Hesitating Maye gives him her wrist reasoning he wasn’t going to do anything bad to her. She just started noticing the dull, dead drone to Hailom’s voice. It was depressing, I wonder if he always talked like that… This place seemed to have that monotone look to it, grey walls, a prison like outside. “What are you using to heal my wrist?” She asks examining the strange clear liquid.
She preferred a sterile hospital with doctors who knew exactly what they were doing; this was a boy around her age with a few strips of dirty cloth and mysterious liquids bandaging up her wrist. She knew she had to settle with it because he did say the infirmary wasn’t the place she wanted to go.

"OW OW OWWW!!!" Maye screams yanking her hand from him spilling the bottle in the process. She was embaressed by her outburst but continued whimpering away holding her hand to her chest. Her weakness to pain got her here and now her weakness was going to lose the respect of Hailom and her scream was probably heard by someone nearby. They were going to come and find her with whoever Hailom was and she would be in trouble and get hurt again. Tears start falling down her face wishing her parents or even her brother was here to comfort her.

Mieko moved swiftly through the hall, not really rushing. She wasn't worried about being on time for anything. She was slacking since she got here. Everything was just making her a little home sick. She frowned, keeping her head down, her chin literally ontop of her books. She felt weight on her feet, looking down to the young man who was too much in a rush, and stumbled under his own two feet. She laughed quietly to herself, kneeling down to pick up some of his papers. She stood up, holding them out.

"You should be careful." she smiled. "Runnin' late for something?"

She pushed the tips of her fingers against her lips with a smile. Hes so shy.. -she thought to herself. She moved her hand down towards him to help him up.

"You don't have to call me ma'am.." she giggled, "Mieko will do just fine. Now.. lets get you back on those two left feet, huh." she said, still having a bright smile on her face.

She was intrigued to find a boy like him around here. Shy and timid. Not like everyone else who was agressive and so.. serious.

"You have a name?" she asked, still holding her hand out.

"Say.. ke.. do you want me to pause between the "Say" and the "ke"?" she smiled, joking trying to break the ice.

She knew he was nervous. His skin blushing, almost as bright as her hair. She looked away and back up to him. He was very tall compared to her, and very thin. He was different, and she noticed that before he introduced his self.

"Well Sayke.. are you alright? You took quite the stumble there." she reached down, grabbing a pen and pencil and setting it in his hand.

"Where are you going.. maybe we're going the same way." she said as she scanned him once more, her head cocked to the side, pondering.

She frowned, almost disappointed. She didn't have art right now. That would come later. She nodded her head, looking back up to him.

"Well, looks like I won't be joining you. But, maybe I'll um.." she paused as she put her hand in her back pocket, taking a few steps backwards from him, "See you.. around?" she bit her lip, smiling as she turned around, a head on collision with another student.

"W-woah! Hehe... yikes." She looked over her shoulder back to Sayke.

"Looks like you're not the only one who's a lilttle bit clumsy!" she laughed, as she turned, making her way down the hall, whispering under her breath.

"Bye Sayke.."

"It was nothing." Maye smiles modestly. She moves right on to the next fake personality, the obediant pet. She despised Yuta from the moment she met him, but for now she had to deal with him as her superior. She was an angel in Yuta's eyes, a very helpful pet, or at least that's what she believed he thought of her. Hailom was fuming, his aura was bursting with anger mostly aimed at her, it hurt Maye to see him like that. She knew if she wasn't being tested and had met Hailom in other cercumstances they could have been friendly, but he would never forgive her for this and she had already accepted that.

The bell rang and Seth was still awake. He felt an almost comical sense of achievement upon realizing that not only had he stayed awake for all of Lit class, but that he'd also paid full attention and taken notes. The teacher smiled at him as he left the class. Maybe today will be a good day, he thought. He headed towards his next class, Math. He neither liked nor disliked math and was average at it in general. Normally he took obscure paths between classes. If he took a main path it would mean having to watch the other students quickly skitter out of his way in their unjustified fear. Today he decided to push his luck in took one of the densely packed main roads. His hopes began to fall as the other students kept their distance from him, forming a circle of empty space. Seth lowered his gaze to the ground with a sigh when he suddenly noticed there was someone else in the circle with him, walking almost next to him actually. The student was a tall boy with blue hair and looks enough to make any girl sigh with a little effort. He was either too caught up in his own thoughts to notice Seth, or genuinely not scared of him. Seth decided to find out. "Good morning," he said to the stranger in a cheerful voice that made other students throw their wallets on the ground and run. Seth hoped he wouldn't. He needed a friend.

Arethra looked up as she heard a voice, she nodded to Cliff, "Yes, I do, I have three options," she paused unsure how to continue. She looked down and tapped her pen against the paper, "Any students caught your eye?" she asked looking around. She didn't understand why no students had arrived yet, lateness was not to be tolerated. She was curious as to which students would arrive first. She turned her attention back to Cliff as she awaited a response. She had not seen him close up before, only in the distance around corridors and in assemblies.

Arethra nodded once to Cliff's comment, "The three I have been watching are Sayke Trillin, Zeki Sanso and Aaaliya Persei. She heard the sound of footsteps and looked up. It was Zeki, she watched him walk in and followed his movements with her eyes. She was curious, he was such an unusual character, quiet but seemingly uncaring something that would be good for her course, people who cared too much had a tendancy to breakdown in her classes. She scribbled a note into her book assessing this. She had heard much about him but never seen him, his appearance surprised her, going totally against what she thought he would look like.

Seth stopped when the tall stranger stopped. Seth examined him. He was breathing easily and he was standing within arms reach of Seth. "You're not afraid of me..." Seth stated, amazed. It had been so long since he'd talked to someone who wasn't a teacher or a superior. He held out his hand. "I'm Seth. Seth Mallins. Nice to meet you."

Sayke smiled warmly, chuckling lightly at his amazed statement. His green eyes sparkled and he asked "Should I be?" Though Seth did have an imposing air, Sayke wasn't skittish. As Seth extended his hand Sayke clasped it, shaking it firmly. "Sayke, Sayke Trillin. Nice to meet you too, Seth." He replied releasing Seth's hand with another curt nod.

Cliff yawns listening to Arethra, a students finally begin to enter. "Is he reading a textbook?" Cliff stiffles a laugh seeing Zeki, "What a nerd. You can have him." he continues smiling, that student would be way too serious anyways and wouldn't approve of Cliff's rule breaking training. He was looking for more interesting students, someone he could have fun with, not a boring bookworm.

Cliff catches the pencil before it hits him, "Nerd's got a temper." he smirks. He throws the pencil back tip first it soars past Zeki's head and is stuck in a billboard on the wall. "Maybe I should have thought twice before crossing him off my list." Cliff mumbles. Throwing a pencil at a master took guts, it was eraser first, but the threat was there.

Seth noticed that Sayke had a strong grip and smiled. The students on the path were starting to thin, time was running out. "What class do you have next, Sayke?" he asked as Sayke released his hand. "I'm going to math next. I should probably hurry."

"It seems we are headed in the same direction, Seth." Sayke said with a soft smile. "I've got math next too." He added starting to walk again, faster than before. Time was almost out before the bell would ring and it wouldn't do Sayke good to be late again.
The bell started ringing as Sayke pushed open the door to the math room, which was oddly empty today. With a small sigh he walked across the room and took a free seat on the second row.

"It's invasive." Hailom muttered tonelessly moaning quietly and turning on his side, he curled into the fetal position. His body was weak, stiff, and sore, but he just couldn't manage to shake the foreboding feeling. Maye's words drew his gaze after awhile. "Relax? I can't even imagine.." His shaken words trailed off and his fear swallowed his rage and footsteps echoed from the other side of the door. The day that Hailom hoped would never come was upon him and he was terrified of what cruelty Yuta would come up with for his future. His imagination was quickly getting the better of him and the only thing that kept him fro completely loosing his footing was his sheer will to not be broken. A single stone that split the waterfall of fear, the only thing fighting the force at the moment.

Maye spots Yuta from the other side of the wall, "Oh he's back," Maye frowns but then turns the frown into a smile ready to put on her perfect little pet act on. She didn't want him to be back so soon any time away from him was lovely. She gives Hailom one final glance of sadness. "Yuta! I see you! Hailom's awake." She says in a sing songy voice. Maye gets up and opens the door for him welcoming him in. "Your timing is perfect, he only just woke up!" she claps her hands together happily.

"No... he didn't really want to talk to me." Maye sighs looking extra depressed but then she instantly pirks up again. "His aura is going crazy right now, he's so afraid of you!" She dances around happily eager to move around. She despised this act and was overdoing it just a bit. she stops the stupid dancing and resorts to sitting down next to Hailom again. Her eyes move back to Yuta and she recognized the aura coming off of the fur ring in his hand, she looked down at her bandaged wrist and back at the ring.

((OOC I think that many have a smiliar problem but just a forewarning, I cannot see anything past the first page in the RP so if I don't acknowledge somethign someone has said to me, it's not so much as an insult as I just haven't been able to access it. I apologise in advance though ^-^))

Arethra was imprssed by Zeki's nerve, most students wouldn't dare throw something at a master it took real guts. A smile crept in and turned the corners of her mouth up, "Perhaps you have to keep a more open mind Cliff," she said quietly, her dark eyes fixed on Zeki. She made a note against his name, 'determined. Does not let rank affect judgement. In hinsight easily tempered.' she looked up again at Zeki, "How powerful are your lie detection skills?" she asked him, she had heard many rumours but was curious as to what the student had to say for himself.

As she awaited Zeki's response two new students walked in, she recognised one as Sayke but was unsure as to who the other was. She took a note in her journal next to Saykes name, 'arrives precisely on time. Could be laziness or assertiveness.' Moments later the bell rang and her eyes roamed the class. She could feel the eyes of the unkown student make their way in her direction and it bugged her. She also at one stage felt Saykes eyes travel to her but turn quickly, 'well mannered. Does not stare.' she added next to his name. Standing silently she moved her way around teh class, watching the students work in silence. The only noise she made was the whispering of her cloak as it woave around her ankles.

"It looks gorgeous!" Maye agrees eagerly with no hint of sarcasm in her voice. In reality, it was hideous, a furry metal collar the only person who would enjoy the appearance of it would be Yuta himself. She reaches out to Hailom's neck and touches the collar, it didn't seem very comfortable either. Glancing at its aura she determines it's not just a necklace, Yuta's aura was too imbedded in it. "Does it do anything but look pretty? Not that it needs to, the beauty of it on it's own completes it, an extra something would make it even more amazing." she smiles working hard on perfecting what she was saying.

Hailom's fear was slowing coming under control. Though he couldn't stop the chills from running up his spine each time Yuta came in contact with him. Listening to Yuta his stomach twisted further, he had expected somehting to hinder free use of his power, now that it was know. He wanted the show and tell session to be over with so he knew what Yuta had in store.
He felt a movement from the fur and swallowed a lump of fear, he couldn't see it well but it wasn't hard to guess that Yuta had stiffened the needles. He closed his eyes, expecting a stab of pain in his neck, but one didn't come. Slowly he opened his wary red eyes and glanced at Yuta and then Maye, from the corner of his eye. Maye's disappointed question froze Hailom with dread. He knew Yuta well enough that Maye's words would likely give the demonstration.

Yuta beamed at Maye's praise, lapping it up like he always did. Even derogatory were usually taken as complements. Propping his head up with his hand he looked over Hailom, to Maye, as she spoke up with questions. Instantly his eyes grew wide and his face split like a kid on Christmas. He was ecstatic that she wasn't a demonstration, her sweet voice and genuine tone only added to the effect. He wasn't one to turn down opportunities to show off his beautiful projects in action, creating 'beautiful' pain. It was rare, for him, to find someone who appreciated his work. "What a lovely idea my Maye Flower!" He said exuberantly. "How much of a taste should I give him." He said sweetly, like he was talking to a lover, leaning towards her slightly.

Arethra moved her way back to Zeki and she knelt down next to his desk effortlessly, "I shall try it out, Trainee Zeki Sanso," she thought for a moment then, leaving her mind blank from all thoughts she turned to him with a stoic expression, "I have been a Master at this institute for 3 years. I spent my first years on missions and I was asked to pick students to train who have spurred my interest," She watched Zeki intrigued as she waited for him to decipher her lie, she was curious as to whether or not he knew she had lied and if so how. She could not figure out how he managed to tell and hoped that this would perhaps give an insight into the workings of his mind.
