Description: Andrew has short, dark blond naturally wild hair and deep green eyes. He is averagely tall and has a normal build. He also has better than average looks and people say he has a very cute smile.

Personality: Andrew is a very reliable person and is a very confident talker. He is outgoing and is always happy to make people laugh. His ability has made him kind of lazy because he does not really have to walk anywhere any more. He listens to other people and loves being in a large group but when placed in a small space with lots of people he can get claustrophobic. As a downside he finds it hard to trust strangers seeing as his family was killed because of one.

Skills: He is very good at making and keeping friends. Also when he wants to be he can be an extremely good liar.

Power: Andrew can Teleport himself and anything else he is touching to anywhere he has seen before, when he Teleports he just has to think of the place and blink and he disappears, leaving a white smoke where he Jumped from. He also does not have to see it with his own eyes. For example, he could look at a picture and Jump there, or he could see a TV programme and Jump to where it was filmed.

Control over Power: He can Teleport as far as he can see but he cannot land in the exact place he wants, he could be about 20-50ft away. He also has to rest for about 5mins if he Teleports a big object or person because it strains him but if it's only himself he doesn't have to rest.

Background: Andrew was born on the exact day Substance X-42 was released onto the unsuspecting planet, and at first he seemed fine... but when he turned four years old his family found out he was a Freak. He could Teleport. They tried to cover it up to help him at first but there was only so much they could do. By the age of ten he was using his
ability so much his family could not take it but they loved him so much they did not want to send him away.

Two days before his fourteenth birthday the EDF (Earth Defence Force) was tipped by an anonymous call about Andrews power and they gave them his address. On his fourteenth birthday his house was raided and his family was killed for trying to protect him, he managed to Jump (He calls Teleporting "Jumping") away just before he was about to be killed.

For a year he constantly Jumped from town to town trying to rebuild his life. That's when he accidentally stumbled upon Green Tree's Camp for the Gifted and began to live his new life in safety.
