Alignment: Lawful Evil (Even though she is in the police, she like to torture people during interrogation)
Personality: Celesia is a seeming nice you woman but that is just an outer shell which hides the person who likes to beat criminals to a pulp and burn cigarettes on someones forehead during interrogation. She doesnt like it when people force stuff on others, thats why she would rather just shoot one of the cyborgs who abduct people than arrest them.

Equipment

Abilities: Very fast typing, built in aiming system for RPGs and similar weapons, inhuman strength, can turn head all the way around and because of her metallic skeleton she can extend her neck and arms.
Weapons: A long barreled pistol with rapid fire function, often is seen with RPG-17.

History

Celesia grew up in Xeledron and was Syntax's guinea pig when she was a child. They called her the first successful example of a cyborg. At first she hated it and wanted to get revenge on Syntax but then she noticed how it makes her life so much easier. She still hates the company for keeping her locked up in a large room for four years (her father was an executive researcher at Syntax before he was put into the loony bin). After finishing school when she was 18, she joined the police force. She possesses a fraction of the twistedness of her father due to the pain she went through. Her trademark is her psychotic laugh which scares any criminal. The criminals know her by the name "Officer Maniac" and hope never to be caught by her but by a different more friendly and sane policeman.
