Rose

The sun hit my back as I walked down the sidewalk to school. Some kid raced past me on a skateboard and I almost fell over, stumbling a few steps before catching myself. The school was only a few blocks further, I kept telling myself, you're almost there.

I'm not really what you would call popular at school, of course that's to be expect when your grandma is always ranting and raving about one spirit or another.

I groaned when I got to the doors and tried to pull it open, over my shoulder I caught sight of a kid that was about to walk into the road because he was texting, I tried to shout out to him but he was too far away. A car came racing around a corner and I forgot about the door, my hands went up and a rush flew through me. When I looked up again the kid was on the ground a few feet away from when the car just went past.

I stood there for a while before I was almost pushed over by the moving bodies around me and I went to math.

Eden

Mary Houndsbreath was standing right in front of me. Body-10, breath- a solid 4. I smiled at her because of her rockin figure but when she returned it with her open mouth smile, white teeth and all, I had to hold back a gag. Luckily, I saw Ian walking down the hall and excused myself to go talk to him. I had to jog to get to him in time to escape her desperately shout "call me".

"Hey, man. You have no idea how you just saved me right there," I said when I caught up to him, taking a back glance at Mary to see her wave at me," She's so fucking desperate, it's annoying."

"Who?"

"Mary Houndsbreath."

"You mean, Mary Houndsworth?"

"Oh, is that it? I've had it wrong for a long time now then. No wonder she looks at me funny when I call her by her last name."

He scoffed and rolled his eyes at me.

"What," I asked in defense, moving my hands to show my innocence.

Suddenly the room froze. Everything around me stopped moving. I spun around for a second but when I looked back at Ian everything started to move again.

"You're such a fuckboy, Eden."

He walked off and I was left standing there, wondering what the hell just happened. I noticed that that girl with the curly hair that lives with her grandmother was watching me. Rain, I think that was her name.

"You got a problem," I asked. She shook her head rapidly and walked off. I shook my head and went to Physics.

Eden

This sucks, I thought as I say through chemistry. Mr. Wieners is boring. My pals aren't in here. All the hot girls in this class are too busy learning.

There was one particularly interesting, her name is Dawn, I think. She sits a few rows ahead of me so I have a view of a head of blond. Not exactly my ideal view. My thoughts are interrupted by Mr. Winkers calling on one of the girls- I'm not even gonna guess her name but I know it ended in an A.

She pulled the headphones off and looked at him.

FAWN MELODY BRONWYN

Fawn was anxious and fidgety. she had much better things to do other then sit here and learn about things that aren't even going to help her after school. I mean, yeah i'm glad helium exists and whatever, but is it really that important to know it's mass, density, letter thing or whatever the heck Sir was blathering on about? Sighing, she turns her attention to the clear water bottle in font of her. under the desk, her fingers began to move slightly, swinging upwards, eyes fixated on the smooth surface. well, once smooth - as the seconds ticked by the surface began to move, small vibrations rippling along, causing a small smile to tug at Fawn's lips.
Suddenly, a spout of water shot up, surprising her so much so that she toppled back in her chair, the water bottle following, completely soaking her shirt. The teacher stopped talking, the class silent only for a few seconds before the laughter and whispering began. great. fabulous. perfect. she hoisted herself up and began to head for the door, not even caring what the teacher thought. he was going to tell her to clean up anyways.
"Excuse me Ms. Bronwyn, but you can't leave without a buddy!" Sir called after her, stopping Fawn in her tracks. "Anyone care to volunteer?" The teacher added, questioning eyes scanning the class.

Eden

I felt the smirk before it appeared. Immediately I raised my hand.

"I volunteer as tribute," I said. He looked annoyed but the rest of the class snickered. He told me to get going and I went up to her, grinning in full blast. This will be fun.

FAWN

Of course. Fawn already thought the day had reached its peak suckiness, but apparently she was wrong. of all the people to volunteer, why him? Any other time she would have been ok. This guy thought he was top shit which never failed to amuse her, and she found enjoyment watching all the girls swoon over him, but she was soaking wet on her shirt of all places leaving Fawn not only cold but exposed. She was in no mood for fun, and that grin on Eden's face was not making this any easier. "you better wipe that smile off your face, pretty boy, before i punch it off" she said as they left the room, glaring at him.

Eden

I jogged to catch up with her. It's not like I really, really felt the need to considering that her back side was giving me better than an "ok" view but it's kinda fun to antagonize her. She didn't look exactly pleased when I stood next to her while she was dripping wet and pissed off. I told you, fun!

"I can't help it if I'm a cheerful guy, deer."

FAWN

fawn walked swiftly past closed classroom doors and rows of lockers, her pace quick. She had already begun to shiver slightly, and no one was going to slow down her quest for a fresh shirt. Even though she couldn't see his face, she could practically felt his enjoyment. She had to admit though, the fact that Fawn had to make him jog to catch up gave her a bit of satisfaction.

His next remark was clever though, she had to give him that. Except for one thing. She had heard it before. "You probably think you're clever, but 'deer' is a rather sad attempt" She replied, her voice laced with pity. "I have to say i expected better" with that she stopped walking and faced him, eyes locked on his "now if you don't mind, I'm pretty sure i can take it from here, so feel free to toddle off back to class" Fawn put her hands on his shoulders and turned him back the way he'd come "There you go. I'm sure there are other girls who would kill to be in the presence of you oh so holy 'cheery' nature' Fawn began walking again. 'Try not to get lost now!' she called over her shoulder, flashing him a smile paired with a wave.
To be honest, Fawn had no intent to go back to class. This was her opportunity to get out of this hell, at least for the day, and she would much prefer a shirt from home then an old, mothball ridden jumper from the nurses unhygienic lost and found.

Eden

How cute. She tried to make me leave, I thought to myself with a small smile making it's appearance on my face. I followed her through the school until I saw where she's going. That's when I made my presence known.

"Leaving so soon, dearest? That's a naughty girl."

Aria:

I growled at my mother silently but the werwolf hearing ruins it for me as always and she ends up scolding me for growling at someone older than me. She attacks me with the "I'm your mother" speech about how much I should respect her.

"Sbrigati!" I yelled to my brother from downstairs, aka my ride to school. He's been in that bathroom for ages.

"I said HURRY.UP!" I roared grabbing my backpack off the kitchen counter, giving my father who was reading the newspaper a kiss on the cheek.

Finally I saw my brother run down the stairs with wet hair, and wet shirt, probably from the dripping hair. "Finally" I mumbled and opened the door to the house and walked over to the driveway where my brother's car was parked. He's 18 and on his last year of high school, I got two left, lucky ass. He unlocked the car and I jumped into the passenger seat with my backpack in my lap. I am one week late for school since me and my family were in Italy visiting grandma. I had friends at school, but we usually lost touch over summer, so during lunch I sit with my brother and his "clique" and during breaks I just listen to music outside or somewhere in a corner, maybe read some Wattpad.

As the car pulled up to the school's parking lot and I rushed out of the car, hearing the bell ring.

"No good bye?" Luca chuckled, not caring about coming late, typical. I quickly ran to my locker, bumping into some girl on the way mumbling a quick "sorry". I had gotten my schedule before going to Italy so I knew my first class is chemistry. As I ran to the second building of the school I saw a girl with a soaking- wet shirt speed walking towards the exit, a cute boy following her. She didn't have her bag or anything, and since I always had an extra shirt for when I shift, I ignored the class and followed her out.

"Um I have an extra shirt if you want?" Was the only thing I asked.

FAWN:
(ooc;; sorry Aria, not actually headed to the bathroom if you didn't catch that from my last post, but I'm more then happy to have them meet at the school door?)

Fawn genuinely thought she had lost him, and as he continued down the seemingly empty corridors she allowed herself to relax slightly. she was going to get out, and no one could stop her. Quickening her pace, her smile broadening with every step closer to freedom she took, Fawn had only one thing on her mind - that door. So, when pretty-boy suddenly appeared from the shadows, Fawn nearly jumped out of her skin. whirling around, she could help but give Eden a hearty punch in the arm. And, to be honest, he's lucky that's all he got. "Jesus freaking christ! I need to get you a bell or something" she exclaimed, a relieved laugh escaping her lips. Now that she was almost out, her mood had become considerably better. "naughty, huh? You wouldn't know the half of it" she added, pushing through the door, flashing him a cheeky grin as she did.
Inhaling a deep breath of fresh air, Fawn almost missed the girl about to enter the school. "Oh, hey there Aria!" She exclaimed, recognising the grey haired female. at the offer of a shirt, she politely refused with a shake of her head. "It's all good. I am definitely not about to sneak out of this place and grab a fresh one from my house while some creepy guy stalks me" Fawn explained, jerking a thumb behind her at at said stalker.

Eden

I smiled at them. The two most elusive and, shall we say, spunky girls in Georgetown. I felt my smile morph into a smirk before I replied in a defensive manner-

"Stalker? Me? Why- I'd never. I just happened to be leaving at the same time you were, that's all."

Do you have any idea how hard it was to not burst out laughing?

Eden

Both girls gave me a hard glare, one even throwing in a scoff, before they walked off together. I thought about following them but then changed my mind. Why bother? Anara and Dawn will always be there tomorrow. Maybe I can find Ian and ask him about the Mary girl again. Wasn't she having a party tonight?



Rose

"I'm home, Grandma!"

The house was pretty silent, glancing through the back window I saw Grandma collecting her herbs and humming one of her little chants to herself. I shook my head and jogged up the steps to my room. It wasn't quite sundown but you could hear Mary Houndsworth's party already getting started down the street. I never get any sleep whenever she throws one of her ragers.

I tripped over something when I walked into my room. The floorboards are so uneven in here. Kneeling down to try to fix this one, I realized that it comes up. A large book in the floor, wrapped in a black cloth. On the book there was a symbol; three circles intertwined in a ven diagram thing. It was filled with words and symbols in Latin. The cover read "Lunam et Argenteum de Coven."
