Personality:
Lucy is a sweet bubbly and sometimes over the top woman. She looks and acts one of the students, although she is 23, so the students usually don't take her seriously. Even as a witch she can be bubbly, but in a much more darker sense. While still acting childish she takes on a sinister mentality that most would find in a horror movie. She is extremely loyal to Arika, so she will do anything for her at the drop of a hat.
Looks:
Lucy is a short woman who has semi-short yellow hair that she normally keep either pinned down or up in two pig-tails. While at the academy she wears a white short sleeved pin striped dress shirt with a black vest over is and a small pink tie. Along with that she wears black bell-bottomed slacks and dress shoes. While not being proper her normal outfit consists of a black, white, and yellow layered dress that is sleeveless and reaches her knees, knee high white and yellow boots with black socks and and sleeves to match. She is normally seen with her guitar that was made to look exactly like her weapon form.
