History: Special Agent Steven Palmer was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His academic career was mediocre at best. A habitual under achiever with a problem with authority. Palmer joined the United States Army immediately after graduating high school. Upon being questioned as to his motivations for joining the Armed forces Agent Palmer is quoted stating that he "wasn't doing s**t else". In basic training Palmer showed a natural talent for field work and excelled in all examinations presented. His proficiency with ranged weapons quickly got him the attention of his drill sergeants. In basic he is reported as being disruptive and overly talkative but a good soldier. After graduating BT he was deployed to Iraq and was quickly scouted by the Rangers. He joined and went through Rangers training with flying colors. His Ranger unit "The Howling Commandos" developed the reputation of being able to survive to worst situations presented to them yet surviving with minimal losses. Palmer served as the unit's primary sniper and is known for his expert marksmanship and leadership potential. Palmer was scouted by T.A.R.G.E.T directly from the Rangers.
