Underneath she's a really snarky and sarcastic person with a sharp tongue and quick wit. But she has no problem with putting someone back in line if they say something she doesn't agree with.
Looks: Skylar was raised in sunny California so she has sun kissed skin and a slim build. He hair is jet black and reaches the middle of her back easily, it's pin straight and her bangs that cover her right eye are streaked with electric blue. Her eyes are a light blue that turns almost steel gray when she gets angry or upset. Her nose is like a pixie's and her face is round and blemish free with high cheek bones and full eye lashes. The only make up she really wears is black eyeliner on her bottom lid.
