Appearance Description
(This picture is not, and probably shall never be, mine)
Sam has dark black hair. He keeps to just above his ears and a bit messy to make himself appear younger. His eyes are emerald and have just a slight crinkle on the sides from smiling. He is rather tall and seems a bit gangly, but is actually rather athletic. Sam has pianist's fingers and a million dollar smile. He prefers wearing nice dress shirts with khakis, but has the right looks to pull off anything to fit his numerous fake identities.
In Oz, he has great raven wings, though they glint red rather than blue. His hair is also, upon close examination, slightly feathered. His pupils also are ever-so-faintly slitted.
Personality
Sam is a con man. He is extremely intelligent, and views other people as predictable. He hates being looked down upon or disliked, so he is constently tricking people into liking him. Mostly he targets girls, because he can make them fall in love with him with perfect ease. Although he can have anything he wants by using his tricks, he usually settles for just the enjoyment of having made people believe his masquerade and getting a nice sum of money. When he finds someone who is difficult to trick, he makes the most of it and tries to become real friends, but usually fails because of he has trouble being truthful in anything he does.[size]

History
Sam's family has been outside the law for generations, and his father was so far out that Sam couldn't even get an official birth certificate, so he got a forged one. It was done before he was born, when his mom thought she was having a girl, and at a very high price. They decided not to change it because of the cost. They were rich as con artists, but Sam's father was disgustingly frugal.
Sam was raised in the city by his mom. His dad would come by every few weeks and take him to βwork,β or rather, use him in a con. While with his father he always saw the greediest, worst side of people, and could never look past to their good side. His mistrust of people separated him from him classmates, who had known him long enough to see through his lies. With his experience in confidence games, his loneliness was quickly expelled by ventures outside the law. He began spending time with other thieves, and quite enjoyed it.
One day one of his new friends asked him to help him smuggle a VERY rare item past some port guards. Sam, of course, said yes. Unfortunately, the cops had been tipped off and were on them almost immediately. Although his friend got caught, Sam escaped with the Wizard chip by tricking the cop.
