New area deputy Jack Gales arrives on the island to find that a girl at the local Catholic girls' school has been found dead. After investigating, he finds that students have been disappearing regularly for five years. Gales and the Mother Superior's secretary Cristina work together to try and unravel the mystery, and discover that the students and faculty all seem to have some secrets. One thing the island doesn't have is a police team, Jack Gales is the only on capable of solving this mystery of a killing and disappearances. Jack has his own little office room in the back of a small bar, it's semi big but the bar takes up most of the building. No one really has any experience for this kind of thing sense it rarely happens. The church hired a private uncover Detective, Cristina. They didn't tell Jack so he wouldn't get suspicious and so he'd trust Cristina before her revealing her little secret with him.

Now within the church there are some well known people. Such as Mother Superior, head of the Catholic Church. Mary, the wonderful mother like cook. Robert, one of the teacher, whom is well liked but is known to be horny around the girls. Paster James, whom is loved by most many look up to him for guidance and advice. Cristina is one of the more loved and mother like nuns they have at the church, many of the girls always go to her when they feel they need to have a talk about something or just want to seat and have a nice chat. The girls also are well known among the staff and other students, most are known for sneaking out to have sex with their lovers in some location not so far away. Even as the killings and disappearing happened they still went out, they didn't really care for the school just their love life.

Throughout the small town there isn't much people around, most known each other by work. Such as the bartender Jane. She works all day, having regular costumers and some new here and there but rarely. Ted, the vet. He has a good business sense most of the people on the island of a kind of pet, weather it be a dog or horse he can see whats wrong with the animal and get them emitted attention.
