Character Rundown
Be creative. Be whoever you want to be. Run a soup kitchen, be a rebel, be police, be a dictator - this world is one meant for creation. These characters can't be over-powerful, but they should be strong (they did survive a nuclear war, after all). I would caution having anyone terribly young, since this is a criminal world, but they can definitely be secondary characters or NPCs. If you're going to use pictures in your character descriptions, please use photography, not anime or artwork. I'd prefer to have under 10 characters, but if your character is exceptional I'll likely allow it.

Plots
You are welcome to create your own plot ideas, but try not to exclude anyone if they show interest in joining in. These plot lines should be discussed in the OOC topic so others can give input. The government vs rebels plot line is a possible direction, but don't feel that you have to partake - again, do as you wish!

Writing Styles
I expect a level of cohesion and skill in the writing, but I'm not going to smite you over grammar or spelling (I'm terrible at both at times). I do want to see at least 4 hefty sentences per post, however, that help to add to your character or the plot. You're welcome to curse and be explicit - I really don't care - as long as we aren't breaking the rules of the site; this is a post-war situation, after all, and you can't expect the world to be full of rainbows and flowers.
