"Congratulations are in order then, I guess - I'm glad you've done well for yourself Osa. Remember to say Hello to your family for me when you see them next, I've missed them too. They were so good to me as a little girl," She smiled earnestly, I've missed his family.. His mum, especially. And those little girls are all grown up.. How time has flown.. Since Osa had pulled out one of his family pictures, Stella felt the urge to do the same, or as close as she could find. Clumsy as ever she fumbled about in her shorts pockets, and finding nothing she scurried back to her car and pulled two out of the over-head mirror. "Well, though they aren't as attractive as your photos, here is a photo of me and my big brother - you remember him right? And, one of my dog, Jesse, in my dorm room at college - he's a secret, since we aren't allowed pets!" Stella added with a cheeky grin.
Stella met Sean's eyes as he began to speak, he's grown up well too.. She observed, "Yeah, you too Sean - You guys look great." Sighing happily, Stella grinned. She hadn't felt at home for so long, now living in a college dorm, but somehow she felt comfortable with people she hadn't seen for years. The blonde was curious to get to know them again and to hear about their various adventures, but right now she was awfully tired from her drive across America. It had taken her quite some time! Sleeping in a car had never been unfamiliar to Stella, but it wasn't exactly comfortable and her back ached profusely. I wish someone would open the door...

Her bright gaze fell upon Sean and it locked their, surprised. Anastasia hadn't remembered him for being so startlingly handsome; the long hair helped the look. She blinked and averted her gaze so she hopefully wasn't caught staring and blinked to watch Xhosa. He had changed as well, for the better it seemed. She shifted a little in her shoes, wondering when the fun would start.

Stella wandered through the doorway into a large room where a few of her old school friends stood. She walked beside Osa and the two of them glanced around at the others excitedly, before Stellas eyes glazed the spacious room.
It surprised Stella how attractive her friends had all grown up to be and she felt a little intimidated by the girls, who she could see through the back door leading to the garden, but, she'd always felt that way, even when they were little. Having hung out with the boys a lot when she was younger, she felt a bit uneasy approaching girls who had shunned her and call her a 'slut' or similar a few years ago, but better left in the past, right?.
She felt an easy grin slide over her lips as she saw her old male friends, Shaun and Devon, who were carrying some luggage across the room. Among others, they had been like brothers to her and she dumped her bags to run over and hug them. "Devon! Shaun!" she cried joyously, bounding over to them and wrapping them both in a, be it a slightly awkward, but cosy and familiar, hug. They were taller than her now, by almost a foot, which gave her a fright as she struggled to reach their necks!

"You certainly have. How tall are you now?!" she asked, sticking a hand above his head, but since she couldn't even reach that, she stepped closer to measure her height against him instead. Stella thought she was tall for a girl, being fairly long-legged and lean, but standing next to the boys she felt incredibly short.
He'd grown into a hunk after all! She'd always thought he would, since he'd always been tanned, shiny blue-eyed and quite athletic. His shoulders had broadened and she guessed that there might be some rather strong muscles under his shirt. She grinned; it really had been so long since she'd seen her old friends and that bouncy, jittery feeling wouldn't leave her stomach or her smile.

"Woooow." She cooed, prolonging the syllables to give a surprised and pleased tone to her voice, "Impressive." She laughed; that hadn't changed either, she sounded just as cheery as before when she laughed.
"I've been great thanks; I'm in college now and working as a DJ on a local radio station up in New York city. I live in the school dorm rooms with a few friends and my dog - I told you I would get a dog when I moved out from home didn't I! Dad doesn't visit much, so his animal allergies don't matter." She stated, pleased with her new pet, I miss Jesse already.. I should have brought him along.. she thought absentmindedly. "What about you?"

She was much taller than he remembered and her blonde hair was now streaked with sun. She had long legs and more matured eyes. She still had that cute smile though. Shaun always liked her smile. It made him smile too for some reason. It was contagious.
Shaun tried to remember the last time he had seen Sean too. He had definitely grown out of his stage of puberty. His voice was more huskier and he had an average build. Shaun shook his head, smiling. They all had grown so much in the past few years. It amazed him how they mature they all sounded though. He thought he, himself didn't change though. He was still stuck with his pale skin that never seems to want to tan and his dark hair that fell over his eyes a bit. The only thing Shaun had noticed was that he had grown taller. He definitely didn't have a build like Sean. Shaun was more slender and panther-like in a way. He didn't want to change though. He liked being the same.

Stella knew it'd be pointless to stand on her tiptoes, as she wouldn't be able to match Shaun's height properly even if she tried, so instead she slid her arms around his sleder waist and hugged him tightly. As a young teen, Stella wasn't accustomed to hugging many of her male friends, as they'd never had the sort of relationship where they could touch one another affectionately, though it had been different with Shaun and Osa. So, fitting comfortably with him, she rested her head of gold hair on his shoulder.
He was slimmer than the other males in the room, however he was warm, and hugged her with strong arms. Shaun was far taller than before, equaling the height of the other males in the room, however he didn't have their heavy build or wide jaw line. Amongst Sean and Devon, he looked elegant and slightly out of place, with his toned, yet slender physique and endearing smile. Stella pulled away to catch her hazel-green orbs with his, "How have you been doing, Shaun? You are as cosy as ever," she remarked, reffering to his warming hugs. His hair was jet black and his milky white complextion looked soft to touch; he reminded her of a cat.
Stella danced away from the two of them to stand beside Osa and for once, she felt very much like a woman among men. Having hugged them all, even Devon and Sean, she flushed a little, smiling cheekily at them, feeling as if they saw her as a woman today, and no longer as their female, tomboy friend. Stella was shorter than all of them, as slim as Shaun, as tanned as Devon and as quirky as Osa, but fundamentally different from all of them with her long blonde waves, smooth tanned limbs and freckled, dimpled, girly grin.
