Guild ApplicationName: Clement Capricious
Age:Mid to Late 20's.
Race and Sub-species: Human Man
Height: Well above 2 meters. Around 6.8 feet and quite intimidating.
Weight: 89 kg
Personality:The first few minutes talking to Clement leaves you with an impression of a tall, intimidating, arrogant and self-righteous man. However, after a few hours of more conversation, you're left with an impression of a tall, intimidating, arrogant and self-righteous jerk. Clement is a blunt, straightforward man with a passion for religion - an obscure religion that only he's ever heard of. Beneath his irritating exterior, though, is a certain honor and fairness, though it is buried pretty far. A man that will, in the end, do the right thing.
Pin Photo below:Tidy white hair with a few long strands near the sides adorns the top of Clement's head. Although in his late twenties, Clement looks barely older than 19, though with a lean, hardy body underneath his usually impassive face. Maybe its just the lower angle, but Clement always looks like he's sneering in a contemptuous manner at you in some way, when he's not closing his eyes in exasperation. Pretty much everything about Clement screams arrogance.
Defining Features:Apart from a shock of white hair that looks like winter came early, Clement's chest gleams a slight silver from the small necklace he wears there. What it is, nobody knows.
Classification:Rogue
Equipment:Crosses. Lots of them.
Clement carries a long cross-shaped sword on his back, one that is almost as tall as he is. While it is the size of a two-handed blade, its design is excessively light and allows Clement to move with ease even with it strapped on his back. If anything, its more like a very long rapier. Four more cross-shaped short swords are strapped to his legs, two on each limb, and an innumerous amount of cross-shaped daggers, some of them as small as a finger, are hidden in his jacket. A walking armory - its a wonder he doesn't impale himself whenever he sits down.
Criminal History: Three counts of aggravated assault; defendant claims he "didn't expect to break them".
One count of assault on peacekeepers; defendant claims he "didn't feel like going to court".
One count of theft; defendant claims he "needed the damn horse to get out of town".
History:Clement didn't have a very normal upbringing, to say the least. His father, paranoid lunatic that he was, claimed he was being pursued by heretics and assassins, and by the time Clement was 12, he had moved around the country more times than Clement had years in the world. Maybe it was just from hanging around a crazy person for so long, but Clement himself was slightly unhinged. Leaving home and a finally tired father at the age of 15, Clement picked up multiple tricks with blades from bandit groups he eventually joined, robbing people and generally having a good life. After ransacking an old monk's cart though, (and being scolded quite fiercely by the old devil), Clement stopped and really thought about what the hell he was doing. Shortly after, he shrugged and finished his looting.
It turned out that the monk was carrying crosses to distribute to churches around the area. Clement, fascinated by the silver, left the bandit group and spent three days and three nights sharpening each and every single one of the crosses until he had a whole arsenal of the most random weapons on earth. He tested them by poking a few holes in some people selling apples in the city and got arrested. They got better, so all was good.
Long story short, he got away and is currently looking for legal ways to break things. Legally, of course.
But what he's really looking for is the old monk, and for a life that is uncomplicated and simple. His message stuck with Clement, and Clement had decided to convert shortly after meeting the monk. Unfortunately for him, Clement wasn't a good listener, and now he is the sole member of a very distorted ideology that he wants everyone to accept, but no one to convert to. An interesting guy.
