Name: Freya's name was "The Lady" or "Mistress", and may be the source of our name of the fifth day of the week, Friday. With her twin brother, Fryr ("The Lord"), these divine twins were the Norse deities of untamed nature.
What are you God or Goddess of?: Goddess of fertility, love, sexuality, and beauty. Also associated with war, battle, death, wealth, magic and prophecies. "I am just diverse, that is all."
Gender: "I am Female, you daft. You shouldn't get that confused, unlike You could with Loki...."
Age(18-24): Appearance 21. "I am a lot older then I look, child."
Powers: The goddess has a magical dress made of feathers which allows her to fly between different worlds. But that doesn't mean she doesn't have time for children. She is the patron goddess of crops and child births. Being the goddess of love, and all, she is the one lovers may send prayers to.Freya was a warrior goddess, a Valkyrie, and also the goddess of sensual love. Though this captivating goddess had numerous lovers-and still does-, she was the wife of the mysterious Norse god Od.
Freya was a spectacular beauty known for her appreciation of romantic music and stunning floral arrangements. That was her softer side; she was also known as the goddess of war and death. As leader of the Valkyries, she had considerable power. She had the right to claim half the souls of the bravest warriors who died in battle. Actually going onto the battlefield, she would gather them up and take them back with her to spend the after-life in her home in perpetual rest and recreation. A sweet and generous woman, she always invited their wives or lovers to come and live with them.
The other half of the heroic warriors, who belonged to Odin, would be gathered up by the Valkyries and taken to Valhalla where they were able to live in comfort and honor. She was also called upon to comfort those who were dying, to ease their transition into Valhalla (the "otherworld"), serving as a guide and companion on the journey to Valhalla for many Viking heroes who had died nobly. When Freya and the Valkyries rode forth on their missions, their armor caused the eerily beautiful flickering light that we know as the Aurora Borealis, or Northern Lights.
Past: She also rode to the battlefield in her chariot, there to claim the slain. These she feasted in her great banqueting hall while Odin, chief god of the Aesir, transported all the others to Valhalla. She controlled the golden apples at the top of the world which were the secret of the immortality of the gods. When she was captured by Fafnir and Fasolt the Jötung and held hostage in demand for the Ring of the Nibelung her abscence caused the gods to begin to grow old and die; to fade into legend. "The Twilight of the gods". She was married to Od the god of sunshine, but he left her to roam in distant lands. She followed him, weeping teardrops that changed to gold in the rocks and amber in the sea.

Description/ Picture:
Personality: Freya is said to be the kindest among goddesses. Freya had many other lovers, although she deeply loved her consort Od. (Remember, monogamy had not been invented yet and infidelity was the social norm.) Aphrodite's amorous escapades pale by comparison with those of Freya, whose unbridled sexuality was legendary. None could resist her. To make matters even worse, like the Greek goddess Aphrodite, she possessed apparel that made her irresistible to men. . . As well as a magical necklace reputedly made of amber and rubies that was called a "brisling" or "brisingamen"(necklace of desire). This necklace was made by the dwarfs North, South, East, and West. They had made a trade during the storm in which they housed Freya.
The goddesses passions were abundant, vigorous, and unrestrained. Clothed or not, she is usually shown in sensual poses. She is often depicted riding her golden chariot through the skies, the chariot pulled by two large blue cats who were a gift from the Norse god Thor.
Fears: "I fear many things, but I do not show weakness. So excuse me if you are offended that I do not put anything here."
Likes: "Aswell, I like many things. You will just have to find out what they are your self."
Dislikes: "I dislike being told what to do and how to do it. I am the ruler of Valkyrie. I should be telling you what to do. Oh, I also have a strong dislike for Loki. But that's a given seeing as our history together isn't that well off."
Symbol: "My two beautiful blue cats by the names of Bygul and Trjegul."
