Across the streets of Tokyo, groups of friends are forming bands by putting their musical talents together. They all dream of someday making a tittle for themselves in the streets of Tokyo. The bands are made up of friends who all of one thing in common. Their love of music. But is that enough to make it all the way to their goal fame? Few bands actually make it and until they do they have to watch each others backs and keep each other safe from the dangerous streets of Tokyo.
