smirked wickedly glancing back to Declan’s office wondering if he was in there.

She slipped into Dr. Wells Office that spelt like cheap perfume, probably form one of the nurses, and cigar smoke. She raised her brow when he glanced up to her letting his eyes run over her body. She met his eyes finally and they were faded, making her knit her brows together in confusion. He was on something and she didn’t care what it was, she wanted it.

It didn’t take Dr. Wells very long to talk Ophelia out of her cloths. The only difference was he wasn’t forcing her to fuck him like he’d done before. This time O hated to admit it, but she enjoyed it. Mostly she enjoyed the thought of pissing Declan off which made the sex a million times better. They’d fucked for a long time, did lines of coke, fought, and fucked again and they hadn’t exactly been quite. It reminded her a lot of her and Declan’s relationship. The only real difference was that the fire and passion wasn’t there and no matter how badly she tried to pretend it was, she couldn’t lie to herself. Never the less it was still incredible.

When they finally finished, they laid on his floor and she used his chest as a pillow. He had a cigarette between his lips as his fingers traced up and down her spine. He knew somewhere in the back of her head, the fact that he hadn’t kick her out right after was problematic, that fact that he wanted to lay with her and pretend they weren’t in hospital as a doctor and patient, meant he had feelings that she couldn’t return that would eventually turn dangerous.

“I should go.” She breathed and stood up stealing his cigarette and taking a drag off of it before kissing him. She got dressed quickly and he followed after getting dressed.

“Let me leave first.” Dr. Wells breathed kissing her forehead making her jaw clench but she didn’t argue, just watched him slip out. She lend up against his desk for a moment as she listened to his footsteps fade before slipping out of the office next hoping Declan was gone by now.

He wasn’t entirely sure how long he waited outside her door. It was a long time though. He’d had a lot of time to think about everything you could possibly imagine. He hated himself for wanting her, he hated himself for needing her the way he did. He wished he could need Fiona the way he needed her, if for no other reason to give Ashlynn, the home she deserved. Levi was selfish though and a part of him believed that he could continue to make Fiona and Ashlynn happy as well as make himself and Mickaela happy as long as Mickeala stayed in the hospital.

It was fucked up sure, but it was the only realistic way he could think to make everyone happy. That was exactly the problem though, he was trying to make everyone else happy, not just himself. He rested his head against the wall and closed his eye for a moment he was exhausted. The silent chaos in his head finally ended when he head footsteps and sure enough it was Kayla headed for her room. He stood up then, half expecting her to turn and run the other way and he was slightly surprised when she hadn’t.

"Go away Levi." she spat bitterly making him roll his eyes. "You're not gonna fuck me and I'm not interested in your apologies. We have nothing left to say to each other." she spat before pushing past him and he debating leaving. She was right to be mad at him, but still he wanted to talk to her like a fucking adult.

He slipped into her room and lend against the wall watching her for a moment as he spoke. “Mickaela.” He breathed her name softly, like he was trying to say a million things, by just saying her name. “It’s not that I didn’t want to be with you in the plain.” He breathed honestly figuring that honestly was the only way she might actually talk to him. It didn’t take much for him to notice she was high on something and he sighed knowing it would almost be pointless to try and talk to her. “I just don’t want to hurt you again, you don’t deserve that, you shouldn’t have to put up with my shit.”

He let silence fall between them for a long moment. He wasn’t sure what else to say to her. He had a good feeling she didn’t want to hear his apologize, she didn’t want to hear a sob story, he was fairly certain she didn’t want to hear a single thing he said.

“Kayla. I love you. That will never change.” He breathed, he walked up to her spinning her to face him he fisted his hand in her red hair and kissed her hard, apologetically, passionately. He kissed her like, without her he couldn’t live, like she was his air. He held her there in the kiss refusing to let her pull away, until finally he pulled away and rested his forehead on hers. “You were all I thought about. When I fucked Fiona it was your face I saw. When I kissed her it was your lips I tasted.” He admitted looking her in the eyes needing her to know and feel all the agony he felt not having her with him while she was gone and you could see it in his eyes. “I’m sorry.” He finally breathed against her lips and he kissed her softly on the lips before turning and heading for the door.

Kayla was angry. Not just because of what had happened on the plane, but because seeing him ruined everything she's just done with Dean. She's fucked Dean to forget Levi and it had worked. She's successfully fooled herself into thinking there was something between her and Dean like there was between her and Levi. Seeing him outside her room destroyed illusion and reminded her that she wasn't fucking Dean because she loved him. She was fucking him for drugs. It was all fake, he was using her, and she was a slut.

Besides, she had to push him away. If she didn't and things started up between them again, it would piss Dean off. Not only would he cut off her drugs, but he'd have someone tell Tony about her. Silently, she hoped Levi would just leave, but she knew better. Even as the good guy Fiona had turned him back into, he wouldn't give up that easy. She was just glad she was high and hoped she could handle it.

He slipped into her room and leaned on the wall behind her and Micky was careful to keep her back to him as she lit one of the cigarettes Dean had given her and slipped the bag of coke under her pillow until she could find somewhere better to hide it. She didn't want him seeing her face and knowing how badly she wanted him. She wanted to stay cold and distant so he'd think he didn't meant anything to her but some good sex. She couldn't let him know she still loved him.

"Mickaela.” He breathed her name softly, and she closed her eyes, taking a drag off her cigarette. Just the way he said her name was a thousand times different then Dean and it drive her nuts. “It’s not that I didn’t want to be with you in the plane.” He breathed and she rolled her eyes and breathed out a breath of smoke. She knew he wanted her, but he's still rejected her because ultimately, he was right. A lot had changed in a year and his wife now took priority in his life. “I just don’t want to hurt you again, you don’t deserve that, you shouldn’t have to put up with my shit.” He said before it fell silent and Kayla still didn't turn around.

He was driving her insane and she'd only been back a day. First, he'd told her they could only interact as doctor and patient, then he'd kissed her deeply, then he'd rejected her when she wanted more, and now he was telling her he didn't want her hurt. She was going to spit something cruel at him and kick him out but before she could, he spoke again. “Kayla. I love you. That will never change.” He breathed, and before she knew it, he'd spun her and kissed her.

Levi kissed her so hard, Micky couldn't help but moan. She was high and it felt good, kissing him. His lips on hers were real fire. No matter how wrong it was that he was married, too old, and her doctor, kissing him felt right. When he kissed her and touched her, she didn't feel like a whore and hate herself. She actually felt good about herself and she'd desperately missed that feeling. Micky couldn't help but kiss back as he grabbed her hair and held her tightly. She needed his lips to feel whole.

Eventually, he pulled away and rested his forehead against hers, leaving her breathless and speechless, not sure if she shod kick him out or kiss him again. “You were all I thought about. When I fucked Fiona it was your face I saw. When I kissed her it was your lips I tasted.” He admitted holding her eyes, letting her see his pain. She couldn't hold them. She felt like shit, seeing the pain in his eyes and knowing she caused it so she closed her eyes because he was getting to her. He was making her weak again. “I’m sorry.” He finally breathed before kissing her again softly and pulling away.

Micky watched him head for the door with a sigh. She should just let him go, but she couldn't. Her lips were still tingling, she was high, and all she wanted was to keep kissing him. She wanted him to touch her and fuck her so hard she forgot about the last year, but even if he wouldn't, she had to kiss him again. Micky moved quickly, dropping her cigarette and slipping between him and the door. She knew, if Dean found out, he'd punish her, but she didn't care.

Kayla grabbed his tie and pulled him close, kissing him hard on the lips before leaning up on her toes and wrapping her arms around his neck to kiss him harder and pull her body tighter against his. "I fucking hate you." She breathed against his lips. She hated him for being the guy she'd fallen for. Why did life hate her so much that the only guy who's touch she couldn't forget and who actually loved her, was the only guy she couldn't have?

She kissed him for a long time and it was impossibly hard to pull away, but eventually, she did with a sigh. She wanted to push further and have incredible sex, but she didn't because she couldn't take it if he pushed her away again. After pulling away, she went over to her bed and sat on the edge, lighting another cigarette. "For what it's worth, no matter how high I was, I thought about you every time I was fucking someone else too." She breathed out a breath of smoke honestly because it was true.

Declan took his whiskey over to the couch and lay down. Through the wall, he could hear two people fucking and it drove him nuts. It was Dr. Wells's office and all he could think about was the way he'd looked at Ophelia. The sounds were muffled so he couldn't tell exactly who it was, but he hoped it was just some nurse. If it was Ophelia in there, he wasn't sure he could handle it. The thought of the way Dr. Wells touching her after the wag he'd treated her when she was in his care, made Declan sick. If Ophelia was going to be with someone other then him, it would hurt, but she should at least be with someone who loves and appreciates her.

After a while it finally stopped and Declan could drink in silence. A few more drinks in, however, he was out of whisky and he rolled his eyes and stood. He hadn't had a drink in several long months and suddenly, he'd gone through half a bottle of whiskey and was on the hunt for more. At least he wouldn't see Alice. She'd never know. He had no intentions of going home. He'd just sleep through the night.

Declan carefully hid the empty bottle so Alice wouldn't find it before he slipped over to the door to go get his other bottle that he'd stashed in a storage closet. As soon as he opened the door and stepped out, someone stepped out of Dr. Wells's office and he knew exactly who it was. Ophelia had been the one in there with Dr. Wells. The thought made his jaw clench tightly as he looked her over.

He wished he could make her see she was worth so much more then an evil man who just wanted to use her. She deserved someone who loved her and made her feel incredible. All he could think about was the state she'd been in after Dr. Wells had first started working with her and he couldn't help but feel awful. She'd rather fuck a man who'd tortured the shit out of her, then be with him.

It was only Ophelia’s luck that at the same time she’d shamelessly emerged from Dr. Wells office so did Declan. She almost instantly felt like shit and the only thing that kept her from breaking down and apologizing was the cocaine in her system, thanks to Dr. Wells. There was absolutely nothing to say to help her situation. There was no doubt in her mind that he’d just heard them fucking for the past hour or so.

She managed to show the guilty feeling down as she started walking, like he didn’t even exist. She slipped passed him, her pace was quick. She didn’t want to hear his sarcasm or his cruel words or worse she didn’t want to see the judgmental look in his eyes. Although as she passed him she could smell the liquor radiate off him like a strong cologne making her raise a brow. She tried to talk herself out of what she was about to do, but she couldn’t because the truth was she missed the misery that came along with Declan.

She knew it was probably one of the worst ideas she’d had in a long time, but the rush from the idea alone had her heart racing. She was itching to be bad and piss him off. She turned back to him the and crossed the hall to him shoving him against the wall a wicked smirk on her lips and she lend her body against him. She slipped her hand down his pants and rubbed him over his boxers. It was clear in the way she touched him now as opposed to a year ago that she was clearly more experienced.

“Did you enjoy listening to him fuck me.” She breathed darkly against his lips. “I’m going to make your life a living hell.” She threatened. “Maybe I’ll fuck Alice too.” She smirked kissing him hard. She was trying desperately to be cold towards him the best she could it was easier to lie to him and pretend she didn’t love him then it was to lie to herself. She pulled up then pulling her hand from his jeans and started down the hallways again.

Before he had the chance to slip out the door Kayla cut him off grabbing his tie and pulling him close kissing him hard. He could never quite get over her kiss. There was nowhere else in the world he’d rather be, no one else he’d rather be with. He placed a hand on the back of her neck and kissed her back harder. She wrapped an arm around his neck and he pulled her body closer wrapping an arm around her waist. She kissed him harder and they stayed kissing for a while before she finally pulled away and he didn’t force her to stay in the kiss.

“I fucking hate you." she breathed against his, before she kissed him again and he kissed back. They kissed for a long time and still it wasn’t enough time. When she pulled away he sighed and he let her pull away, despite his need to want to continue to kiss her. She moved then to sit on the corner of the bed and light herself a cigarette. "For what it's worth, no matter how high I was, I thought about you every time I was fucking someone else too." she breathed out a breath of smoke.

He lend his back against the wall, like he needed it to hold him up because kissing her like that after so long was incredible. He was honestly glad to hear those words come from her. He knew her better than anyone else, but he also didn’t always know how to read her, her degree in sarcasm and bitterness made it hard to know whether or not she was being honest half the time.

He let silence fall between them for a long moment as he crossed the room to sit next to her on the bed. He was glad that perusing her had turned into an argument. He helped himself to one of her cigarettes, talking a long drag off of it, before blowing out a cloud of smoke. He kept his eyes on the boring white wall for a long time, before finally he spoke.

“This was all my fault, I never meant to hurt you or Ophelia.” He said honestly. “I’m just a shitty person, I’m bad for you Kay.” He breathed but the word were more of a statement then a warning. “You have to know Kayla, Fiona doesn’t mean shit to me. If I had any idea that I was going to see you again, I’d have left her, I swear.” He admitted. “The problem is, no I’m too deep in, we have a kid now.” He breathed finally glancing to Mickaela. “I mean we adopted her, but still were the only family she’s ever had. I don’t think I can fuck her over like that babe.” He breathed like he didn’t know what to do, like he was desperate for Mickaela to give him some kind of answer and answer he doubted she had.

“More importantly I think the real problem is that were bad for, but admit it were not good for anyone else either.” He shrugged as he blew out another breath of smoke. Levi hadn’t had an honest conversation with anyone in what felt like forever. His life with Fiona was a lie, they hadn’t fixed their marriage they’d swept all their problems under the rug and avoided an topics that would lead to a fight like the plague and anyone else he talked to was on a professional level. It felt so damn good just to talk to Kayla.

Micky expected him to leave then because honestly, there wasn't much to say. The kiss had said it all. They both wanted each other, but they couldn't have each other. It was painful, but it was reality. Thinking they could be together wasn't real. It was a silly dream that would never happen. He'd never leave his wife, she'd never stop running, and they'd never stop hurting each other. He didn't leave right away. Instead, it fell silent between them for a long time before he came and sat next to her on the bed.

Silently, she hoped he'd kiss her because she didn't want to talk. She was tired of talking and feeling like shit. She wanted to taste his lips and enjoy herself the way they used to when they were first together. She could tell something was really bothering him though as he took a cigarette from her so she waited for him to talk. “This was all my fault, I never meant to hurt you or Ophelia.” He said honestly and she sighed. He was right to a certain extent, but it wasn't entirely his fault. In all honesty, it would have probably happened eventually anyway because she was the kind of girl who ran from her feelings.

“I’m just a shitty person, I’m bad for you Kay.” He breathed and she rolled her eyes. He was bad for her, yes, but she was just as bad for him. They were toxic to each other. “You have to know Kayla, Fiona doesn’t mean shit to me. If I had any idea that I was going to see you again, I’d have left her, I swear.” He admitted and she sighed because she couldn't believe that. He still cared for his wife. He may not love her anymore, but he was reluctant to hurt her because he cared about her. She'd been his first love. He wouldn't be human if he didn't still care about her.

“The problem is, now I’m too deep in, we have a kid now.” He breathed and Micky had to look away when he said that. It was like a punch in the stomach, hearing that they had a family now. It hurt to bad, it broke though her high. “I mean we adopted her, but still were the only family she’s ever had. I don’t think I can fuck her over like that babe.” He breathed and she bit her lip so hard, it drew blood. Adoption was even worse. He had a daughter who knew pain and abandonment and if he left her, he'd only ruin her even more and she'd know. Suddenly, she felt like total shit. If she wanted him, she'd be taking him away from a little girl who needed him and relied on him even more then she did. While at the same time, without him, she was miserable.

Kayla knew exactly what had to happen then. If she wanted him, he could never leave his wife. Not until the girl had moved out and was grown up. If Micky wanted to be with him, she'd have to share him. She'd have to be the other woman forever and things had to stay secret or it would hurt his family. It was either that, or she give him up all together, which she knew she should do, she just wasn't sure she could. As cold and bitter as she'd become, she still loved him.

“More importantly I think the real problem is that we're bad for, but admit it were not good for anyone else either.” He shrugged finally and Kayla breathed out a long breath of smoke, letting it fall silent, trying to decide what to do. If she decided she still wanted him, their relationship could never go anywhere, but if she gave him up, she'd just be bitter and miserable. It was impossibly hard. She wanted him to herself but she couldn't have him. She couldn't hurt that little girl.

"I don't want you to leave her, you can't." Kayla finally breathed out a breath of smoke, glancing at him and composing herself so he wouldn't see just how much it had hurt to say that. "But I don't want to give you up completely." She smirked and flicked her cigarette away, climbing into his lap. Silently, she hoped he wouldn't reject her because she still needed him in her life. Micky wrapped her arms around his neck and leaned in, kissing his lips before trailing her lips along his jaw slowly.

"No one has to know about us." She whispered seductively between kisses, running her hands down his chest, wanting him. "We'll just have fun like we used to and then at night, you can go home. No one has to get hurt." She breathed as she trailed her lips back to his and kissed him hard, slipping her tongue past his lips. It wasn't the whole truth. Obviously, it would still hurt that he could never really be hers, but honestly, sharing him would be a lot less painful then not having him at all.

Declan sighed as Ophelia passed him like he wasn't there. He wanted to say something, ask her what the hell she was doing with Dr. Wells, but he couldn't. If he got involved, she'd see just how much he still loved her and she'd use it as ammunition. She'd whirl right back on him and attack his weakness for her because that's how she worked. He knew her well enough to know that she was hurting, but she'd never admit it. When she was in pain, she didn't try to look for help, she lashed out and tried to make everyone around her just as miserable as she was.

Before he could turn and head down the hall to look for his whiskey bottle, Ophelia turned and made her way back towards him. Instantly, he could see trouble in her eyes and he braced himself for whatever was coming. She shoved him against the wall, leaning her body against his with a wicked smirk on her lips. He wanted to enjoy the burning sensation gave him, but he couldn't. Not when he could smell Dr. Wells's cigar smoke on her and knew what she'd been doing all day.

She slipped one of her hands down his jeans, making his jaw clench to hold back a groan. It was clear she wasn't touching him because she wanted him. She wanted to torture him and it was working. She was driving him crazy and pissing him off at the same time. “Did you enjoy listening to him fuck me.”[b] She breathed darkly against his lips, causing his jaw to clench tighter.[b] “I’m going to make your life a living hell.” She threatened and he rolled his eyes. He wasn't going to play her games. “Maybe I’ll fuck Alice too.” She smirked, pissing him off before kissing him hard.

As hard as it was, he didn't kiss her back. He just let her kiss him until finally, she pulled away and started to make her way down the hall. As pissed as he was and as badly as he wanted to go after her, he didn't. That was what she wanted. If he ignored her, it would get to her a hell of a lot more then if he went after her. She wanted to play games, but she didn't seem to realize that he knew her better then anyone. The best way to win her games was not to play.

"Cute Ophelia." He called after her simply with a roll of his eyes. "Come find me when you're ready to act like an adult." He spat, knowing that would get her. With that, he turned the opposite way down the hall, headed for the storage closet where he'd hidden a few more liquor bottles so he could drink until he passed out and forgot the fact that Dr. Wells had fucked her.

Ophelia couldn’t wipe the smirk off her face as she continued down the hall. She was almost certain that Declan would come after her, she was convinced her words especially about Alice would have pissed him off enough for her to chase after her. She liked it when she could drive someone crazy enough to hurt her and feel the need to chase after her. It made her feel intangible.

"Cute Ophelia." he called after her but his voice didn’t sound closer in fact it seemed exactly where it was when she’d walked away from him. "Come find me when you're ready to act like an adult." He spat and that and her jaw clench. She glanced over her shoulder to see him walking in the opposite direction and that pissed her off to no end.

She continued to where she was supposed to meet the nurse to escort her back to the adult ward only he was flirty with one of the female nurses making her smirk. She slipped past the two completely unseen. Ophelia had an insanely bad idea and the idea would get her in a lot of trouble if she got caught, hell Declan was liable to kill but she couldn’t she couldn’t bring herself to care though. She slipped back past the nurses and up to Declan’s office, he hadn’t locked the door and he wasn’t inside making her smirk.

She went through all of his shit, bills, files, everything until she managed to find his address. It was probably the worst idea she’d ever had. Once she had his address, she slipped back down to where Tommy, one of the male nurses she used to fuck was half asleep filling out paperwork. It hadn’t taken her long to talk him into slipping with her. She’d managed to steal his keys and cell phone before making her way to the abandoned wing of the hospital, it wasn’t exactly easy, but she managed to get out of the hospital through the abandoned wing.

Finding his car had been simple when she’d pressed the unlock button and it beeped. She’d never really driven before, but it wasn’t exactly hard. She’d put Declan’s address into Tommy’s phone. The drive wasn’t too long and eventually she’d made it safely to Declan’s apartment complex. She slipped up stairs until she found his apartment number. She had honestly expected it to be locked, she expected she’d have to find a way in, jimmy the door open but it had been unlocked.

She slipped in and the house was quite, she could hear Alice on the phone with someone and by the way she was talking it sounded like a girlfriend. Ophelia rolled her eyes and walked slowly, towards the bedroom where Alice was in a towel on the bed. Ophelia was quick to grab her by her hair and lift her of the bed. Alice was in so much shock she didn’t even have enough time to fight back as Ophelia slimmed her into the wall hard enough to knock her out. Once Alice was unconscious. She tied her up. It hadn’t taken Ophelia long to find a gun Declan had hidden and a bottle of liquor. Alice obviously didn’t know Declan well enough, O had known exactly where everything would be.

She assumed at some point Declan would come home, he’d pissed Ophelia off for not coming after her and O knew she’d taken it too far but she couldn’t feel guilty in fact the thought of how pissed he’d be excited her. She sat on his counter, one leg crossed over the other, gun in her hand, waiting for Declan.

Levi wasn’t entirely sure how she’d react or what she’d do. All he knew is that she deserved to know the truth and why’d he’d pushed her away. He wanted to be with her more than anything. He just knew that it would never work. Their lives as intertwined as they were, just never would match up and the thought alone killed him. The fact that he knew she’d been with Dean just by the bruising on her body that hadn’t been there back on the plane, killed him. He wished he’d have left Fiona and taken Micky away. There was no going back now though.

"I don't want you to leave her, you can't." she finally said breathing out a breath of smoke and he sighed because he figured this was her goodbye and he’d have to honor it. He’d have no choose and he was already thinking about moving hospitals. "But I don't want to give you up completely." she flicked her cigarette away and he took one last drag before he did the same.

He was relieved by her words as she climbed into his lap and wrapped her arms around his neck. He wrapped an arm around her waist pulling her body closer to his as she kissed him and he couldn’t help but kiss back. They had the entire rest of the night together. He knew the night staff was shit, all they did was fuck each other and get high of the drugs, no one would assume anything and no one had seen him slip into Micky’s room. Her lips traced his jaw pulling him from his thoughts and making him groan.

"No one has to know about us." she whispered seductively, between kisses as her fingertips set fire to his chest as she ran them across his skin. He smirked wickedly it was like no time at all had passed between them. "We'll just have fun like we used to and then at night, you can go home. No one has to get hurt." she breathed as her lips came back to his and she kissed him deeply slipping her tongue past his lips.

He kissed her back hard and passionately. He was half tempted to pull away and save them both the pain and future fights. However he couldn’t, he needed her so bad that the thought of losing her was honestly sickening. He fisted his hand in her hair and kissed her hard before swiftly flipping her and laying her down on the bed. It felt incredible to be with her again, he felt alive and on fire. He wanted to be bad all over again. He loved her so much and he’d missed her so much that being with her again was beyond amazing. It was almost as if she was his wife who he’d thought died, it was like he was seeing her for the first time.

His hands moved along her body and slipped up past her skirt, past her panties as her rubbed between her legs first soft and then rough. He continued to kiss her hard, before his lips moved along her jaw and neck. He pulled away only for a moment to slip of her shirt and bra tossing it aside, before he was rubbing between her legs and his lips came down on her skin again moving slowly and teasingly along her skin.

Kayla was afraid he'd push her away again because, if he did, there was nothing she could do. She'd probably say something cruel to hurt him and he'd leave and the whole night would be ruined. Thankfully, however, he didn't pull away. He kissed her back just as hard and Micky moaned deeply, loving the taste of his lips after so damn long.

When he kissed her, she didn't care that he had a wife and kid. In fact, if anything, it made it more exciting, knowing she was doing something she shouldn't be. She'd missed that danger more then she'd admit. It drove her crazy and lit her on fire, knowing what they were doing was wrong when it felt so damn good.

Levi fisted his hand in her again and she smirked wickedly against his lips as he flipped her quickly onto her back and climbed over her. A year had been way too long. She was more desperate for him then she could ever remember being and all they'd done was kiss. He ran his hands along her body, making her skin tingle, dying to feel his touch without her clothes.

Finally, Levi slipped his hand up her skirt and past her panties to touch her. He rubbed her softly at first and she let out a desperate noise before he started rubbing her harder and she started moaning breathlessly, loving his touch. He was the only guy who could get her to fall apart just by touching her. He continued to kiss her and she tried to concentrate on his lips, but it was hard with him touching her. He kissed her jaw and neck then, driving get crazy and making her close her eyes and tilt her head back, loving the way his lips felt against her skin.

He pulled away then for a second to pull off her shirt and bra before returning to kissing her skin and rubbing between her legs. Kayla's moans were breathless as she arched her hips against his touch. She'd missed the way only he could make her feel. It was better then anything she'd had for a year. Micky's hands moved quickly to loosen his tie and slip it off before unbuttoning his shirt, needing to feel his skin on hers.

She slipped his shirt off before smirking wickedly and flipping them so she was on top of him. She leaned over him, kissing him hard on the lips as she pressed her chest against his with a moan, loving the way it felt to have his body against hers again. "It's been too long." She breathed breathlessly against his lips as she kissed him and slipped her hand down into his pants to touch him, wanting to drive him as crazy as he drove her.

Thankfully, Ophelia didn't come after him and perpetuate things. He just wasn't in the mood to deal with her bullshit. He loved her and wanted her back, but he couldn't have her back because, like alway, she was stubborn. She'd never admit she was wrong in leaving or that she missed him and still needed him. Even if he did first.

Things between them had to end or they'd only hurt each other. The him that she'd known may have played her games but the man Alice had turned her into refused to. Because the only way to stop her was to ignore her. As badly as he wanted her, he couldn't have her. It was over. He told himself that at least a hundred times as he drank his second bottle of whiskey.

After a long time drinking, he decided it was probably best not to spend the night there in his office. Alice was probably asleep anyway. If he showered and slipped quietly into bed next to her, she wouldn't even notice he'd been drunk. She'd just associate his grogginess the next morning with a late night at work.

His car wasn't in the lot. The note Alice had left him said she'd caught a ride home with a friend and left him the car, but he just assumed she'd changed her mind at the last minute. Besides, when he'd had too much to drink, he tended to drive aggressively so he probably shouldn't be driving. He caught a cab home, funding his car there like he'd expected before slipping inside with a sigh. He stopped dead in his tracks when he spotted Ophelia sitting on his counter with a gun in her hands. He couldn't even come up with a response, just stared blankly as he tried to make sense of it.

It wasn’t long before Declan had walked through the door in clear shock and she couldn’t help but smirk. Ophelia was terrifying because she didn’t have a moral stopping point. She had no perception of when things went too far until someone ended up dead. She had no real intention of kill Alice or Declan, but with Ophelia she didn’t need intention she just needed fuel to add to her bitter fire. She held Declan’s eyes fearlessly she knew Declan had to think Alice was dead and if not dead seriously hurt.

“What’s wrong love, cat got your tongue?” she practically purred, her voice was both enticing and dark. She hoped of the counter, but she was so good at what she did it almost looked like she had floated off. She was clearly wearing Alice’s clothes, because it was far from Ophelia’s funeral, gothic style. She brought the gun up to her skin tapping it on the side of her face. “I told you Declan, I always win my games.” She said as if she’d killed Alice, she wanted to scare the shit out of him wanted to prove her hadn’t won.

Ophelia had Alice tied up and hidden in there closet. She’d gagged her so if she started screaming, Declan couldn’t hear her. Ophelia flipped on the kitchen lights, as she started to search the drawers sifting through them before finding an almost empty pack of cigarettes. She placed the cigarette between her black painted lips and pulled her hair to the side as she used the stove to light her cigarette. She turned it off leaning up against the counter. The gun still in one hand as she took a long drag off her cigarette. She glanced to Declan who by the look on his face, he seemed slightly dazed, like he was in a nightmare and trying to differentiate his dream from reality.

“It’s really me Declan.” She breathed out a breath of smoke. “Don’t worry she’s not dead.” O said simply. “I told you, I can make your life a living hell. Do you know how easy it was for me to get out of that hospital. How easy it would have been for me to kill her.” She shrugged. “I don’t think acting like an adult has much to do with it
do you?” she breathed throwing his words back at him. “Check mate.” She finally breathed, her words meaning she had the upper hand. She took one last drag off her cigarette before flicking it away fully intent on walking back to the hospital, because he didn’t mind going back. She made her way to the door, not bothering to tell him where Alice was figuring he’d find her.

She was incredible her moans made his heart speed up, he loved that he could make her feel as good as she made him feel. That was how he knew he loved her, because when he fucked other girls it was fucking and trying to feel satisfied. With her all he wanted to do was make her feel satisfied he could care less about his own needs. He continued to rub between her as she started to unbutton his shirt and untie his tie before slipping both off. She flipped them then so she was on top, the wicked smirk on her lips driving him crazy.

She pressed her bare chest against his and the heat and electricity between them was undeniable. “It’s been too long.” She breathed against his lip and he couldn’t stop himself from leaning up and kissing her lips as she slipped her hand down his pants and started rubbing him. He let out deep, satisfied groan. Her touch was incredible, it him never want to leave her. Fiona was the farthest thing from his mind. He let her have the control for a little longer, enjoying himself before he knew he had to get rougher with her, to keep her wanting him.

He took a first full of her hair and jerked her head back roughly so she was looking him in the eyes a wicked smirk on his lips. “I’m going to make you forget him.” He breathed darkly referring to Dean. She’d instantly brought out the Levi that she knew, he knew though he’d have to keep himself under control this time. He flipped her onto her back and slipped off her skirt and panties tossing them aside before slipping off his on jeans and leaning over.

He kissed her lips hard, possessively almost. His lips moved along her skin slowly, making sure he was setting the pace and she knew he was the one in charge. His lips moved down her neck, along her collarbone, continuing down her body. His lips moving from one hip bone to the other before he pulled away from her and held her eyes. He flipped her over onto her stomach, pressing his chest down against her back, his lips against her ear.

“Only this time, I won’t make you tell me your mine.” He breathed darkly. “I’ll just make your thinking about me every time your fucking him.” His words were a promise as his lips moved along her shoulder blades before finally he started fucking her roughly.

Kayla smirked against his lips when Levi let out a deep groan, clearly enjoying her touch. She liked that she could make him feel the way he made her feel and that he'd clearly missed her just as much as she'd missed him. She continued to touch him and trailed her lips along his skin, loving that she could be with him again. She wasn't even thinking of all the reasons why they shouldn't be fucking. All that mattered was that it felt so damn good.

After kissing and touching him for a while, Levi grabbed her hair in his fist and she smirked wickedly as he jerked her head back roughly. He held her tightly, so she couldn't move and she had to hold his eyes. The smirk on his lips made her shiver, knowing he was going to take control again and she loved that about him. He had to be the one in control. It drove her crazy. “I’m going to make you forget him.” He breathed darkly and she smirked and raised an eyebrow, knowing exactly who he was talking about. He wasn't an idiot, he knew she'd been with Dean and now the dangerous Levi that liked to push her around was back. The thought excited her.

He didn't give her time to react. Levi flipped her swiftly back onto her back and she smirked up at him as he pulled off her skirt and panties before sliding out of his own jeans and leaning over her. He brought his lips down on hers so hard, she shivered as she kissed him back. His lips on hers were possessive all over again, like no time at all had passed and she was his again. He started to kiss her skin then, slowing the pace down, driving her insane. Her breathing was quick and desperate as he kissed his way down her body, setting every inch of her skin on fire, making her want him so bad, it hurt to wait much longer.

Just when she was getting ready to rush him or beg, he pulled away and held her eyes for a split second before flipping her onto her stomach, making her smirk. He pressed his body down against hers, his chest against her back and she let out a deep moan, loving the way his body felt over hers. Micky was dying for him to fuck her, but he didn't just yet. He pressed his lips against her ear and she bit her lip hard, knowing he had something to say.

“Only this time, I won’t make you tell me you're mine.” He breathed darkly in her ear, making her shiver. “I’ll just make sure you're thinking about me every time you're fucking him.” His breathed so confidently, she couldn't help but moan. She knew that meant he was going to fuck her extremely hard and it made her that much more desperate for him to get on with it. He kissed her shoulder blades, making her squirm impatiently under him before finally he started fucking her hard.

“What’s wrong love, cat got your tongue?” Ophelia practically purred, when he didn't respond. Her voice was smooth like velvet, but also dangerously dark. It honestly scared him because he knew, when Ophelia was dark like that, she had the potential to do anything. He wasn't afraid for his own life. Honestly, if she killed him, he would deserve it anyway. He was worried about Alice though. He didn't put it past her to kill Alice and, even if he didn't love Alice, he knew she didn't deserve to die.

He watched as she hopped off the counter, not missing the fact that she was in Alice's clothes. She pressed the gun against the side of her face and his jaw clenched, wishing she'd just put the gun down. “I told you Declan, I always win my games.” She said, making his jaw clench tighter. He wanted to do something, but he couldn't. Not yet. He just watched her as she dug through his drawers and found herself a pack of cigarettes, lighting one on the stove before leaning on the counter.

“It’s really me Declan. Don’t worry she’s not dead.” O said simply and he sighed, able to tell by her tone that he could believe her. “I told you, I can make your life a living hell. Do you know how easy it was for me to get out of that hospital. How easy it would have been for me to kill her.” She shrugged, clearly trying to prove a point. “I don’t think acting like an adult has much to do with it
do you? Check mate.” She finally breathed, and he rolled his eyes, pissed.

She made her way towards the door, but he wasn't letting he's get away so fast. He wanted to knock her down a peg or two. He grabbed her arm roughly, so tight he knew if would leave a nasty bruise. Declan whirled her to face him and yanked her close, ripping the gun from her hand before she could do anything. "You think you're hot shit, don't you Ophelia." He smirked darkly, holding her eyes. "You're not fooling anyone babe, you're just a broken little girl." He hissed, yanking her even closer.

"I can make your life hell too you know." He spat, glaring at her. "I can put you on solitary and keep you so doped up you won't even be able to hold a fork without help." He hissed, raising an eyebrow. "If you ever cons back here again, I'll make sure they lock you up so tight, you'll never leave your fucking room." He spat, shoving her towards the door, not wanting to be around her bitterness anymore. "Now get the fuck out of my house." He spat like he wanted nothing to do with her, raising an eyebrow.

Ophelia knew all too well that coming that Alice was a soft spot for Declan. He may not love her anymore, but that didn’t change who she was to him. She was still his wife and that still held a certain higher standing then being the other women. That was partly the reason O could never fully let him in, because there would always be Alice. He grabbed her arm roughly whirling her back to face him and his grip was so tight her skin burned under his grip and not because of his touch. She could already feel the bruise forming, however she reminded fearless as she held his eyes.

"You think you're hot shit, don't you Ophelia." He smirked darkly holding her eyes, the gun now in his hand. Her jaw clenched as she held his eyes with her own dark ones, her eyes full of hatred. "You're not fooling anyone babe, you're just a broken little girl." he hissed his words, jerking her closer with his grip.

They’d fought a million times before, his words had never really hurt. Only this time was different. His eyes weren’t faded and he wasn’t intoxicated. He was sober and he meant what he was saying. She knew she was broken, but no one went around pointing it out, somehow hearing it out loud coming from him, felt like she’d stabbed her in the chest and she couldn’t help but wince wanting him to stop.

"I can make your life hell too you know. I can put you on solitary and keep you so doped up you won't even be able to hold a fork without help." He hissed, raising a brow and as badly as she wanted to look away she held his eyes proving to him he didn’t scare her. "If you ever cons back here again, I'll make sure they lock you up so tight, you'll never leave your fucking room." He spat shoving her roughly towards the door like he couldn’t stand her and the bitterness in his voice pissed her off. Most girls would normally cry when someone hurt their feelings, Ophelia turned into a raging monster. "Now get the fuck out of my house." he spat.

Ophelia didn’t fight at first she turned like she was leaving, glancing over her shoulder as soon as he turned his back to her to walk away she moved quickly ripping the gun back from his grip and putting distance between them, aiming the gun at him this time, her finger applying pressure to the trigger and she had every intent to pull the trigger.

“You don’t have control of me anymore Declan
not full control.” She breathed a smirk on her black lips. “Dr. Wells, like fucking me too much to let you lock me away.” She said knowing the mention of the other doctor would piss him off. “You don’t know a damn thing about me
stop acting like you do.” She breathed her finger still on the trigger. “You know what I’m like in bed, you know how to fuck me and make me feel good.” She said simply. “But, you don’t really know me. You know what I’ve told you and what you’ve read in my file
that not the half of me babe.” She wanted so badly to pull the trigger but something was keeping her from doing it. She tossed the gun onto the counter.

“You think I don’t know I’m broken?” Her words were ordering almost. “Nice insult sweetheart at least I know what I am, you hide behind a fucked up perfect life. Your no better than I am your just as broken babe.” She spat. “Go fuck yourself
I’m done.” She

They’d fucked for a long time, when Micky wanted to stop for drugs he didn’t let her. He pushed her and pushed her. He fucked her probably harder then he should have. It was incredible. He’d slept with his wife since Micky had left but it was nothing like being with Mickaela. He hadn’t realized how much he’d missed her until he was with her. He desperately wished he hadn’t have messed up so bad that he couldn’t have her outside the wall of the hospital. He wanted to stay the night with her, every night.

He sighed when she finally rolled off him. He pulled her to his chest. He let the silence fall between them for a long moment as he heard nurses start to walk the halls, knowing he had to leave soon. He lit himself a cigarette taking a long drag off of it before placing it between her lips.

“I missed you so fucking much babe.” He breathed out a breath of smoke. “I love you Kayla and I know you don’t believe me.” He said glancing to her. “I’d take everything back to have you on the outside again.” He said honestly. “Listen I know you’re going to fuck around with Dean and I can’t stop you from doing that
” he sighed sitting up and running his fingers through his hair, quickly slipping back into the man Fiona knew. “I just wish you wouldn’t.” he shrugged as he stood up.

He grabbed his clothes slipping back into them, trying to make it look more like he’d been talking with her then fucking her. He pulled out his cell phone having several missed calls from Fiona, before reading a text from her that said he’d missed Ashlynn’s dance recital. “Shit.” He breath running his fingers back through his hair again. He walked back across the room kissing her forehead.

“I’ve gotta go
I hate doing this to you.” He sighed. More than anything he hated leaving her right after sleeping with her because he knew it made her feel the same way as every other guy had. He felt like shit because it made him no better than the guys her brother had sold her to. “I’m sorry.” He whispered holding her eyes.

The two of them fucked for a long time. It was amazing, being with him again. She'd missed him way more then she'd ever admit and now that they'd fucked, she was hooked on him all over again. Levi hadn’t let her stop for anything, not even drugs. He'd forced her to keep going until her body couldn't take it anymore. He'd fucked her harder then anyone had fucked her in a year and it had been absolutely incredible. She hadn't wanted it to end, but eventually, she couldn't go any longer.

When they were finally finished, he pulled her to his chest and she let him, trying to compose herself and catch her breath. She hadn't been so sore, tired, and out of breath in a long time. He lit a cigarette and she closed her eyes and sighed, wishing like hell they could stay like that. She wished she was his reality, not his wife and daughter, but she knew she couldn't be. Besides, she'd been the one who'd left him. She didn't really have a right to complain about the fact that he'd tried to move on.

Kayla sighed when he placed the cigarette between her lips. Even knowing he had to leave soon, after everything they'd just done, she felt better then she had in a year so she smirked as she took a long drag off the cigarette. “I missed you so fucking much babe.” Levi breathed out a breath of smoke and she sighed. She'd missed him too, she just wouldn't admit it. “I love you Kayla and I know you don’t believe me. I’d take everything back to have you on the outside again.” He said honestly and she closed her eyes and took another drag from the cigarette. It sucked to hear him say he loved her knowing he still had a wife and daughter to go home to but when he left, she had no one.

“Listen I know you’re going to fuck around with Dean and I can’t stop you from doing that
” He sighed and she glanced at him and raised an eyebrow. The Levi she knew wouldn't ask her politely not to fuck around. He'd order her not to. “I just wish you wouldn’t.” He shrugged and she watched him stand. She wished she could promise him she'd stay away from Dean, but she couldn't. She knew she'd go back to Dean. Not only because Dean had shit hanging over her head that he was threatening her with, but because she knew it would bother Levi. As badly as she wanted him to be hers, he couldn't and she knew that, but it would still irritate her so she'd fuck Dean to get back at Levi for something he couldn't control because she was a bitch.

Micky sat up and watched him pull his clothes back on before checking his phone and cursing under his breath. Clearly, his wife was looking for him and she sighed, knowing that meant he had to leave her. Levi walked back over to her, placing a kiss on her forehead and Micky closed her eyes, enjoying it. “I’ve gotta go
I hate doing this to you.” He sighed, reluctant to leave and she was glad that he was hesitant and not rushing out the door. “I’m sorry.” He whispered holding her eyes.

Kayla just shrugged like it didn't bother her, not wanting him to feel guilty for something that wasn't his fault. "It's okay." She breathed and sat up on her knees, pulling herself close to him and kissing him hard. "I understand." She breathed against his lips, kissing him one more time before pulling away. "You should go before the nurses show up." She sighed, taking one last drag off her cigarette before flicking it away and standing, pulling her clothes back on tiredly.

Declan sighed when Ophelia turned and he turned away too. He was dreading going and letting Alice out because he knew he'd finally have to come clean and explain everything to her, but it wasn't like he could just leave her tied up and avoid it altogether. He had to tell her everything because clearly, his involvement with Ophelia was putting her in danger. If she left him, she left him. He couldn't stop her and honestly, he kind of wished she would. She didn't deserve all the shit he put her through. If she stayed with him, she was either really in love with him or an idiot.

Before he'd even made it around the corner, however, Declan felt her rip the gun from his hand again and he sighed, turning to see her pointing it at him. He just stood calmly and held her eyes. He wasn't afraid of her. “You don’t have control of me anymore Declan
not full control.” She breathed, smirking, and he rolled his eyes. “Dr. Wells, likes fucking me too much to let you lock me away.” She said and he just raised an eyebrow. If he had her locked away to where only her doctors could see her, Dr. Wells could have all the time with her he wanted. He was willing to bet he'd probably like it more then she realized.

“You don’t know a damn thing about me
stop acting like you do. You know what I’m like in bed, you know how to fuck me and make me feel good.” She said simply and be wished she'd stop. “But, you don’t really know me. You know what I’ve told you and what you’ve read in my file
that not the half of me babe.” She said and he couldn't help but wince because that hurt. Saying he didn't know anything about her outside of the bedroom was like saying their relationship hadn’t been anything but sex.

“You think I don’t know I’m broken? Nice insult sweetheart at least I know what I am, you hide behind a fucked up perfect life. Your no better than I am your just as broken babe.” She spat and he winced, his jaw clenching as he looked away. “Go fuck yourself
I’m done.” She spat and he sighed. Declan wanted to just leave it at that, but he couldn't. He grabbed her again and pulled her close.

This time, he didn't yell at her. He kissed her hard on the lips, almost like he was apologizing for all the shit he'd put her through, before releasing her and taking a step back. As much as letting her go hurt, he had to. She couldn't be his. It was no use fighting with her because nothing would change. "Fine." He shrugged, defeated. "You win, you won't have to see me anymore." He sighed deeply, glancing away from her. "I'll have you placed under only Dr. Wells's care tomorrow if that's what you want." He breathed, pretending like it hadn't hurt to say even though it made him physically sick to even think about.

He pulled her close and she figured he’d slap her. Instead though he kissed her heard. The kiss was apologetic, but he was also giving up and she could taste the defeat on his lips as much as she used to be able to taste the liquor on his lips. She wasn’t sure what it was about the kiss that took her breath away, not in a good way. It was the kind of breathless that someone being stabbed or shot experienced. He was letting her go and she’d never hated herself so much.

"Fine." he shrugged in that one word no matter how much he tried to hide it she could hear ever bit of pain and torment she’d caused him. "You win, you won't have to see me anymore." he sighed deeply and she bit her lip so hard she tasted blood, to keep herself from crying and graveling. “I'll have you placed under only Dr. Wells's care tomorrow if that's what you want." he said the words like he wasn’t hurt and she sighed.

She’d finally done it. Finally pushed him completely away like she’d done to everyone else in her life. Declan giving up was proof enough to her that she was exactly what ever doctor before him had said. She was a lost cause. She swallowed hard, choking back pain and tears, setting the gun on the counter.

“Good.” She breathed coldly. “That’s exactly what I want.” She said trying to cover her own pain with bitterness. “She’s in the closet
just tell her
.you pissed me off.” She said simply before turning and slipping out the door. It was lie she didn’t want Dr. Wells treating her, she just wanted Declan. There was no point though, she was so fucked up all she did was push him away and play head games he couldn’t win.

The walk back to the hospital was filled with suicidal thoughts all over again. Her alones only fueled the thoughts. His words You win, were on repeat in her head. She loved Declan and all she wanted was for him to be happy, Before they’d met he wasn’t miserable
he pretended he was happy and O knew what she had to do. She had to go through with it this time. Slipping back into the hospital was harder than getting out but she’d managed. On the way back to her room she swiped a few strong drugs and a box cutter.

Once her nurse brought her, her morning medication she sat on her bed and popped way to many pills, before she started to write. A letter addressed to Mickeala, that was it. Finally she took the box cutter and started carving deeply into her arm, by that time the medication had her so numb she could feel how deep she was going. She laid back onto the bed, watching the white sheets turn red. Her eye glanced to the door as Dr. Wells came in, the smirk on his face turning shocked for only a moment before she heard his voice, as close as he was it sounded far away, screaming for help.

She shrugged like him leaving didn’t bother her and he wanted to believe her, but the nagging in the back of his mind that he was an ass hole for leaving her wouldn’t let him. "It's okay." she breathed as she sat up on her lips pulling him close and kissing him hard. He kissed her back just as hard smirking against her lips. "I understand." she breathed against his lips before kissing him again and as good as her kiss felt he still felt guilty. "You should go before the nurse’s show up." she sighed, causing him to sigh as well as he slipped out of her room thankfully there was no one in the halls, however the sky was light which meant he’d spent the whole night with her.

He’d slipped out of Micky’s room just in time to past Dr. Wells in the hospital. The two didn’t even acknowledge each other. It was only moments later as Levi waited for the elevator to take him to ground level, that the emergency alarm went off. The white lights on the walls going off as nurses rushed past. He raised a brow as he walked back to see what the commotion was in the hall. He wasn’t aware that it was even Ophelia’s room. He shrugged simply thinking it was another patient.

Once he got home, Fiona was waiting for him. Ashlynn had thankfully gone to school. Levi already knew they were going to fight by the look on her face. “You were with her. Weren’t you?” Fiona asked Levi rolled his eyes exhausted from spending the night with Mickaela. He slipped up the stairs. “Levi!” she screamed following him up the stairs.

Him and Fiona had of course gotten into a fight, but he refused to admit that he was with Mickaela. There fighting had gotten fairly violent when Fiona started throwing things at him. Eventually she’d had to get ready for work and she left pissed, they hadn’t resolved anything. He was about to pass out, finally having his first day off in over a month before his phone buzzed. It was an emergency and they needed him back at the hospital. He’d only been home and hour before he was back in his car and headed back to the hospital.

In his office he was seeing patient after patient, most of them blurred into each other because he was so exhausted. Finally he’d managed to get a break and he put on his classical music, it felt like he hadn’t listened to in ages, before sitting back down at his desk and flipping through Mickaela’s file she was his next patient, only he didn’t get very far before he fell asleep on his desk.

Micky watched Levi leave before letting out a long sigh and sinking back down to her bed. She was utterly exhausted. Her whole body was sore and she was weak and tired from spending a whole day fucking Dean and then all night fucking Levi. As my much as she hated sleep, she knew she had to or she wouldn't be able to make it through the day. So she let herself fall asleep, only it was pretty short lived.

She only got to sleep for a few hours before she woke from a nightmare, covered in sweat with tears staining her cheeks. Thankfully this time she hadn't woken screaming and alerted any nurses, but she was still pretty shaken from it. She was tired as fuck, but she refused to go back to sleep after that nightmare. Instead, she grabbed the bag of coke Dean had given her the night before. She cut it into lines on her nightstand before snorting enough to keep her from getting tired again for a long time.

After snorting some of it, Micky quickly stashed what was left of the coke before sitting on her bed. She had nothing to do but think and it was driving her insane. All she could think about was Levi. Her mind was spinning in circles over him thinking about everything from how great the sex was to the fact that he now had a daughter he had to take care of. Thinking of his daughter hurt like hell. It honestly made her feel guilty for what she'd done with Levi because she knew, if things got out of hand again, this time, it wasn't just Levi's career and marriage on the line. That little girl would get caught in the crossfire and it would be her fucking fault.

Still, she couldn't talk herself into giving him up because he meant to much to her. Without him, she was absolutely miserable and she was so tired of being miserable. It was making her crazy, to sit there and think about how complicated her relationship with Levi had suddenly become. So, even though she knew she was going to hate herself and it was a fucking horrible idea, she slipped out of her room and went and saw Dean.

Thankfully, he didn't seem to know that she'd spent the whole night fucking Levi so, for the first time in a while, they didn't have anything to fight about. They fucked, but she couldn't get Levi out of her head, even in bed with Dean. She'd accidentally moaned Levi's name instead of Dean's and shit took an ugly turn after that.

She left his room with a black eye and bloody nose, feeling like shit. Kayla was wearing his shirt as she made her way down the hall towards the shower room. There, she winced at her reflection in the mirror, tenderly poking her black eye before deciding to shower. It felt good, to be clean again. There was no longer dried blood on her face from her bloody nose and she didn't smell like a combination of sweat and sex.

She wished she could see Ophelia, but she didn't even know what room she was in or if she'd be there. Besides, Micky was a little nervous about seeing her friend again after fucking Levi. The last time she'd seen Ophelia, she'd been telling her to stay strong and not let Levi get to her. If Ophelia knew she was fucking him again, she'd be angry and disappointed with her and Micky really didn't want to deal with it.

She wasn't really sure what to do with herself. If she went to see Levi, he'd see her black eye and know she'd been with Dean. If she went and saw Dean, he'd taunt her and make her feel like shit. If she went and saw Ophelia, she'd probably just get pissed at her for getting back with Levi. In the end, she sighed and went to see Levi because she couldn't get him out of her head anyway.

She stopped by her room first to change so that she wasn't just wearing Dean's shirt. She slipped into a simple sundress and brushed through her wet hair before heading to Levi's office. Kayla waited at the door to see if she could hear voices, not wanting to walk in on him and a patient. She couldn't hear anything though so she didn't bother knocking. She just slipped inside and closed the door behind her.

Micky smirked when she found him laying with his face on his desk, asleep. Clearly, he hadn't gotten much sleep because they'd been up all night. She slipped over to his desk and sat in the chair on the other side of it, pulling her wet hair to one shoulder before she leaned forward in her seat and nudged him awake. "Did I really wear you out that bad?" She smirked, raising an eyebrow as she looked him over.

As soon as Declan glanced at Ophelia, he wished he could take it all back. She was pretending not to care, but he knew he'd hurt her badly. Her eyes were filled with tears she wouldn't let fall and he knew it took a lot to make Ophelia cry. He sighed, running his fingers through his hair, hating himself. He hated hurting her. He knew she thought it was because he'd given up on her and he knew that had to feel awful, but he wasn't sure what else to do.

He was hurt too. It was impossibly hard to let her go. It hurt worse then anything he'd ever done, but he felt like it was all he could do. He was so damn tired of fighting her. It was exhausting, fighting so hard for her love all the time. He just couldn't do it anymore because, as hard as he tried to make her happy and make her realize she was safe and loved when she was with him, he felt like he just could never win.

She'd never believe him when he said he loved her, no matter how many times he said it. She would always get bored of him and fuck other guys no matter how hard he tried to entertain her. And, eventually, she'd always jump ship and run no matter how hard he tried to earn her trust. They would just never work together because they were both just too broken. He'd do nothing but hurt her and she'd do nothing but hurt him.

"Good.” Ophelia breathed coldly, pulling him from his thoughts. He focused his eyes on her and he could tell she didn't mean it. She was hurt, but she was trying to hide it. “That’s exactly what I want. She’s in the closet
just tell her
.you pissed me off.” She said simply before turning and slipping out the door, leaving him alone. Declan sighed before going to get Alice.

She wasn't conscious, so he untied her and lay her in bed, giving him time to gather his thoughts and figure out what to tell her when she woke. Ophelia had told him to lie and, as badly as he wanted to, he couldn't. He owed it to both Alice and Ophelia to finally come clean. Alice's life had been in danger and his constant lying to Alice was only hurting Ophelia. He was sick of all the secrecy.

So, when she woke up panicked and demanding to know what the hell had happened, he told her the truth. All of it. It had been a hard conversation, though honestly, it hadn't even been half as hard as letting Ophelia go. After coming clean, she, of course, was hurt and angry. She cried and screamed at him and he just took it until, eventually, she kicked him out of the house, claiming she never wanted to see him again.

In one night, her given up two women. He wasn't sure if him and Alice would make it through. She might rethink things once she simmered down, but on the other hand, she might really never want to see him again. He was exhausted and emotionally drained to say the least. He really had nowhere to go so he just took his car and drove up to the cabin. It wasn't his cabin, it was Levi's, but it hadn't been used since the girls had left so he knew it'd be empty.

Declan passed out on the couch and didn't wake until morning when he got a call saying the needed him at the hospital immediately. There was a problem with Ophelia. They wouldn't tell him much more then that, so naturally, he instantly assumed the worst. He got in his car right away and headed straight for the hospital.

When he got there, he found out that Ophelia had tried to kill herself and instantly, he felt like total shit, knowing it was his fault. He hadn't even hesitated. As soon as he learned what had happened, he went to her hospital room. She wasn't in one of the residential rooms anymore, she was laying in a hospital bed, hooked up to equipment to keep her alive. She'd lost a lot of blood and nearly died, but they told her she'd been found right in time. By Dr. Wells. Of course he'd been there when Declan wasn't.

Suddenly, he felt even worse, but he went into her room and sat next to her bed anyway because he needed to see her and know she was okay. He took a seat in the little chair next to her and sighed. Her eyes were closed so he couldn't tell if she was asleep or not an he rested his head against the bed next to her, not sure what to do or say to her. He sat up and took her hand gently in his. She was extremely pale. "I'm sorry Ophelia." He breathed softly, because he wasn't sure what else to say or if she was even awake.

Ophelia had been in and out of consciousness the entire time she was rushed to the ICU wing of the hospital. She could literally feel herself slipping away. She’d heard Dr. Wells yelling, thought his voice seemed distant, that she’d sliced a major blood vessel that had her bleeding out faster than they could stop. She’d lost consciousness then. When she’d opened her eyes again, they had an oxygen mask on her, while they worked at stitching up her wrists.

Then she’d blacked out again and she was almost positive that was it, she was finally dying and there was nothing that could be done about it. The worst part was, she wasn’t scared, she was content. She was ready. All she saw and all she thought about was Declan, he was a pleasant thought to die to. However, she hadn’t died and she had to admit she was disappointed when she’d woken up and Dr. Wells was at her bed side instead of Declan. His hand was resting on top the IV that was placed in the top of her hand.

He didn’t seem to realize she’d woken up and so she kept her eyes closed, because she didn’t want to deal with whatever he was going to say to her. She desperately wished that it was Declan. She doubted though that if Dr. Wells had anything to do with it, Declan wouldn’t find out or she even figured maybe he hadn’t cared enough to come. At some point she’d fallen asleep again. Her body was insanely weak and the medication that had her kept her conscious enough to keep her from slipping into a coma, while they also kept her drugged up enough to not be able to tell the difference from the dreams she’d been having in and out of sleep and reality.

"I'm sorry Ophelia." She heard Declan’s voice but she kept her eyes closed because she wasn’t entirely sure it was even him. Finally she willed her eye open with what strength she had to see him sitting next to her. They’d removed the oxygen mask and replaced it with small oxygen tubes, though her throat burned and felt rare, she tried her best to speak.

“So
am
I.” her voice was quiet and raspy. “But
I’m only
sorry that,” she coughed before groaning in pain. “I’m still alive.” She finished her words even through the pain and rareness of her voice were brutally honest. “Go home.” She breathed weakly.

He wasn’t sure how long he’d been out but he felt a nudge before he heard her voice. "Did I really wear you out that bad?" Micky’s voice registered to him and he sat up with a yawn rubbing the sleep from his eyes. He nodded as he smirked at her running his fingers through his hair as he tried to wake up. He was still extremely exhausted. He opened up the drawer of his desk and pulled a bottle of liquor out taking a swig of it to help wake him up. The whisky burned down his throat, but he didn’t flinch in fact he enjoyed the burn as he pushed it towards her.

He was still half asleep, but he was awake enough to realize that she was high off of something as he lit himself a cigarette. He had to fight the urge to ask her to go get whatever she’d taken, so he could have some to make him forget how shit his life was and how complicated his relationship was with Mickaela. He blew out a breath of smoke as he held her eyes, sinking into his chair making himself at home as if they were just a normal couple, like he was in their home office and she’d woken him up because he had been up all night simply doing paper work. Like they were the perfect boring married couple.

“Yeah, you always wear me out babe.” Taking another drag off his cigarette. “You should know that by now.” He said with a wicked smirk on his lips as he blew out a breath of smoke, sleep still heavy in his voice. His eyes running over her, realizing for the first time that she hadn’t had a black eye when he’d left her last night and he sighed.

He really, really didn’t want to fight. Fighting was the reason he had fallen asleep in his office and the reason Fiona had left with a slam of the door that shook the windows in their new and expensive home. He sighed as he lend forward taking a final drag off his cigarette before putting it out. He blew the smoke slowly out the corner of his lips like he was trying to figure out the right words to say, something that wouldn’t piss her off.

“I know I didn’t give that shiner to you Kayla?” he breathed his eyes and his voice serious and stern but not cruel. “He keeps touching you like that
I’m going to fuck him up.” he was dead serious holding her eyes and leaning forward making sure she understood. He wasn’t stupid, he knew she’d fucked him. He knew tell her not to fuck him would only make her want to do it, pretending he didn’t care that she messed with someone else, seemed like the only way he might win her.

“I’m killed guy a million times more dangerous than him Kay. He’s a kid, I’m an adult, I will beat the fuck out of him and you can tell him I said that.” He said keeping her gaze. “He can force you to make you say you’re his, I get it
your trying to keep him happy.” He shrugged leaning back in his chair. “But, you and I both know who owns you
the same way we both know that even though I go home to my fucked up life every night
you own me.” He breathed.

Levi wouldn’t admit to a girl owning him in a million years. He used to run in a world where women owned nothing, they were owned, sold, bought, and treated like shit. Women didn’t own their men, the pleasured their men and were eye candy, meant to be gawked at and auctioned for the right price. Yet, Levi had just let Micky know that she completely owned him. He’d do anything for her, what they had was real and it was his way of saying he’d always be hers no matter what.

Micky watched him wake up slowly, leaning back in his seat and searching through his drawer. He pulled out a bottle of liquor and she smirked and watched him drink some before he pushed it towards her. Micky took it gladly, taking a long brink from the bottle before bringing her eyes back to him. He lit himself a cigarette and blew out the smoke casually as his eyes took her in and she took another drink of the liquor to avoid his gaze.

“Yeah, you always wear me out babe.” Levi breathed, taking another drag off his cigarette and she smirked, glad he hadn't said anything about her eye. At least not yet. “You should know that by now.” He said with a wicked smirk on his lips that made her want him badly. His eyes ran over again and she winced and glanced away, knowing from his expression that this time, he'd seen her black eye.

It was silent for an agonizingly long time. She could tell he was trying to choose his words carefully and she wondered if they were going to fight about it. Usually, she could tell when he was angry because his temper was explosive, but this time, he was unnervingly calm so she wasn't sure what that meant. She almost preferred for him to be angry with her because at least then she knew what he was thinking.

“I know I didn’t give that shiner to you Kayla?” Levi finally breathed sternly and she bit her lip and turned her eyes down to her lap. “He keeps touching you like that
I’m going to fuck him up.” He said so seriously, she looked at him and held his eyes as he leaned forward, wanting her to know he meant what he said. “I’ve killed guys a million times more dangerous than him Kay. He’s a kid, I’m an adult, I will beat the fuck out of him and you can tell him I said that.” He said keeping her gaze and she sighed because she couldn't tell Dean that. Dean couldn't know she was fucking Levi.

“He can force you to make you say you’re his, I get it
you're trying to keep him happy.” He shrugged leaning back in his chair and she bit her lip as she watched him. It surprised her, that he wasn't pissed about her fucking Dean. He was more pissed that Dean had hit her. “But, you and I both know who owns you
the same way we both know that even though I go home to my fucked up life every night
you own me.” He breathed and she shivered slightly as she held his eyes.

He was right. As much as she denied it, he owned her. They'd only fucked once and already, she was his again and they both knew it. Micky smirked, liking that he'd said that she owned him too. She wasn't just his, he was also hers. They belonged to each other and she knew that was hard for him to admit. Kayla stood and walked around his desk, climbing into his lap with a wicked smirk, straddling him.

She kissed his lips hard with a moan, loving the way it felt to kiss him. "I'm sorry baby." She breathed into the kiss, apologizing for fucking Dean even though he hadn't really yelled at her for it and she knew she'd do it again. She started to trail her lips along his jaw and neck, kissing his skin slowly and seductively as her fingertips ran down the front of his shirt. "He hit me..." she breathed slowly between kisses, smirking wickedly against his skin, "because I moaned your name while he was fucking me." She whispered in his ear with a dark smirk, unbuttoning a few of his shirt buttons and loosening his tie so she could kiss his chest.

Declan sighed when she lay silently. He was going to sit back in his chair and wait for her to wake, assuming she was asleep, but she opened her eyes after a moment and he sighed, looking at her. He felt awful. He could see the pain in her eyes and he knew he'd put it there. He just wanted to erase it somehow, but he felt entirely helpless because he had no idea how. He'd fucked up big time and he wasn't sure he could fix it.

“So
am
I.” She said, voice raspy, clearly struggling to talk. “But
I’m only
sorry that,” Ophelia paused to cough painfully and he winced. “I’m still alive.” She finished making him feel awful. “Go home.” She breathed weakly and Declan wasn't sure what to do. Above all, he didn't want to cause her anymore pain so he was tempted to leave, figuring that was what she wanted.

He decided against it though. Giving up was what had put her on that hospital bed. He wasn't about to do it again. Declan ran his fingers through his hair and leaned back in his seat, keeping his eyes on her. There was so much he wanted to say to her, but he couldn't find the words and he knew he never would. There weren't words for how much he loved her and needed her in his life.

"I'm not leaving." He shrugged simply, refusing to go. "Besides, even if I wanted to, u couldn't go home. I've got no home to go back to." He sighed honestly. "I told Alice the truth and she kicked me out." He told her, keeping his eyes on her and reaching out, taking her hand again. "I'm not leaving you O." He breathed gently with a sigh. "I won't give up on you. I need you too much." He said softly, hoping she'd believe him, but doubting she would.

She just wanted him to leave. She hadn’t been left alone since they’d found her in her room she knew that much. She knew they wouldn’t trust her again, alone for a long time. She wanted him to leave though so in the split second that he left and someone else came in to watch over her, she could rip the stiches from at least on wrist and pull the IV from her hand. She knew though when he lend back in his chair, he wasn’t leaving and she closed her eyes clenching her jaw.

"I'm not leaving." he shrugged and she turned her head to the side opening her eyes so she could see him. "Besides, even if I wanted to, u couldn't go home. I've got no home to go back to. I told Alice the truth and she kicked me out." he breathedas he reached out taking her hand and her first instinct was to pull away but she was too weak. She wished he hadn’t told Alice
because she was the only good thing he had in his life. She knew him well enough to know that he’d say she was the best thing in his life. But all Ophelia was, was bad for him, no matter how much he needed her. Needing someone and being good for someone were two different things.

"I'm not leaving you O." he breathed gently with a sighed and she honestly would have preferred him to yell at her, because she wasn’t so used to seeing him so calm. "I won't give up on you. I need you too much." he breathed and she could tell there was the slightest hint of doubt in his voice, rightfully so. Ophelia struggled with believing him, there was a burning in her pride, that wouldn’t let her believe him.

It was silent for a long time. She didn’t exactly know what to say to him. Anything she could think of was cruel and bitter, because that’s who she was, it was who she as always going to be. The one thing that continued to tear them apart, was the only thing she couldn’t change and she knew he couldn’t change. She was almost to the point of begging him to forget about her, because as much as she honestly loved him, she couldn’t love him like he needed her to. She’d always hurt him.

“Baby
” she started like she was getting ready to tel him to leave. She sighed, wincing before adjusting herself in bed. “You are the stupidest person I’ve ever met.” She breathed managing to speak a little easier when her voice was no more than a whisper. “Alice was good for you.” She breathed. “I wasn’t offing myself to make you feel guilty
” she said honestly. “I was offing myself because I knew you’d never move on if I was still alive.” She said closing my eyes. “I’m tired of hurting you
and, I’ll never change. I’m so fucking broken.” She breathed choking back tears.

And just like that, Levi had won. He’d known how to play Mickaela before, but now he knew how to win her, passive aggressiveness and pretending her didn’t care. He knew that she was used to having the attention and when she didn’t get attention it pissed her off. The same way it pissed her off if she got too much attention and you tried to control her. Levi had however found just the right about of rejection and attention. It was the key to success in keeping her, his and possibly keeping her from steeping out on him so much.

She stood up and he watched her walk around his desk to climb into his lap straddling him and he raised a brow, the slightest smirk on his face. He didn’t wrap his arms around her waist though, in fact he barely kissed back when she kissed him hard on the lips, moaning. He pretend to only be a little interested, knowing it would make her work that much hard.

"I'm sorry baby." She breathed into the kiss, but he didn’t seem impressed by her apology. He let her lips move along his jaw and neck, still his hand weren’t around her waist or even touching her. Her fingertips running down the front of his shirt and he had to fight back a groan, because despite the fact they’d literally just finished fucking a few hours ago, it felt like she hadn’t touch him in years. "He hit me..." she breathed slowly between kisses and he listened to her, trying to concentrate on her words. "Because I moaned your name while he was fucking me." She whispered and her smirked wickedly, one arm finally wrapping around her waist and pulling her closer.

She started unbuttoning his shirt and loosening his tie as she kissed his chest but he grabbed her writs roughly stopping her, with his free hand while his other hand moved slowly, and teasingly up her body fisting his hand in her hair tightly as he pulled her lips to his kissing her hard. He slipped his tongue past her lips. He wrapped the arm that had stopped her wrists around her waist standing up and setting her onto his desk, effortlessly, never breaking their kiss.

He pulled her lips from his with his grip on her fiery red hair. His eyes as he held hers were wild and full of danger and he had nothing but a small drink of liquor in his system. “Well then, I guess you deserved that slap...mean I’m doing something right.” He breathed darkly. He lifted her then just enough to slip off her pants and toss them away. He stuck his index finger and index finger in his mouth before pulling them out and pushing back her panties, waiting no time taunting her by rubbing her between her legs, instead sticking both fingers inside her. Holding her eyes with a wicked smirk on his lips as her moved his hand quickly, pulling her lips back to his, his grip still tight on her hair.
