Position: Head of Security
Elemental/Human: Elemental

multiple burn scars in his arms and chest, dating
back to his childhood, when he couldnt control his power.
He stands at 6' 1'', and weights 156 lb. He isn't really
muscled, but he makes up for it in speed and mobility.
He has a rather cold, sometimes menacing look, though mostly just to keep his agents in line.
Ignatius is usually very serious when at work, showing little expressions. He's a very demanding leader, but he knows how to run things smoothly. He keeps his agents disciplined and prepared, ready to act in a minute's notice. He trusts only those whom he's worked with for a long time. He's not one to let mistakes slip by. He values skill and determination the most.
He knows how to handle emergencies, reacting swiftly and doing whatever needs to be done. He tries to keep calm most of the time, but when things go really wrong, he can get pretty mad.
He is equally feared and respected by his agents, which keeps them in line. He's regarded as cruel by many, but he has a very strong sense of justice. He sees the Spirehearts as a gift, a means to cleanse the world, and seeks to protect them at all costs. He will not hesitate to kill any and all who pose a threat to them, or to Signet.

Skills:
Fire manipulation Can spontaneously create flames anywhere with oxygen whitin a radius of 20 ft. Igniting a specific object requires him to focus on it, so lighting moving objects on fire directly isn't very easy.
Short Blades: He is very skilled at handling these. If no knives or daggers are at disposal, most pointy objects can do the job.
Athletism: While not particularly strong, he is quite agile, allowing him to swiftly maneuver through the field and attack unexpectedly.
Leadership: Through years of training and leading with Signet Agents, he has developed a knack for coordinating teams and giving instructions. Similarly, his constant, almost obsessive planning has made him a good tactician.

Ignatius was the older of 2 brothers, born to a poor family. Their mother fell sick and died when he was only 4 years old, and their father became an alcoholic soon enough. Once his father lost his job he started to drink more, and got more violent. His brother got constantly beaten up, and he was forced to find a job. One afternoon, when he came home, he found his brothers corpse on the floor, over a pool of blood. A small gun was right by it. At first he thought a robber might've gotten into the house. He followed the bloody footprints over to his father's room, were he was drinking. "Go buy me some more beer" He yelled. Ignatius went berserk, run to his father and punched him in the face. His father got up and kicked him to the ground, then started beating him up some more. Moments later, Ignatius screamed and punched his father's chest, which instantly caught ablaze. The man tried to put out the fire, but it spread and consumed his whole body, leaving only a pile of black ashes and the foul smell of burnt flesh.
Ignatius woke up several hours later. He buried his brother, and left in the night. For the next 4 years he lived on the streets, eating whatever he could find. By the time he was 12, he had some control over his power, and used it as a distraction while he stole food. And old man on a car noticed what he was doing, and took interest in him. It wasn't easy to approach him, with Ignacius being as distrusting as he was. The man bought him a big bag filled with fresh food, and offered him to come with him. Ignatius accepted the offer, and got in the man's car.
This old man was none other than Anthony Serafino, a high executive of Signet, who was highly interested in the elementals. He took Ignatius in, and explained the origin of his powers. To avoid carrying his father's last name, he took Serafino's. After being trained in Signet for years, he was assigned to a special defense group, of which he soon became the leader, eventually rising to a somewhat high place in the Signet line of command. Despite this, however, he continues to train the agents himself, as well as fighting alongside them. He is extremely loyal to the Spirehearts, which allowed him to avenge his brother, and to Signet, which took him in when he was but a starving child.
