Desmond has always been tall, when he was younger he was tall, lanky, and uncoordinated but he has changed sense then. He has spent years playing sports which has allowed him to fill out and gain mass so he is no longer considered slim or lanky. His hair is such a dark brown it could be considered black and is almost constantly a mess a top his head except for when he grows it out long. At which point, no matter how many days he goes without washing or brushing it, it still seems to be sleek and falls in slight waves.
He has an angular face and rich almost golden colored eyes, he often will grow facial hair that just adds to his 'bad boy' look. Desmond has several visible tattoos and piercings, along with a love affair with combat boots. Add this to his piercing eyes, messy hair, muscular body, and slightly unkempt clothing style and people have a tendency to be weary of him and to prefer not to walk to close to him.
