Setting
A quarter mile wide and long, this Quarter of the city is, despite being the poorest quarter, still well tended, lush, and lively. No one goes hungry, no child without a mother unless tragedy strikes.
The homes are no more than two levels each, rooftops made of clay tiles. Climbing varieties of roses and other flowers cling to the sides of the homes, blooming with a vivid array of sweet smelling blooms in spring and throughout summer.
During the autumn and winter seasons, the chimneys smoke merrily.

Southeast Quarter | Skysong City
While no part of the city is really a slum of any kind, the Southeast Quarter is what you would call the poorman's quarter. The streets are well tended cobble, and nature is ever present among the rows of houses.
