Once the hunter was assured that no one was watching and waiting he left the trees and walked up to Chandra. He approached from behind, footprints making hardly any sound on the lush grass. "M'lady" he announced, his voice soft yet controlled and defined, as she looked glanced behind. His hair and body looked like he had playing in mud, so coated with mud and leaves as it was. His hair was more plastered enough that almost none of his natural white showed through. His backpack contained meager provisions for himself, food and basics. But iy also contained extras of everything the princess would need, including a tent which she had forgotten herself.

He turned to see how his charge was faring with the journey "We've got about an hour and a half before we reach the inn." He said to the Princess "If we pick up the pace we might be able to get there only a little while after dark. Do you think you can make it Chandra?" He didn't doubt the woman in the least, he knew that she was likely to forge on in response to his question. It was merely his duty to think about her well being.

Things didn't seem to different. There was definitely a different tone in the air...less balance, but there were still trees and birds. The sun was setting and the first stars were beginning to peek out from their place in the sky. She smiled up to the heavens basking in that moment. To her the world seemed so wonderful. Full of life and mystery. She knew that this was not going to be a fun trip, it was a mission, but she couldn't help but be excited.
She wondered what the others would look like, what they would sound like...how they would act. It was so exciting, she was actually a little frightened....what if these people couldn't be trusted?
She brushed that thought from her mind, if there were any problems she was not alone here.

Roughly half an hour later a black dot appeared, it looked like a squat building. The inn? Al'Turian could only hope. After all, he wanted to get Chandra inside, into the light and protection. He froze a moment later, his ears picking up the distance whinny and thudding that indicated the approach of horses. He jerked into movement, knowing that the Princess would hear the sound too, he roughly pushed her off the trail. He hoped that whoever was coming would be only using the road and wouldn't notice their black forms in the dark of the night.
