To allow peace in the world through dominating and leading the world indirectly, influencing everyone and anyone and preventing any uprisings through fear.
Of course, the plan currently is to get known and influence a large area through the power of the internet and their website known as "Whisper". Of course, only beings who mysteriously receive "business cards" can enter the website. The passcode printed on the cards can only be used once, if forgotten, the user cannot enter unless they gain another "business card" (It's rare for one person to get more than one).
Gaining a large influence over an area with people claiming to be "Members of Whisper" all because they have joined the website will lead to the people to become pawns in domination over the world.

Hacking: ~$1k
