This is Odaiba, a waterfront area that has become one of Tokyo's most popular shopping and entertainment districts.

As of late, some odd things of be happening around Odaibo... The civilians have been spreading rumors of supernatural occurrences, random acts of murder, and of the revival of old gangs.

-The story begins with two best friends. They have been friends since Elementary School and have kept in touch. One lived in Odaiba while the other lived Shimoda. Both had submitted to the same High School; Tamachi Academy in Odaiba. The friends were accepted, and now a few days before the entrance ceremony, the two reunite for some sightseeing of Odaiba.
-There were three other students who were also accepted into Tamachi Academy. The three are enjoying the final days before the entrance ceremony.
-Throughout Odaiba, there are two well known rivals. The two have a thriving hatred for one another and fight every time they come into sight of one another. Everyone is familiar the duo and their deep hatred, but few know the origins of the hatred.
-The town has some strange events going down. An underground doctor and his assistant as watching over one supernatural anomaly, one of the legends of Odaiba.
-Odaiba is also home to a small group of friends. They claim to be freelancing gang members, part of Leader's* Gang. All are recent graduates of high school and are always found hanging out together, usually crashing in Driver's* van. They tend to find their way around town backing up their friends, who are far and in between.
-The one person everyone knows happens to be the chef at the best place to grab a bite in Odaiba. At Tamachi Academy, the students' first year teacher seems to be more than a teacher, acting a little inappropriately towards the young girls. Another well known character is the Odaiba's top journalist who tends to be a little too nosy. One more notable character is the new cop, sent here to help deal with these unexplained events.

Everyone is generally familiar with the other characters. Also, nobody knows any other character's secret without being directly told by that character.
