Appearance: Eduardo is short for his age, about 5' 7", but that isn't terribly short. He has short black hair that never goes longer than his ear. His skin is naturally tan from being born in Brazil, and his accent reflects that. He is skinny but he does have quite a bit of muscle, especially in his legs. He has one tattoo which is a phoenix on his right shoulder. The clothes that he usually wears are nothing special or out of the ordinary. He has a plain white muscle shirt that he wears which shows of his tattoo, a pair of gray sweatpants and a rough, worn pair of Nike sneakers. He also has a necklace that he always wears which is just a thin piece of rope with a sharp tooth hanging from the center.

Skills/Powers/Abilities: Eduardo has, to a certain extent, control over gravity. He can make things float, crush them, throw them into a wall or anything else he can think of by concentrating hard enough. He can extort gravity enough to open a small rift that he can go through which teleports him small distances, about from one end of a football field to the other. He can also make himself float, although only about a foot off of the ground, and he can't go very fast when he is floating. He is also trained in Taekwondo, and if he combines his gravity powers with a kick, it can be devastating.
Weakness: Long range fighting in general.
Preferred Weapons: His own body and powers.
Other Equipment: His necklace which he got on his journeys, said by the last owner to hold supernatural powers. What these powers are, Eduardo has not yet found out.
Companions: None.
Personality: Eduardo is cocky because of his powers and loves to show off and talk a lot of trash. He is very smart though, especially when making plans or strategies. When he talks a lot, that usually means he is stalling and thinking of best how to get out of the situation, or assessing his enemy's weakness. His lying skills are remarkable, tricking the most distrusting people eventually with his suave. He doesn't like to make friends, at all, in any way, shape or form. He will tolerate temporary allies, but friends are too far of a jump. He doesn't like jokes very much either, unless it's degrading to someone he doesn't like, in which case they're hilarious. He is very arrogant and never truly accepts a loss, putting it as a 'temporary delay' on his victory.
Bio/History: Eduardo was born in Brazil with his parents and two brothers. Their family was wealthy and got whatever they wanted, and their public image was very popular. However, when Eduardo discovered his ability, it meant shame to his family. So, they kicked him out on the street when he was ten years old. He had trouble adjusting at first, until he found a Brazilian gang in Salvador that took him in as one of their own, and more importantly, praised his powers. He grew up and did whatever he could for them, robbing banks and giving them the money, stealing supplies and giving the majority of it to them. After a few years of that, he figured with his talents he could make his own in the world and left Brazil, traveling the world as a small boy and learning many things. During his time in Australia, he met an old woman sitting alone in the desert. She asked for some water, and being most unlike himself, he gave her a bottle. She then quickly stood, said a few words in a language Eduardo had never heard, and disappeared, leaving only the necklace in her wake along with her voice, talking without a body. It said that magical powers awaited the bearer of the necklace, so Eduardo put it on and has never let it out of his sights since.

In his travels he came to North America, and came to a city where the local heroes who stopped crime had just disbanded. Seeing this as a perfect opportunity, he stayed in the city, just beginning to live a life of crime and leisure. The police were no threat to him, so he figured he was safe here for a long while. Until he got bored and decided to move along, of course.
