♦ Physical Appearance: Before the reaping, she had long black hair that reached the small of her back. Her eyes are a bright blue. She's average highth, 5'4, yet very skinny, only weighing about 100lb, though because of this she can move very fast. She's very tomboyish, so her clothing style usually consists of jackets, jeans and boots. She's moderately flat cheasted, that's how she kept her gender a secret so easily. Once the reaping, she cut her hair with a pocket knife, so the edges are rough and split.

♦ Personality: She's extremely tomboyish, and would rather go hunting than shopping. She has a taste for adventure, so she's always trying to be outgoing, however, she's also reckless and is often getting in trouble. She hates emotions because she doesn't know how to deal with them, so she tries to set them aside, key word tries. She loves to laugh and run and just be immature. Once she volunteered for the Hunger Games, she didn't talk much as her voice was too high. Most people believe she is mysterious and dangerous, but she really doesn't mind that.

♦ Brief History: Eiko lost her parents to a fire at a very young age. All she had left of them was her father's old pocket knife, which she carried around everywhere. She became very independent, not really following the rules and making a name for herself at school as the girl who never wore dresses or never did her hair. She wasn't very popular among people in her district, as she was always causing trouble, such as stealing food or playing pranks. She did, however attracted the attention of a boy named Haven. She was nine years at the time, and running around the district looking for food. Haven and his family were on a picnic at the time. When Eiko smelled the food, she immediately aimed for the food when his parents were turned. Haven, however caught her. Instead of being angry, he shared the bread, and the two became best friends. They did everything together, from playing pranks and stealing food, to sharing stories and having a good laugh. She even taught him how to hunt. They were the district's biggest trouble makers. She eventually developed a crush on him, but tried to push it off as nothing as she'd never felt emotions like that before. As the years went by, however, those feelings grew stronger.

When it was time for the 65th reaping, Haven and Eiko stood by each other as they called the they called the name for the girls. Eiko held Havens arm tightly, and was relieved when her name was not called. However, then they pulled the boys name, and it was Haven. Haven has terrified, but put on a brave face as he walked up to the podium. Eiko knew it was fake. Haven wasn't very strong, and wouldn't be able to survive out there. Eiko was heart broken, and out of pure desperation to save her friend, pulled out her pocket knife and cut her hair off. She then volunteered under a boys name, Eriku. It worked, and she was to be a tribute in Havens place. Right before she went to the capitol, Haven asked her why she did what she did, in which she replied, "because I love you". However, she was rejected, Haven saying he loved somone else, a girl in the district with beautiful blond hair. However, right before he left the room, he whispered "just please try to live...I don't want to lose my best friend."
