Akaless Neighborhood

Redlinn froze slightly in her spot. Wanting to help Alex but she seemed to be..... Enjoying it.......   Let me be something useful... She thought to herself, and felt herself shift she felt herself flying slightly and she glanced at herself. Was she a.... Stupid shifting capabilities… she was a dark red crow. Oh well, better start pecking… she thought to herself lamely and started attacking on of the men who kept on trying to shoot at her and was missing terribly. When Risen shot into the air, he sent a signal that said run and follow. Red took a glance at Alex and quickly flew to her, pecking at her head to get her attention and practically saying that she wouldn't leave without her. 

Alex felt a little thumping on her head, and saw a flash of a deep, crimson red feathers. Redlinn. "Red, when I meant go, I meant for all of you to go one way and lure the men that way, and I would go another to confuse them. You know me, I won't get caught." she said with a wink and bucked the bird off. "Now go!" she snapped as she saw two more Caddy's round the corner. SHe knew more would be coming, because once the team found shifters, they wouldn't give up on trying to capture, or kill, them. Alexandra knew... She growled at he thought, and her golden eyes flashed with anger and one car swerved and sped towards her, driving through anything in its way. Within a split second, Alex was sprinting in her cheetah form, guiding the car full of men as far away from the others as she could. Hopefully they were doing the same.

The roar of the engine filled her keen ears, and she winced, slowing down for a second, which gave them time to catch up a bit. ALex then tried her best to bloc out the noise, and gave a burst of speed, reaching her full 70 mph, making a sharp turn.

Soon enough, she couldn't handle the speed anymore and slowed down, hopping into a tree in her fox form to catch her breath. The car skidded to a halt and a plethora of people filed out, all holding weapons. Some nets, and some guns. And one even a cage.

Have fun getting to me bitches... she thought scornfully and glared at them. She knew she was far away from the others, and if they did do what she said, they would be too far away for help. But, she didn't need it. although Risen did say shifters had brute strength over humans, he didn't imply a dozen humans with weapons. That could definitely beat a shifter. But not this shifter. She was a rather... rare... shifter. ONe that these people have been trying to capture for years.

A;ex had grown used to running. Her friends didn't have to worry over her. She was all good.

Risen Flying in the air he spotted Alex running again, men after her in two cars. He though What the heck is she doing now?!. He turned around and pointed his beak down to the ground. Diagonally towards a few buildings, he saw Alex disappear behind them when she made her turn. Risen froze his wings by his falcon body and sped towards the roof of a building, as he reached it he was in his human form. Ran with all the speed he got then jumped off the roof and again into his falcon form.
Risen couldn't leave Alex alone facing a dozen men with guns, even though she was tough but not enough. He doesn't think she has the ability to be taking out that many men at once all alone. Again into his falcon form he flew above the men and went for a landing behind them, turned into his human form. With the black 12-inch long katana on his back he grinned and glanced her on a tree in her fox form. But as he took out his Katana, a metallic ringing voice came out and most the men turned around to face the sound surprised to see a tall teenager with a 12-inch long Katana in his hand. "I'd like to introduce myself, I'm called Risen" He said with a grin, a man quickly pulled out his gun and pointed it at Risen. Too bad for him he wasn't fast enough because the second he did so he lost his life. Risen's katana had been dug into the man's abdomen. The man fell to the ground and the others pulled guns straight away and aimed to shoot. Clearly they were given orders not to kill the teen shifters, seems that they have 'Business' with us.
Risen pushed his katana back into place when a man attacked him with the rear of a gun, attempting to damage his skull. Risen winked Alex, who was up a tree, and then did another spin kick just like the one earlier and smacked the man down to the ground. Luckily Risen managed to steal the gun away right when he was attacked with it so he pointed it at one of the men. Immediately the man rose his hands in the air, the others were pointing their guns at Risen's body. He could shift but who knows, one of them might get frightened and shoot to hit Risen. He didn't want to take that chance. He wanted Alex to attack some of them from her side and he could finished the rest, all he needed was a simple distraction. Maybe some support from Red and Cerise too...

Alex saw her chance to strike when they circled around RIsen. No way were these people going to hurt her friends. Ignited with newfound energy, sparked by rage, she let out a threatening hiss as she knocked over a man who had his finger on the trigger, about to shoot. She was in her jaguar form once more and slashed her lethal claws across their face, earning a bloodcurdling scream from the victim. three more men rushed at her, and three more advanced towards Risen. ONe shot at her right as she leapt at the other, and the bullet managed to graze her shoulder, and she let out a pained, but rather annoyed snarl, her strong tail smacking the mans wrist knocking the gun from his grip.

The man she had attacked took this opportunity and pressed a silver button on his waistband, and almost immediately, she heard the distant sound of choppers. Alex clawed the mans side, the force knocking him down, and she bit the other mans wrist tightly, not letting go. She was going to make this one suffer for actually managing to hit her. The man kept smacking her with his fist, not doing any damage, and she slashed his face, leaving a gash on the side of his face.

Soon, the man became bright enough to hit her with the butt of his gun across her face, and she stumbled off balance, seeing stars for a minute. The man advanced with an electric net with weights on all sides and threw it. Perfect aim, it settled on Alex. The electricity coursed through her body and she let out an agonized roar, and shifted to her human form, clutching her shoulder, and curled on her side tightly. If anybody tried to get her out, they'd be severely electrocuted, and men guarded it as well.





(I have an idea, let them take Alex (: And can somebody else play the doctor/men people? )

(But I don't want Alex to be taken… *Sniffel*)

Red let out an annoyed cawing sound at Alex's request and didn't budge as the girl ran off with men chasing after her. Risen was well on her tail, and all Red could think of was turn into something useful besides a crow! She let out another cawing noise and swooped after them, Risen was surrounded as Alex jumped out of a tree to attack one of the men. Red took his as a sign and forced herself to change into… something. Ah closed her eyes and felt herself shift into a horse. But she could feel a weight on her head and bowed her head slightly to see what it was. She had a horn in her head! What the crap! She was a red unicorn! She thought to herself for a moment and smirked on the inside. She rammed a near by man and she could feel the horn penetrate his arm. He screamed slightly and she ripped out her horn. Turning her head to see who else she would ram, but she felt something jump on her. Was it that guy? She thought and saw him as she swooped Aron's and was able to buck him off. As she did she saw Alex be trapped by a net. Her first reaction was to help her but just as she was running over she was men all around her, pointing guns at Risen and Red both. Daring one of them to make a first move.

Risen's eyes shifted from right to left and right to left again and again, planning what he could do. Thoughts and quick back up plans running in and out of his mind. If he moved and avoided a few bullets Red might get shot. If he killed a few, more will come and the girls won't be safe. For the first time Risen had a responsibility over real people.. and the worse part is that they were two girls. He didn't think about it in a sexist way but it's just that guys are physically stronger, and well yea..
Risen took a deep breath, black smoke started emerging from him again. This time more dense and in a faster rhythm. He thought and thought, Red as a unicorn on his right about 10 ft away. Alex in front of him as well about 10 or more ft away, trapped in an electric net.
He placed his katana back and waited for a movement, one of the men was trying to be sneaking and come out from behind Risen to get a grip on him but of course Risen heard him and once the man tried reaching for Risen, Risen twisted and grabbed the man and first thing he took out his gun and used the man as a shield. Bullets flew into the air but missed, maybe it was on accident to scare Risen but if it was that it didn't work. A man stepped out of the Cadillac and yelled "STOP!".
Clearly they didn't want to be loosing agents and Risen had a gun pointed at the agent's head, Risen yelled "One more bullet, one more move and this man will have a bullet in his brain!!" Smoke literally burst out of Risen's back like an explosion had happened inside of him. The hostage/agent was shaking, they weren't prepared for a fight. They thought they could come and snatch the shifters like fish, but hell no they won't.
"Red.. go take Alex and as for everyone else, One move and i'll blow his brains out" Risen ordered. A unicorn's horn is made of bone meaning it won't transfer electricity, Risen's plan was starting to work.. for now.

Risen heard choppers coming close. It was actually his chance to take them all out. All he needed was someone to fly up there and hit the helicopter's fan and then he could run out of the area with the others. The men will definitely turn to dust... but again the street will be ruined. But hey he thought.. ' Us or a pathetic street?!'

Red snorted slightly, glancing around a moment she moved forward. Her hooves making a clunk noise on the ground as she neared Alex. She was aware that electricity did not pass through bone, just that she couldn't touch the electric net with her horse flesh. Before she could get to close however, she saw a man run up behind Risen. She tried o shift into her human form to warn him but the bottom of his gun hit Risen behind he head. Red didn't really see what Risen did, she didn't know if they had hit him hard enough to knock him our or not. 

The men swarmed around Alex, all of there guns trained on the two teens. Red was now in her human form, she wanted to make sure if Risen was alright but before she was afraid that if she broke contact that they'd shoot them anyway. Some men, wearing gloves picked the net off of Alex and tied something behind her back so she couldn't move her arms or legs. "Move and well blow her brains off. If you don't think we"ll sacrifice one for two, then you are mistaking!" The leader of the group yelled at teens as they through Alex in the back car. Red was dying to save her, but she didn't want to try anything that would hurt Alex. And for some reason she believed what the men said. 

For once in her life, Alex's golden eyes were full of fear. She hadn't expected them to win. How was she to know that net was electrified. She was still shocked from the course of electricity and couldn't stop the men from tying her up. She hit the back of the truck with a thunk and her shoulder slammed hard against metal, causing her to bite her lip to keep from crying out. THat shoulder wasn't very lucky. First the bullet, then the truck. Fun.

Before they closed the door on ALex, she nodded her head for them to go, she could manage a way out. If one thing, she hated having help. It wasn't always a good thing, but it was just part of her stubborn nature. BUt, maybe they wouldn't listen. Who knew. But, she really didn't want them to try and save her, because she knew the leader would follow through with his threat. She was useless when they could have to instead of her. Although, they may not know who, or rather what, she is....

Risen's eyes watched the general, the leader, as he yelled his threat out. He couldn't take it anymore, Risen snapped the trigger and a bullet exploded out of the pistol and dug a hole through the agent's brain. Blood splattered on Risen's face and he let the man drop to the ground, cold and dead. The general watched from his window car and Risen saw him smacking the door from inside with fury because he lost another agent. Risen's smoke got more dense, and it surrounded him, he couldn't help Alex.. it was true that the general couldn't manage to grab ahold of Risen easily but still he'd kill Alex, Risen couldn't except that!

Suddenly the 2 choppers' sound came closer and the idea of choppers falling to pieces wasn't so bad after all, Risen smirked and he stared at Red "We're not letting them take her, Two choppers are on the way. We have to let them crash together, we need to show those men what we're capable of!" Risen shouted. He thought he had almost lost Alex, no way! the thought was just too terrifying. "I'll meet up with you in the air"
Risen ran into a building on the right side of the street, some windows had been broken due to bullets being fired accidentally at them, he ran up to the roof and then threw himself down but shifted to his ordinary falcon form. He got higher in the air and screamed with that falcon sound. The two choppers were in vision and he tightened his eye on of them, flew to it and then kept himself beneath it as it flew. Risen could still see 3 Cads in a beeline heading for the outskirts of town. He then shook himself back to plan and became really close beneath the chopper to the point where he stood on the two metals choppers use for landing, he shifted into his human form and sat on one of them. The pilot felt the chopper loosing balance on one side so he looked at Risen's direction, a bullet followed from Risen' straight at the man's forehead. The cockpit splattered with blood, the chopper lost it's balance and Risen threw himself down to a near building roof, he landed rough but he was fine. He looked up and saw smoke from the chopper, it was losing balance tilting left and right. Now it was Red's job to make the two choppers hit each other.
Risen ran again across the roof he stood on and hopped to another roof, there he was jumping from rooftop to rooftop like a monkey trying to keep up with the beeline of 3 Cads.
