Toki weapon form is a wrist mounted shield. the edges of the shield are razor sharp, so he can also be used at a melee weapon. he can also be thrown with nearly perfect aim. his Partner can hit multiple targets with the same throw by means of ricochet, and could even achieve a boomerang-like return effect, allowing his Partner to strike enemies from behind or retrieve the shield without objects to ricochet from.
Soul Resonance with Ren Makoto Blyther
Shield Chain: once they are in Soul Resonance his shield form gains a chain which can be used to trap or capture enemies, it also allowed him to be swung. (some what like a morning star)
Shield Saw: while on his Partner's wrist or on his chain the shield will spin at more then 5,000 RPM a second. giving his attacks 10 times the cutting power, also raising its blocking power.
Shield Heaven: it's technique that turns the Toki into much lager shield that looks much more like the sun (the sun on the soul eater universe) in this form Toki can spit fire,electricity,water and wind from the mouth of the shield or they could cover the shield and give it different abilities.

There is very little Toki does that does not involve hitting on woman. but he does have a habit of saying cool and uncool.

Toki has blonde hair and is usually seen with his school uniform. His most significant feature are his eyes, where one is blue and the other is brown. He has a silver earring in his left ear. he is a rather skinny young man who takes great pride in his appearance

Toki is a very cocky and prideful person, and tends to be a perverted womanizer. Although he complains often and appears to be lazy, Toki proved that he is hardworking, completing all that is asked of him.
